    摘 要:混凝土凝結硬化階段的抗擾動性能是指混凝土在此期間經過振動的干擾,其強度發展不受影響的能力,這對于在不中斷交通的情況下對橋梁進行維修和加固具有重要意義。本文在定義混凝土貫入阻力值與凝結硬化階段初期、中期及后期的對應關系基礎上,利用超聲法對混凝土抗擾動性進行了研究,對混凝土凝結硬化初期、中期和后期的強度變化進行了分析,得出了混凝土在凝結硬化階段的初期和后期具有一定的抗擾動性,但凝結硬化中期混凝土抗擾動性能最差的結論。 Abstracts: The anti-disturbance of concrete in the setting and hardening period means that the ability of strength development of concrete is not effected by the vibrating disturbances, which is very important to the maitaining and strengthening of bridges without traffic interruption. In this paper, based on the corresponding relationship between penetration resistance value of concrete and the initial, mid, or late stages of the period of setting and hardening, the anti-disturbance performance of concrete is studied by ultrasonic method and the strength charnge of the initial, mid, and late stages is analyzed. As a result, in the initial and late stages of the period of setting and hardening of concrete, there is some anti-disturbance performance, but the anti-disturbance of concrete is the worst in the mid stage.

    摘 要:在優化梳形共聚物分子結構的基礎上,開發出一種超早強型聚羧酸鹽超塑化劑PCA-V?;炷猎囼灲Y果表明,環境溫度越低,添加PCA-V后的早強效果越明顯。在4℃低溫環境下,24h混凝土抗壓強度相當于摻普通PCA-I超塑化劑混凝土抗壓強度的500%以上,30h抗壓強度相當于摻PCA-I的480%。 Abstracts: Based on optimizing the molecular structure of a comb-copolymer, a new kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCA-V) with super high-early strength has been developed. The results of concrete tests indicate that PCA-V has the ability to accelerate the development strength of concrete at early age of specially in conditions of low curing temperature. Compared with ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCA-I), the compressive strength of concrete containing PCA-V can respectively reach over 500% or 480% at the early age of 24 hours or 30 hours.

    摘??要:通過水泥凈漿流動度試驗,研究了新型木聚脂肪族高效減水劑與水泥的相容性。討論了不同摻量減水劑與不同熟料、不同細度、含不同混合材及其摻量的水泥之間的相容性。結果表明,減水劑摻量為1.6%時與各種水泥有良好的相容性。但水泥比表面積大于4000cm2/g時,隨著水泥比表面積的增加,30min及60min經時流動度損失較大;當水泥熟料中C3A含量較低(10%以下)時,降低C3S/C2S比值可以減小水泥漿體流動度的經時損失。粉煤灰與礦粉雙摻,可以進一步提高木聚脂肪族高效減水劑與水泥的相容性。Abstracts:Basedonthetestsoffluidityofcementpaste,thecompatibilitybetweenanewtypeoflignified-polyaliphaticsuperplasticizerandcementisinvestigatedandthetestsiscarriedonwithdifferentcontentsofsuperplasticizer,differentcementclinkerandfinenessanddifferenttypesandcontentsofaddotoves.Theresultsshowthatthecompatibilitybetweenlignified-polyaliphaticsuperplasticizeranddifferenttypesofcementisgoodwhenthecontentofsuperplasticizeris1.6%.Whenthespecificsurfaceareaofcementismorethan4000cm2/g,thefluiditylossat30minor60minbecomesgreaterbytheincreaseofspecificsurface.WhenthecontentofC3Ainclinkerislower(lessthan10%),lowingtheratioofC3A/C2Acouldreducethefluiditylossofcementpaste.Thecompatibilitybetweenlignified-polyaliphaticsuperplasticizerandcementcanalsobeimprovedwhenflyashandslagareaddedwithtogether.

    摘 要:采用兩種纖維素摻入到砂漿和混凝土中,研究了不同纖維素摻量對砂漿和易性、強度及混凝土抗滲性能的影響,分析了纖維素混凝土的微觀結構。結果表明,摻纖維素的砂漿和易性隨著摻量的增加而降低;摻纖維素的砂漿抗壓強度和抗折強度在28d齡期內比未摻纖維素砂漿的低,而后期強度則有所提高;纖維素能較大地提高混凝土的抗滲性能,微觀分析顯示纖維素的摻入影響了水泥水化進程,改善了混凝土微觀孔隙結構。 Abstracts: Two kinds of cellulose are added in concrete to investigate the influences of different cellulose dosages on workability, strength of mortar and impermeability of concrete. The micro-structure of concrete with cellulose is also studied. The results show that the workability of mortar is reduced with the cellulose dosage increased. The compressive and flexural strength of mortar with cellulose are lower than the mortar without cellulose in the age of 28-days, but the strength at the later has a little improved. The cellucose can obviously improve the impermeability of concrete, and the SEM morphology analysis shows that the cellulose can effect the hydration process of cement and improve the microporous structure of concrete.

