    摘 要:為解決使用重骨料防輻射混凝土易分層離析的問題,采用重晶石和磁鐵礦為粗骨料,制備了防輻射混凝土,并研究了骨料級配、砂漿富余系數對其工作性及抗壓強度的影響。結果表明,以Dinger-Funk方程優化粗骨料級配后,粗骨料空隙率下降,用兩種類型骨料制備的混凝土相對沉降系數減小,坍落度增大,28 d抗壓強度提高;分別以砂漿富余系數1.4、1.6、1.8、2.0拌合混凝土,相對沉降系數隨砂漿富余系數的增大呈先減小后增大的趨勢,坍落度和28 d抗壓強度呈先增大后減小的趨勢,兩種類型重骨料混凝土最優砂漿富余系數均為1.8。 Abstract:In order to solve the severe segregation of irradiation resistant concrete due to using heavyweight aggregates, the effects of aggregate gradation and mortar surplus coefficient on the workability and compressive strength of barite concrete and magnetite concrete were studied. The Dinger-Funk equation was used to optimize the aggregate gradation. The results show that after the optimized grading, the voidage of the aggregate decreases, the relative settling coefficient of the concrete mixed with the two types of aggregates respectively decrease, the slump and 28 d compressive strength increase. The concrete was mixed with the mortar surplus coefficient of 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0. The results show that the relative settling coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of the mortar surplus coefficient, the slump and 28 d compressive strength increase first and then decrease. The optimum mortar surplus coefficients of the two types of heavyweight aggregate concrete are all 1.8.

    摘 要:以普通硅酸鹽水泥砂漿作為研究對象,綜合考慮了水泥細度、水灰比、外部荷載加壓、預制裂縫齡期等因素,采用裂縫寬度恢復率和強度恢復率的表征方法,對砂漿試塊裂縫自然自愈合性能進行了試驗研究。試驗結果表明:試塊裂縫在加壓條件下比自由條件下的自愈合能力明顯更好,試塊養護180 d后,前者裂縫寬度愈合率可達到90.8%,而后者只有55.4%;試塊在養護14 d后預制裂縫比養護28 d后預制裂縫的自然自愈合效果更好;此外,隨著水泥細度的增加以及水灰比的增大,試塊裂縫的自愈合能力均逐漸降低。 Abstract:The self-healing properties of ordinary Portland cement mortar are evaluated by an experimental approach. The influences of various technical conditions are considered, such as fineness of cement, W/C, compressive constrain and pre-cracking age. Some indicative indices, such as closure ratio of crack width and strength restoring ratio, are used for the evaluation. Some conclusions can be briefly drawn as follows: compressive constrain can significantly promote the self-healing phenomenon, after 180 d of curing, the crack width restoring ratio of the former is 90.8%, while that of the latter is only 55.4%; the curing age of pre-cracking is also sensitive for the self-healing performance, specimen at 14 d is better than one at 28 d; with increasing of cement fineness and W/C, autogenous self-healing capacity of crack is reduced.

    為了滿足結構工程對修復材料提出的施工方式與開放時間、增韌、體積變形及抗凍融的實際需求,研究了高延性水泥基復合材料(HDCC)的凝結時間、拉伸-位移、劈裂抗拉、收縮及凍融性能的影響。結果表明,在保證早期強度發展的前提下,緩凝劑有效地延長了凝結時間從而保證其相應的施工時間,纖維的合理使用可提高HDCC的拉伸韌性與劈裂抗拉強度,而減縮劑與膨脹劑可將HDCC的收縮應變減小至200 με以內,同時,新型HDCC還表現出良好的抗凍融特性。 Abstract: In order to meet the practical requirements of construction methods and time, toughening, volume deformation and freeze-thaw resistance of repairing materials, the effects of setting time, tension-displacement, splitting tension, shrinkage and freeze-thaw resistance of high ductility cement-based composites (HDCC) were studied in this paper. The results show that, on the premise of guaranteeing the early strength development, the retarder effectively prolongs the setting time and guarantees the construction time. The reasonable use of fibers can improve the tensile toughness and splitting tensile strength of HDCC, while the shrinkage strain of HDCC can be reduced to less than 200 με by applying shrinkage reducing agent and expansion agent. At the same time, the new HDCC also shows good freeze-thaw resistance.

