    摘?要:將玄武巖纖維和聚丙烯纖維以不同體積摻量分別進行單摻和混摻制備C60纖維混凝土,對纖維混凝土進行抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度、抗折強度、凍融損傷、干燥收縮性能試驗,記錄不同齡期下相關性能指標的變化差異并與普通混凝土進行對比分析。結果表明,將玄武巖纖維和聚丙烯纖維混摻可以彌補單一纖維的不足,充分發揮兩種纖維的不同優勢,混摻纖維對混凝土劈裂抗拉強度和抗折強度的提升具有顯著效果,纖維混摻可以削弱凍融損傷對混凝土抗壓、抗折強度的不利影響,降低混凝土的干燥收縮變形。Abstract:C60fiberconcretewaspreparedbymixingbasaltfiberandpolypropylenefiberwithdifferentvolumesinglemixingandmixing,andthecompressivestrength,splittingtensilestrength,flexuralstrength,freeze-thawdamageanddryingshrinkageperformanceoffiberconcreteweretested.Thedifferencesintheperformanceindicatorsofdifferentageswererecordedandcomparedwiththoseofordinaryconcrete.Theresultshowsthattheblendingofbasaltfiberandpolypropylenefibercanmakeupforthedeficiencyofsinglefiber,andgivefullplaytothedifferentadvantagesofthetwofibers.Themixedfiberhasasignificanteffectonthesplittingtensilestrengthandflexuralstrengthofconcrete.Theblendingcanweakentheadverseeffectsoffreeze-thawdamageonconcretecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrength,andreducethedryingshrinkagedeformationofconcrete.

    摘 要:根據地方廢棄物的特點,把銅礦尾砂和再生骨料結合起來,代替砂石應用到普通混凝土中,通過調整外加劑摻量,保持水膠比不變,制作相應試件,測定其抗壓強度、抗折強度及耐久性。結果表明,摻銅礦尾砂及再生骨料并未導致混凝土抗壓強度及抗折強度明顯降低,甚至有所提高。保持水膠比不變,調整銅礦尾砂和再生骨料用量,對混凝土耐久性影響不明顯。 Abstract: According to the quantity characteristics of local waste, copper tailings and recycled aggregates are combined to replace sand and gravel in ordinary concrete. By adjusting the dosage of admixtures and keeping the water-binder ratio unchanged, the specimens are made to determine their compressive strength, flexural strength and durability. The results show that in terms of strength, the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete are not significantly reduced or even improved by adding tailings and recycled aggregates. To keep the water-binder ratio unchanged and to adjust the amount of tailings and recycled aggregates, the durability of concrete is not significantly affected.

    摘 要:為了研究廢玻璃摻合料對混凝土各項力學性能的影響,對不同玻璃粉粒徑(150~830 μm、75~150 μm、25~75 μm)和不同體積摻量(5%、10%、15%、20%)的廢玻璃摻合料混凝土進行了抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度和靜彈性模量性能測試,分析了廢玻璃粉粒徑和體積摻量對混凝土力學性能的影響,同時研究了廢玻璃粉摻合料混凝土的拉壓比和彈強比。結果表明:廢玻璃粉摻合料對混凝土力學性能影響較大,當玻璃粉摻量≥10%時,混凝土的抗壓強度均有不同程度的提高,玻璃粉粒徑越細,混凝土的抗壓強度越高。隨著廢玻璃粉摻量增加,混凝土劈裂抗拉強度持續降低,拉壓比減小?;炷翉椥阅A侩S著玻璃粉的摻入均出現不同程度的增大,且玻璃粉粒徑越小,彈性模量越大,彈強比隨玻璃粉摻量先增大后減小。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of waste glass admixture on the mechanical properties of concrete, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and static elastic modulus of waste glass admixture concrete with different glass powder size (150~830 μm、75~150 μm、150~830 μm) and different volume content (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) were tested. The influence of particle size and volume content of waste glass powder on the mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed, and the tension-compression ratio and elastic strength ratio of concrete were also studied. The results show that the waste glass admixture has great influence on the mechanical properties of concrete, when the content of glass powder is more than 10%, the compressive strength of concrete increases. And the finer the size of glass powder, the higher the compressive strength of concrete. With the increase of waste glass powder content, the splitting tensile strength and the tension-compression ratio of concrete decrease continuously. The elastic modulus of concrete increases in varying degrees with the addition of glass powder, and the smaller the particle size of glass powder, the larger the elastic modulus of the concrete. The elastic strength ratio first increases and then decreases with the addition of glass powder.

