    摘 要:研究了輕集料種類及其在粗集料中所占比例、輕集料粒徑與級配以及體積砂率對高強次輕混凝土的表觀密度、抗壓強度、抗拉強度和彈性模量的影響。試驗結果表明,輕集料的種類及其在粗集料中所占比例對不同強度等級的高強次輕混凝土具有相似的影響規律,即當輕集料在粗集料中比例不超過50%時,混凝土的抗壓、抗拉強度和彈性模量隨輕集料摻量變化的變化并不明顯,而超過50%時,則隨著輕集料摻量增大而明顯降低;高強次輕混凝土的力學性能隨輕集料粒徑減小而提高,間斷級配對混凝土的力學性能影響不利;體積砂率存在最佳范圍,約為40%左右。 Abstract: Effects of the types, the volume contents, the max-sides and the grading of lightweight aggregate and the volume rate of sand on the physical and mechanical properties of high strength semi-lightweight concrete (HSSC) were investigated. Test results show that tow types of lightweight aggregate have similar regularity of effect on the mechanical properties of different strength grade HSSC. When the volume rate of lightweight aggregate in coarse aggregate changes in un-exceeding 50%, its effect on the compressive strength, split tensile strength and elastic modulus of HSSC isn’t obvious, however when it’s in exceeding 50% the mechanical properties of HSSC decrease markedly with increase of the volume rate of lightweight aggregate. Besides, the mechanical properties of HSSC increase with reduce of the lightweight aggregate's max-side, and the gap-grading aggregate is disadvantage to the mechanical properties of HSSC, for HSSC the optimal volume rate of sand is at about 40%.

    摘 要:研究了干濕交替作用下加速硫酸鹽侵蝕對植生型多孔混凝土耐久性的影響。采用正交實驗方法,研究了凈漿水膠比、礦粉摻量和骨料粒徑三種因素對多孔混凝土抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性以及對抗壓強度的影響。試驗通過將測量的超聲波波速換算為相對動彈模量以評價多孔混凝土的硫酸鹽侵蝕破壞程度。實驗結果表明,在相同空隙率情況下,骨料粒徑越小,抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能越好;水膠比在0.25~0.29的范圍內,凈漿水膠比越大,抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能越好;磨細礦粉摻量大于20%時,不利于提高多孔混凝土的抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能。 Abstract: The influences of three factors, the water binder ratio W/B, the contents of ground slag powder and the particle size of aggregate, on the resistance to sulfate attack and compressive strength of porous concrete have been experimentally studied under the conditions of dry-wet cycling and sulfate attacking. And the loss of dynamic elastic modulus of porous concrete, which are get throuht calculating the data of measured velocity of ultasonic waes in tests, is taken for evaluation of the failume degree on sulfate attack. The vezults show that the less of aggregate particle size, the better of durability on sulfate attack; and the lager of W/B, the better of durability on sulfate attack when the W/B is in the rauge of 0.25~0.29; and when the content of ground slag is larger than 20%, there is a harmfulness for raising the resistance of porous concrete to sulfate attack.

    摘 要:采用經改進的軸向拉伸試驗裝置對三種不同水灰比的高性能混凝土早齡期的抗拉強度和拉伸彈性模量等拉伸特性進行了實驗研究。結果表明,所采用的試驗裝置和試驗方法能較有效地評價硬化過程中高性能混凝土的軸向抗拉特性;早齡期高性能混凝土的抗拉強度發展迅速,軸心抗拉強度約為同齡期劈裂抗拉強度的0.96倍;高性能混凝土早期拉伸彈性模量的發展比抗拉強度的發展更快。 Abstract: The tensile properties including tensile strength and tensile elastic modulus of three kinds of different high performance concrete ( HPC ) mixtures at early ages were experimentally investigated with uniaxial tensile testing equipment. The conclusions of the present study can be drawn as follows: The testing equipment is adopted to evaluated the tensile properties of the hardening HPC effectively; The Uniaxial tensile strength is incresased rapidly at early age and the valume is about 0.96 times of splitting tensile strength ; The development of tensile elastic modulus of HPC is much quicker than that of development of tensile strength at early ages.

