引用本文摘 要：為解決使用重骨料防輻射混凝土易分層離析的問題，采用重晶石和磁鐵礦為粗骨料，制備了防輻射混凝土，并研究了骨料級配、砂漿富余系數對其工作性及抗壓強度的影響。結果表明，以Dinger-Funk方程優化粗骨料級配后，粗骨料空隙率下降，用兩種類型骨料制備的混凝土相對沉降系數減小，坍落度增大，28 d抗壓強度提高；分別以砂漿富余系數1.4、1.6、1.8、2.0拌合混凝土，相對沉降系數隨砂漿富余系數的增大呈先減小后增大的趨勢，坍落度和28 d抗壓強度呈先增大后減小的趨勢，兩種類型重骨料混凝土最優砂漿富余系數均為1.8。 Abstract：In order to solve the severe segregation of irradiation resistant concrete due to using heavyweight aggregates, the effects of aggregate gradation and mortar surplus coefficient on the workability and compressive strength of barite concrete and magnetite concrete were studied. The Dinger-Funk equation was used to optimize the aggregate gradation. The results show that after the optimized grading, the voidage of the aggregate decreases, the relative settling coefficient of the concrete mixed with the two types of aggregates respectively decrease, the slump and 28 d compressive strength increase. The concrete was mixed with the mortar surplus coefficient of 1.4, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0. The results show that the relative settling coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of the mortar surplus coefficient, the slump and 28 d compressive strength increase first and then decrease. The optimum mortar surplus coefficients of the two types of heavyweight aggregate concrete are all 1.8.