    通過室內實驗,研究了引氣劑對混凝土的質量損失、動彈性模量、相對動彈模、極限抗壓強度及應力-應變曲線規律的影響。結果表明,混凝土的質量、動彈性模量、極限抗壓強度均隨著凍融次數的增加而減小,引氣劑可以減緩混凝土的質量、動彈模、相對動彈模、極限抗壓強度及承載能力的下降幅度,適當添加引氣劑有助于增強混凝土的抗凍性能及耐久性。 By laboratory experiment, the influence of air entraining agent content on mass lass, dynamic elastic modulus, relative dynamic elastic modulus, ultimate compressive strength and strain-stress curve of concrete were researched. Results show that mass, dynamic elastic modulus and ultimate compressive strength of concrete decrease with increasing times of freezing-thawing cycle. The reduction extent of mass, dynamic elastic modulus, relative dynamic elastic modulus, ultimate compressive strength and bearing capacity of the concrete can be slowed down by adding air entraining agent. So frost resistance and durability of concrete can be improved by adding appropriate amount air entraining agent.

    摘 要:研究了不同摻量鋰渣的水泥漿體強度、自收縮和干燥收縮,并采用壓汞法和掃描電鏡分析了水泥漿體的微觀結構。結果表明:鋰渣的摻入明顯降低了水泥漿體的早期抗壓強度、自收縮和干燥收縮,但后期抗壓強度下降幅度降低,當鋰渣摻量不超過15%時,鋰渣可以提高水泥漿體的后期抗壓強度。摻15%鋰渣的水泥漿體120 d的孔隙率小于純水泥漿體,且鋰渣顆粒表面有大量水化產物生成。同時,鋰渣的摻入明顯降低水泥漿體10~50 nm的孔隙率,從而降低了水泥漿體的自收縮和干燥收縮。 Abstract: The compressive strength, autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of cement paste with various replacement levels of lithium slag were measured and the microstructures of cement paste were analyzed by mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the early compressive strength, autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of cement paste decrease with the increasing of contents of lithium slag, but lithium slag tends to increase the later compressive strength of cement paste. When the content of lithium slag is lower than 15%, the later compressive strength of cement containing lithium slag is higher than that of Portland cement.When the content of lithium slag is 15%, the 120 d porosity of cement paste is lower than that of Portland cement, large quantities of hydration products are generated on the surface of lithium slag. In addition,10~50 nm pores of cement paste decrease, the autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of cement paste reduce.

    摘 要: 采用陶粒-硅灰-礦粉復摻制備了輕質高強透水混凝土,并研究了增強劑、摻合料、陶粒替代率及養護制度對透水混凝土性能的影響。試驗結果表明,影響混凝土的透水系數的主要因素是設計空隙率和成型時透水混凝土拌合的均勻性,通過摻入增強劑、礦物摻合料,采用合適的陶粒體積替代率及熱水養護等方式可配制出抗壓強度為34.5 MPa、透水系數為3.6 mm/s、干密度為1 802 kg/m3的輕質高強高透水性混凝土。 Abstract: Lightweight high-strength permeable concrete was prepared with ceramsite-silica fume-mineral power composite, and the influences of reinforcing agent, mineral admixture, substitution rate of ceramsite and curing systems on the performance of pervious concrete were studied. The test results show that the key influence factors of concrete permeability coefficient are the design porosity and the uniformity of pervious concrete mixing. The pervious concrete with strength of 34.5 MPa, water permeability of 3.6 mm/s and dry density of 1 802 kg/m3 can be prepared by mixing strong gel,mineral admixture,appropriate volume replacement of ceramsite and hot water curing.