    摘 要:為擴大鋼渣微粉在自密實混凝土(SCC)中的應用,采用標準試驗方法研究了鋼渣微粉及復合摻合料對硅酸鹽水泥凝結時間、SCC拌和物填充性及凝結時間的影響。結果表明,鋼渣微粉對水泥凈漿的凝結具有明顯的延緩作用,鋼渣微粉摻量越大,水泥的凝結時間就越長;與鋼渣微粉相比,復合摻合料的緩凝作用明顯減小。采用鋼渣微粉摻量為10%~50%,并按SF1級坍落擴展度要求配制的SCC拌和物具有良好的填充性;摻比例為1∶1的鋼渣微粉-粉煤灰復合摻合料時,SCC拌和物的填充性明顯提高。摻加鋼渣微粉使SCC拌和物的凝結時間明顯延長;與單摻鋼渣微粉相比,摻比例為1∶1的鋼渣微粉-礦渣微粉復合摻合料對SCC拌和物凝結時間的影響顯著減小。 Abstract: In order to expand the application of steel slag powder in self-compacting concrete(SCC), the effects of steel slag powder and compound admixtures on setting time of portland cement paste, filling ability and setting time of SCC mixture were studied by standard test methods. The results show that steel slag powder has obvious retarding effect on the setting of cement paste. The larger the content of steel slag powder mixing in cement, the longer the setting time of cement paste. Compared with the steel slag powder, the retarding effect of compound admixtures is obviously reduced. The SCC mixtures with 10%~50% steel slag powder according to slump-flow requirements of SF1 grade have good filling ability. When the steel slag powder-fly ash compound admixture is mixed with a ratio of 1∶1, the filling ability of SCC mixture can be obviously improved. The setting time of SCC mixture is obviously prolonged by mixing with steel slag powder. Compared with the single steel slag powder, the effect of the steel slag powder-slag powder compound admixture with a ratio of 1∶1 on the setting time of SCC mixture is significantly reduced.

    摘 要:水泥混凝土道路由于其施工操作的便利和良好的性價比,目前在城市小區、鄉村應用仍較為普及,但施工操作稍有不當水泥混凝土道路路面極易產生裂縫?;趯λ嗷炷恋缆方ㄔO施工經驗總結及觀察,分析論證了水泥混凝土路面產生各種裂縫的原因,并在此基礎上提出了針對水泥混凝土路面各種裂縫的防控措施。 Abstract: Due to the convenience of construction operation and good cost performance ratio, cement concrete pavement is still widely used in rural areas currently, but the defect of cement concrete pavement is that it is very easy to produce cracks on the pavement with slight improper construction operation. Based on the summary and observation of the construction experience of cement concrete pavement, the causes of various cracks in cement concrete pavement are analyzed and demonstrated. On this basis, the prevention and control measures for various cracks in cement concrete pavement are put forward.

    摘 要:由于受高溫天氣的影響,高速鐵路CRTSⅡ型板式無砟軌道寬窄接縫混凝土的裂縫、破損病害發生頻率較高,為此研制了滿足運營高速鐵路寬窄接縫修復施工要求的聚合物混凝土材料,成功應用于京滬高鐵德禹特大橋寬窄接縫病害整治工程,并從工程概況、施工工藝、修復材料、施工方法及施工質量控制等方面對寬窄接縫混凝土傷損修復施工進行了歸納和總結。 Abstract: Because of the influence of high temperature, the concrete crack and damage which are found in the wide and narrow construction joint of the high-speed railway CRTS Ⅱ slab type ballastless track hare a high frequency of occurrence. The polymer modified concrete which met the requirements of the wide and narrow construction joint concrete repair project on the operating high-speed railway line are designed and prepared. And the polymer modified concrete was successfully applied in the wide and narrow construction joint of concrete repair project which located in the Deyu super bridge of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. That repair project was induced and summarized from the project overview, construction technology, repair materials, construction methods and construction quality and so on.

    摘 要:分別用銀/氯化銀、鈦銥合金、石墨做固體參比電極,用光圓鋼筋、螺紋鋼筋做工作電極,用不銹鋼做輔助電極,設計制作了兩種形式的埋置式鋼筋腐蝕狀態檢測探頭A和B,在摻鹽和未摻鹽試件中進行了試驗檢測。結果表明,以鈦銥和石墨為參比電極、以螺紋鋼筋為工作電極的檢測探頭B對活化狀態(摻鹽)的鋼筋具有較好的檢測效果。 Abstract: Silver/silver chloride, titanium-niobium alloy and graphite were used as solid reference electrodes respectively. Light-reinforcing steel bars and threaded steel bars were used as working electrodes, and stainless steel was used as auxiliary electrode. Two types of embedded steel bars were detected and corroded. Sensors A and B were tested in salt-doped and unsalted test pieces. The results show that the detection sensor B with titanium ruthenium and graphite as the reference electrode and the rebar as the working electrode has a good detection effect on the steel bar in the activated state (salted).

