    摘 要:采用測試內約束收縮應力的方法研究了表觀密度、水灰比、輕集料品種、不同礦物摻合料及約束程度對輕集料混凝土干燥收縮開裂的影響。結果顯示,輕集料混凝土表觀密度的降低增大了干燥收縮開裂的趨勢,過低或過高的水灰比對干燥收縮開裂均有不利影響,輕集料種類則對收縮應力有一定影響;粉煤灰、磨細礦渣粉、硅灰的摻入降低了收縮開裂風險,混凝土收縮開裂概率隨著約束程度提高明顯增大。 Abstract: By using of the method of measuring the contracted stresses in restraint condition the influences of several factors, including apparent density, water cement ratio, type of lightweight aggregate, different mineral admixture and restraint degree, on the shrinkage cracking of lightweight aggregate concrete were studied by tests. And the rezults show that, the decrease of apparent density of lightweight aggregate concrete can increase the risk of dry shrinkage cracking, and too low or too high water/cement ratio also has negative influence on preventing the dry shrinkage cracking. The type of light aggregate has some effects on the shrinkage stress. The addition of fly ash, ground slag powder and silica fume will reduce the risk of shrinkage and cracking. And the cracking probability increases obviously with the increasing restraint degree.

    摘 要:對再生混凝土進行了快速凍融試驗研究。結果表明,經一定的凍融循環后,再生混凝土的強度、質量和相對動彈模量均有不同程度的下降。和普通混凝土相比,其質量和相對動彈模量下降幅度小于普通混凝土的降幅,而強度下降幅度則大于普通混凝土的。根據再生混凝土抗凍性試驗結果,初步建立了基于再生混凝土抗折強度衰變規律的抗凍耐久性壽命模型。 Abstract:The accelerated freez-thawing tests for researching of recycle aggregate concrete have been down and the rezults show that the strength, mass and relative dynamic modulus of recycle concrete are all decreased in different levels with the increasing of freez-thawing cycle numbers. However, the docreasing quantities of mass and dynamic modulus for recycle aggregate concrete are less than that of odinary concrete, but the decreasing quantities of strength is larger than ordinary concrete. And based on the test rezutls a formula for describing the declining of flexural strength of R.A.C. by freezing and thawing is build up and a model for predicting the live-span of R.A.C. in proper srvice is put forward.

    摘 要:通過抗壓強度、非蒸發水量、礦渣反應度的試驗測定及XRD分析,研究了摻礦渣水泥漿體的水化反應進程。結果表明,在相同齡期下,抗壓強度隨礦渣摻量與水膠比的增加呈減小趨勢,礦渣的化學活性在28d前比較顯著;摻礦渣水泥漿體的非蒸發水量高于純水泥漿體非蒸發水量;礦渣的反應度則隨其摻量的增加而減小,隨水膠比的增加而增大。 Abstract: Though the testing methods of compressive strength, non-evaporable water content, reaction degree of slag and XRD-analysis, the hydration process of cement paste with slag was studied. The results showed that at the same age, the compressive strength will decrease along with the increasing of water binder ratio and the centent of added slag. The chemical activity of slag is rather obvious in the 28d ages. And the content of non-evaporable water of cement paste with slag is higher than that of cement paste without slag. The reaction degree of slag decreased along with the increasing of content of added slag, and it increased along with the increasing of water binder ratio.

    摘 要:試驗對比研究了鋼渣微粉對混凝土工作性、抗壓強度、體積穩定性以及耐久性的影響。結果表明,鋼渣微粉可以顯著改善混凝土的工作性,但也導致了混凝土凝結時間的延長。相對于粉煤灰和礦粉,鋼渣微粉的活性略低,配制出的混凝土早期強度略低,但鋼渣微粉可以與粉煤灰或礦粉雙摻而產生超疊加效應。且鋼渣微粉可以顯著降低混凝土的干燥收縮,提高混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性能,對混凝土的抗凍性也無不利的影響。 Abstract: Compared with the concrete added by fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBFS), the effects of steel slag powder on the workability, compressive strength, volume stability and durability of high strength concrete were investigated. The results show that, steel slag powder can improve the workability remarkably, and delay the setting time of the fresh concrete, and it has somewhat cementitious properties and low activity at early ages. At the same time, steel slag powder can reduce the drying shrinkage, and improve the resistance to chloride ion penetrating of high strength concrete remarkably. And the effects of steel slag powder on the freezing-thawing resistance of high strength concrete are not obvious. While both steel slag powder and fly ash or GGBFS is added into concrete together, the properties of concrete could be improved further due to Super-Compound Effects.

    摘 要:簡單介紹了發泡劑的發泡特性及泡沫穩定機理,并介紹了本文采用的基礎蛋白質發泡劑的主要性質。在此基礎上,選取了改善蛋白質發泡劑泡沫穩定性的幾種化學物質。實驗結果表明,茶皂素和蔗糖對發泡劑的發泡過程和泡沫穩定性均有不同程度的改善作用。其中茶皂素改善作用較明顯,當其在發泡液中摻量為0.3g/L時,100mL發泡液的發泡體積為740mL,泡沫穩定時間在28h以上。 Abstract:The foamability and mechanism of foam stability for foaming agent were introduced briefly and some additives to protein foaming agent for improving foam stability were selected in tests and discussed. The results show that two addtives can improve the foam stability of the agent to a different extents. Among which the saponin had more effective. When the dosage is in 0.3g/L , the foam volume with 100ml foaming agent is up to 740mL, and the foam retaining duration exceeds 28hrs.

    摘 要:研究了混凝土萘系高效減水劑中硫酸鈉含量對混凝土的力學性能、氯離子滲透性能、碳化以及變形等方面性能的影響,并對相關的機理進行了分析。試驗結果表明,適當增加混凝土萘系高效減水劑中硫酸鈉含量可以改善水泥凈漿的流動性,提高混凝土的抗壓和抗折強度、抗氯離子滲透能力和抗碳化性能,但會對混凝土的收縮與變形性能產生不利影響。 Abstract: The effects of content of sodium sulfate in naphthalene-based water reducer of concrete on the mechanical properties, chloride permeability, carbonation and deformation of concrete are studied, and the related mechanisms are analyzed. The results show that when properly increasing the sodium sulfate content of naphthalene-based water reducer, it is able to improve the fluidity of cement paste and increase the compressive and flexural strength, as well as increase the resistances to-chloride penetrating and to-carbonation of concrete, but will have a negative effect on shrinkage and deformation of concrete.