    摘 要:在鋼纖維混凝土復合單向板研究的基礎上,采用不同的拼接形式,將單向板連接成雙向板。通過對比不同拼縫拼接板的力學性能發現,插入式錨固的延性最好;采用兩倍受力主筋間距的螺栓連接方式的剛度最大;搭接焊的承載力最大。插入式錨固、螺栓錨固及搭接焊錨固均能滿足連接要求,螺栓錨固的強度和剛度最大。 Abstract: Based on the study results of steel fiber reinforced concrete composite one-way slab, the one-way slab can be connected to a two-way slab by using different splicing forms. Comparing the mechanical properties of different splicing slabs, it's found that the ductility of the inserting anchorage is the best, and the rigidity of the bolt connection with the spacing of two multiple main tendons is the greatest, and the bearing capacity of lap welding is the best. It can be seen that inserting anchorage, bolt anchorage and lap welding anchorage can meet the requirements of connection. The bolt anchorage has the maximum strength and stiffnesss.

    摘 要:從蒸壓熱平衡角度分析了B05級蒸壓加氣混凝土制品生產線的熱耗和節能途徑。結果表明,干密度每相差100 kg/m3,能耗相差16.5 kg蒸汽熱能;坯體水料比每差1%,蒸汽能耗相差約1 kg/m3;與進釜坯體溫度80 ℃相比,進釜坯體溫度50 ℃,需多加蒸汽23 kg/m3,進釜坯體溫度30 ℃,需多加蒸汽38 kg/m3;與蒸壓釜初始溫度70 ℃相比,冷釜升溫(設20 ℃)需增加蒸汽量11.33 kg/m3,蒸壓釜初始溫度40 ℃,蒸壓釜升溫需要增加蒸汽量6.8 kg/m3;蒸壓釜礦棉保護層厚度為200 mm和100 mm比較,蒸壓釜散熱損失使每m3制品減少約2 kg/m3;尾氣排放熱能相當于29.25 kg/m3蒸汽熱能;每m3制品產生冷凝水熱能為29.5 kg/m3蒸汽熱能。 Abstract: From the view of thermal balance, the heat consumption and energy saving ways of B05 autoclaved aerated concrete(ACC) product production line are analyzed. The results show that when the dry density is 100 kg/m3, the energy consumption difference is 16.5 kg. The steam energy consumption is 1 kg/m3 when the water-solid ratio is 1%. Compared with the ACC body temperature of 80 ℃ before autoclave, if the temperature of the ACC body is 50 ℃, extra 23 kg steam is needed for 1 m3. If the temperature is 30 ℃, extra 38 kg steam is needed for 1 m3. Compared with the initial temperature of autoclave 70 ℃, if the cold autoclave temperature is 20 ℃, 11.3 kg steam is needed for 1 m3. If the temperature is 40 ℃, extra 6.8 kg steam is needed for 1 m3. Comparing autoclave mineral wool protective layer thickness of 200 mm with 100 mm, autoclave heat loss reduces about 2 kg/m3 of products. The exhaust heat is equivalent to 29.25 kg/m3 of steam. The heat energy of condensed water for product is 29.5 kg/m3 steam heat energy.

    摘 要:對自密實清水混凝土原材料選取、配合比設計、試配調整及中試等環節進行了試驗,分析了自密實清水混凝土構件表觀效果影響因素,對比了不同種類脫模劑的表觀效果,最終成型的裝配式橋梁預制墩柱各方面性能均滿足設計要求,并成功應用于成都市三環路羊犀立交擴能改造項目。 Abstract:Repeated tests were carried out on raw material selection, mix proportion design, trial mix adjustment and pilot test of self-compacting fair-faced concrete. The factors influencing the apparent effect of self-compacting fair-faced concrete members were analyzed, and the apparent forming effects of different types of release agents were compared. The final prefabricated pier columns of assembled bridges met the design requirements in all aspects and were successfully applied in Chengdu Yangxi interchange Expansion and reconstruction project.
