    摘 要:對分別摻入活化多孔硅粉和硅灰的C60自密實混凝土的含氣量、凝結時間、坍落度保持能力和抗壓強度等進行了對比試驗研究,得出了多孔硅粉對新拌自密實混凝土性能的若干影響規律,并分析了其作用機理。對比分析結果表明,多孔硅粉對新拌自密實混凝土性能的改善作用略優于硅灰,是一種具有高早強性的優質高活性礦物摻合料。 Abstract: The C60 self-compacting concrete made by respectively adding the porous silica powder or silica fume were compared through the tests, such as slump loss, air content, setting time and compressive strength, and by which the laws and mechanisms of the effect of porous silica powder on the properties of self-compacting concrete were obtained. The results also indicate that the improvement of concrete performances by silica powder will be better than that of by silica fume, and that will demonstrate it is a kind of high activity mineral mixture with high-early-strength.

    摘 要:通過1000℃煅燒菱鎂礦制備出輕燒MgO膨脹劑,研究了輕燒MgO摻量、養護溫度、養護方式對水泥漿體變形行為的影響,并分析了粉煤灰的摻入對含MgO水泥漿變形的影響規律。結果表明,所制備的輕燒MgO膨脹劑具有持續穩定的膨脹性能,摻入后漿體的膨脹變形隨溫度的升高而加大。40℃養護條件下,摻6%MgO的水泥漿體可表現出自膨脹性。粉煤灰的摻入對MgO的膨脹性能有明顯的抑制作用。 Abstract: A MgO-based expansive agent has been prepared by calcined magnesite under 1000℃ in the laboratory. The influences of MgO dosage, curring temperature and curring methods on the deformation behavior of cement pastes with this expansive agent were systematically studied. Meanwhile the effect of fly ash on the expansion ability of MgO was discussed. The results showed that the expansion produced by MgO in cement pastes is stable through the whole course of hydration, and with increasing the curring temperature, the expansion is enlarged. The cement paste containing 6% MgO exhibits autogenous expansion at 40℃ and tends to be stable after 90d. And the expansion performance of MgO was restrained by the addition of fly ash obviously.

    摘 要:通過對再生骨料混凝土(RAC)系列試驗,研究了再生骨料取代量對混凝土力學性能和耐久性的影響。結果表明,RAC的力學性能隨著再生骨料取代量的增加而降低,但降低幅度隨齡期的延長而有所減??;在微觀結構上,RAC與普通混凝土非常相近。RAC的單軸受壓應力-應變曲線與普通混凝土相似。再生骨料取代率低于60%時,RAC的耐久性與普通混凝土相當。 Abstract: The influence of the replacement ratio of natural aggregate by the recycled aggregate on the mechanical properties and durability of RAC is studied by testing of a series of Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC). The results show that the strength of RAC decreases with the increase of the content of recycled aggregate, but the decreasing extent will become less with the prolonging of the age. The microstructure of RAC is similar to that of ordinary concrete, as the same, the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve of RAC is similar to that of ordinary concrete too. And the durability of RAC will approach to that of ordinary concrete if the content of recycled aggregate is not more than 60%.

    摘 要:根據混凝土摻合料的酸堿性、活性和吸水性等物理化學性能,提出劃分混凝土摻合料種類的不同方法。并根據摻合料性能對混凝土工作性、強度和耐久性的影響,提出改善混凝土性能的摻合料優化組合方法。此外,探討了摻合料優化組合提高混凝土工作性、強度和耐久性的作用機理。 Abstract:According to the properties of mineral admixture of concrete, such as acid-alkaliness, reactivity and water-absorbability, the classification methods of it were presented. And based on analysing the influences of this propenties on concrete workability, strength and durability, the methods and rules for optimizing the combinations of different admixture have been put porward. Besides, the mechanism of that the optimized combination will improve the workbility, strength and durability of concrete has been discussed.

    摘 要:以錳礦渣為摻合料替代30%水泥配制混凝土,并與基準混凝土和摻加礦渣微粉的混凝土進行了性能對比。試驗結果表明,錳礦渣可以改善混凝土的工作性能;錳礦渣混凝土的早期抗壓、抗折強度較低,但后期強度發展較明顯;錳礦渣混凝土的抗凍、抗滲、收縮等長期耐久性能較基準混凝土稍差。加入某激發劑(代號JS)后的錳礦渣混凝土早期抗壓強度和抗折強度接近基準混凝土,且可使錳礦渣混凝土的抗凍、抗滲、收縮等長期耐久性能大大提升(略好于基準混凝土)。 Abstract: Concrete with addition of manganese slag for substitusion of 30% cement has been prepared and which performances are compared with mormal concrete and concrete with adding slag powder. The rezutts show that the manganese slag can improve the workability of concrete, and the early flexural and compressive strength of concrete with manganese slag appears in lower, but in later period the strength can be obviously increased. For the longterm's performances of concrete with mangarese slag, such as frost-resistance, impermeability and shrinkage etc., may be weaker than that of mormal concrete. After activator JS is introduced to this concrete, the early flexural and compressive strength can approach to that of normal concrete. Activator JS may improve the durability of concrete, comsisting of frost-resistance, impermeability and shrinkage etc., and which even can slightly higher than normal concrete.

    摘 要:GB50046-2008《工業建筑防腐蝕設計規范》中提出,PHC管樁不宜在強腐蝕性等級環境中應用,本文嘗試利用硅烷對PHC管樁樁身進行防護,探討其防腐性能的改善。試驗結果表明:硅烷對強度達C80的蒸壓制備的管樁混凝土的耐久性能有明顯的改良作用,硅烷滲透深度均達1mm以上,吸水率降低一個數量級,抗氯離子滲透性能提高74.63%以上。從實驗結果看,可以滿足GB50046-2008要求。