    摘?要:將錳渣代替30%水泥,再摻入化學激發劑,制成活化錳渣水泥并成型了砂漿試件,測試其力學強度,結果表明,化學激發劑可使錳渣的活性得到激發,體系的力學強度有所提高。此外,采用紅外光譜分析法對化學活化錳渣-水泥復合體系的水化過程進行了試驗,結果表明,在水化早期,三乙醇胺的分子結構發生了改變,說明它參與了復合體系的水化過程,促進了水化反應程度;復合激發劑FAA的引入可促進水泥熟料礦物的水化進程加快,促使水化產物大量生成,進而提高體系的早期強度。Abstract:Withblendingchemicalactivator,cementpastescontaining30%activatedmanganeseslagcanbemadeandthemortarspecimentswitharemoulded.Thestrengthtestingresultsshowthatchemicalactivatorcanfurtheractivateactivityofmanganeseslag,andthemechanicalstrengthofcompositesystemwithmanganeseslagandcementcanbeincreased.Meanwhile,thehydrationprocessofcementpastescontainingmanganeseslagwithchemicalactivationhavebeenstudiedbyinfra-redspectrumanalysis.Theresultsshowthatatearlyageofhydration,themolecularstructureoftriethanolamineischanged,anditcanbeinvolvedinthehydrationprocessofcomplexsystem,andwhichcanacceleratethehydrationreaction.AcomplexactivatorFAAcanacceleratehydrationofcementclinkerandmakethehydrationproductsgrowinginagreatqualtity,whichwillincreasestheearlystrengthofsystem.

    摘 要:在抗腐蝕外加劑與混凝土外加劑適應性試驗的基礎上,用人工配制的鹽水來模擬海洋環境,通過強度試驗、微觀孔結構和氯離子滲透試驗,證明了所配制的新型抗腐蝕外加劑能使水泥砂漿致密性增強,可保持砂漿強度的穩定性,并具有良好的抗氯離子滲透性能。 Abstracts: Based on the compatibility tests of anti-corrosion agents and chemical admixtures of concrete, the marine environment was simulated by a man-made solution. Through the tests of strength, micro-pore structure and chloride permeability, it is proved that the new anti-corrosion admixture can enhance the density of cement-based mortar and maintain the stability of mortar strength, and the cement-based mortar could have a good chloride-penetration resistance.

    摘 要:京滬高速鐵路對高性能混凝土的要求很高,主要體現在混凝土的電通量的要求上,本文通過對京滬高鐵土建工程三標段高性能混凝土耐久性指標與電通量關系的分析研究,并在電通量試驗結果的基礎上,討論了電通量的主要影響因素和正確獲得混凝土電通量的試驗方法,以及進行了降低高性能混凝土電通量的措施。 Abstracts: The technical requirements of high performance concrete(HPC) should be greater for Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway, which are mainly embodied on the requirements of electric flux through the concrete. In this paper, the relationship between HPC durability and electric flux is analyzed for Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway project. And based on the testing results, the main influencing factors and suitabal testing methods of electric flux, as well as the measures of reducing electric flux of HPC, are discussed.

    摘 要:通過對水泥膠砂試件的潛在膨脹性能及試件在硫酸鈉環境中的抗侵蝕性能的試驗研究,討論了水泥品種、粉煤灰摻量、無堿速凝劑及養護時間對水泥-粉煤灰復合膠凝材料抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能的影響。結果表明,粉煤灰能夠較好的抑制硫酸鹽侵蝕所引起的膨脹,但這種抑制作用主要表現在后期;在無堿速凝劑存在的條件下,粉煤灰對水泥抗硫酸鹽性能的影響尤為顯著。同時,粉煤灰能夠顯著提高硫酸鹽侵蝕環境下長齡期水泥膠砂試件的抗壓強度。經過充分養護的水泥膠砂試件也有較好的抗硫酸鹽性能。 Abstracts: Through the experimental study on the potential expansion character stics and the corrosion resistance of cement-mortar in the circumstance of sodium sulfate, the effects of different types of cement, fly ash content, non-alkaline accelerator and the curring time on the sulfate corrosion resistance of cement-fly ash composites are discussed. As a result, the fly ash can greatly restrain the expansion caused by sulfate attack, but the restraint is mainly acted in the later process period. The effect of fly ash on sulfate corrosion resistance is especially obvious with non-alkaline accelerator. Meanwhile, the fly ash can obviously improve the compression strength of cement-mortar at the long-age and in the circumstance of sulfate attack. And the cement-mortar could have a good sulfate resistance under a good curring.