    摘 要:以膨脹珍珠巖和微珠保溫砂巖為對象,通過實驗法獲得了不同骨料級配下膨脹?;⒅闊o機保溫砂漿,并分析研究了材料的吸水特性、保溫骨料、纖維用量等變量對無機保溫砂漿的使用性能的影響。結果表明,隨?;⒅閾搅康脑黾?,無機保溫砂漿干密度不斷增加,孔隙率表現出先下降后上升的變化趨勢,當m(膨脹珍珠巖)∶m(?;⒅椋?∶1.5時,孔隙率最小,最小值為0.236。當保溫骨料為60%,可分散乳膠粉為3.8%,纖維素醚摻量為0.25%,引氣劑用量為0.028%時,無機保溫砂漿的導熱系數、強度和干密度值滿足標準要求。 Abstract: Taking expanded perlite and microbeads as the objects, the inorganic thermal insulation mortar with expanded glass bubbles under different aggregate grades was obtained by experimental method, and the application performance of inorganic thermal insulation mortar was analyzed and studied according to the water absorption characteristics of materials, the amount of thermal insulation aggregate and the amount of fiber. The results show that, with the increase of glass bubbles, the dry density of inorganic thermal insulation mortar increases continuously, and the porosity shows a change process of decreasing first and then rising. When the mass ratio of expanded perlite to glass bubbles is 1∶1.5, the porosity is the smallest and the minimum is 0.236. When the thermal insulation aggregate is 60%, dispersible latex powder is 3.8%, cellulose ether is 0.25%, and the amount of air attractant is 0.028%, the thermal conductivity, strength and dry density of the inorganic thermal insulation mortar meet standard requirement.

                            <span class="newMs">摘   要:以雙氧水為化學發泡劑,陶粒、水泥、粉煤灰為主要原料制備了輕質多孔型陶?;炷?,研究了雙氧水、粉煤灰摻量變化對陶?;炷列阅艿挠绊?。結果表明,雙氧水、粉煤灰摻量可有效改善陶?;炷羶炔靠捉Y構分布,從而提高其力學性能、導熱系數、抗凍融能力。在水膠比0.35,陶粒、水泥、納米CaCO3、減水劑、穩泡劑、粉煤灰、雙氧水用量分別為15%、40%、1%、0.04%、1.2%、28%~32%、6%~8%時,制備的陶?;炷帘碛^密度低于1 100 kg/m3,抗壓強度高于7 MPa,抗折強度高于3MPa,導熱系數低于0.26 W/(m·K),凍融循環50次后,抗壓強度損失低于20%,抗壓強度大于6 MPa。
Abstract: The lightweight and multihole ceramsite concrete was prepared by using hydrogen peroxide as chemical foaming agent and ceramsite, cement and fly ash as main raw materials. The effects of the change of hydrogen peroxide and fly ash on properties of ceramsite concrete were researched. The results show that the mixing amount of flyash and hydrogen peroxide significantly improve the distribution of ceramsite concrete internal pore structure, so as to impact on the mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and freeze-melt resistance. When the water-binder ratio is 0.35, the dosage of ceramsite, cement, nano-CaCO3, water reducing agent, foam stabilizing agent, fly ash and hydrogen peroxide respectively is 15%, 40%, 1%, 0.04%, 1.2%, 28%~32% and 6%~8%,the apparent density of the prepared ceramic concrete is lower than 1 100 kg/m3, the compressive strength is higher than 7 MPa, the flexural strength is higher than 3 MPa, the thermal conductivity is lower than 0.26 W/(m·K) and the compressive strength loss is less than 20%, the compressive strength is greater than 6 MPa after 50 times freeze-thraw cycle.</span>

    摘 要:針對北京某地鐵車站,根據反應位移法的計算原理,首先求出由土層位移引起作用于地鐵車站結構的側向力、作用于結構周圍的剪力及結構慣性力;然后采用Midas GTS有限元軟件進行地鐵車站的抗震性能分析。由分析結果知,地鐵車站層間位移滿足規范限值要求,靜力工況下的配筋能滿足地震工況下的配筋需求,地鐵車站結構的配筋控制工況為非地震工況。 Abstract: According to the calculation principle of the response displacement method, the lateral force acting on the metro station structure, the shear force acting on the surrounding structure and the structural inertia force caused by the soil displacement are calculated. The Midas GTS finite element software was used to analyze the seismic performance of the metro station. According to the analysis results, the inter-layer displacement of the metro station can meet the requirements of the standard limit, and the reinforcement under static conditions can meet the reinforcement requirements under seismic conditions. The reinforcement control condition of the metro station structure is non-seismic. Key words: Metro station; Seismic analysis; Response displacement method; Inter-layer displacement