    摘 要:研究了不同粉煤灰摻量的高鈣粉煤灰混凝土的抗壓強度、抗碳化及抗氯離子滲透性能。結果表明,隨著Ⅱ級高鈣粉煤灰摻量的增加,28d的抗壓強度相比于基準混凝土要低,60d和90d抗壓強度則可達到甚至超過基準混凝土。而摻Ⅲ級高鈣粉煤灰混凝土28d后的強度增長則不顯著;摻Ⅱ級高鈣粉煤灰的混凝土均比同齡期基準混凝土的碳化深度小,而摻Ⅲ級高鈣粉煤灰時混凝土的碳化深度略大。試驗還表明,摻Ⅱ、Ⅲ級高鈣粉煤灰混凝土的抗氯離子滲透能力均比基準混凝土好。 Abstract: The ompressive strength, and the resistances to carbonation and to choride ion penetration of concrete with different cantents of Ⅱ class or Ⅲ class high lime fly ash are experimentally studied. Compared to the reference concrete, with increase of blending of Ⅱ class high lime fly ash, the 28 day's compressive strength of concrete is slow, while 60 or 90 day's compressive strength are reaching or exceeding the reference one. The 28 day's compressive strength of the concrete with Ⅱ class high lime fly ash is higher than the concrete with Ⅲ class high lime fly ash, and the increases of strength is insignificant after 28 days. Carbonization degree of the concrete with Ⅱ class high lime fly ash is all lower than the reference, while with Ⅲ class high lime fly ash is higher. And the resistance to chloride penetration of concrete with two kinds of high lime fly ash is better than the reference concrete.

    摘 要:摻入模擬海砂(經NaCl溶液浸泡)進行混凝土實驗,研究了海砂型氯離子在混凝土中的擴散特征,結合SEM-EDS微觀實驗,討論了其傳輸機理,發現海砂型與氯離子摻入型的混凝土在氯離子結合、傳輸方式上各不相同,前者存在一個從砂子表面向混凝土內部擴散的過程。并在此基礎上提出海砂型氯鹽侵蝕的概念。 Abstract: The Cl- diffusion feature of concrete made from imitated sea-sand, i.e. the river-sand soaked with NaCl solution, and made from ordinary sand are tested by using SEM-EDS method. It is found that the combination patten and the transmission way of Cl- are different and for the former there is a diffusion process of ions from the surface of sand to the inner of concrete. And Based on this the thansmission mechanism of Cl- is discussed and a concept for chloride attack of sea-sand is proposed.

    摘 要:針對某海底隧道工程對C40P10噴射混凝土的使用要求,實驗研究了速凝劑、硅灰以及鋼纖維對噴射混凝土工作性、力學性能以及耐久性的影響。結果表明,所配制的噴射混凝土的工作性良好,可滿足現場濕噴工藝的要求;在噴射混凝土中加入硅灰和鋼纖維能夠顯著改善其力學性能,增強其抗水滲透能力;摻入硅灰的噴射混凝土表現出優異的抗氯離子滲透能力,適合于海底隧道工程應用。 Abstract: According to the construction requirements of a sea tunnel, the C40P10 shotcrete was prepared in laboratory. The effects of accelerators, silica fume and steel fiber on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of shotcrete were studied. The test results indicated that the workability of shotcrete was good enough to meet the requirements for wet processing technology, and the mechanical properties can be largely improved. And the permeability, especially in chloride penetration, was very low when silica fume and steel fiber were added into it. It is demonstrated that the adding of silica fume to modified shotcrete is a proper choice for sea tunnel because of its extreme low chloride penetration.

    摘 要:介紹了一種用于集料堿活性試驗評價的熱養護筒的結構特點及使用方法。該養護筒特別設計的兩層擱板保證了試件的測頭在養護過程中不接觸養護筒底部;采用拉桿,可方便取放試件,且避免了堿液對操作者手部皮膚所造成的腐蝕;外殼及內部試件架由不銹鋼材料制成,有較強的抗堿液腐蝕性和較長的使用壽命。該養護筒適用于不同溫度下對集料堿活性的快速檢測。

    摘 要:針對水泥制品如電桿、雙T板、排水管、SP板等產品的不同要求,開發了專用于水泥制品的礦物外加劑,并對其力學性能、耐久性能及與高效早強劑雙摻技術進行了研究。結果發現,蒸養條件下復合礦物外加劑等量取代水泥50%時,與基準混凝土相比早期強度、后期強度及耐久性能明顯提高。同時摻加礦物外加劑后的混凝土抗折強度顯著提高,明顯降低了混凝土的脆性。與高效早強劑雙摻后,可免除蒸養,后期強度不降低,耐久性能更佳。
