    摘 要:用自制的炭黑水泥砂漿板制作室內地面并以此進行了低溫輻射采暖的試驗研究。介紹了炭黑水泥砂漿板在室內的排布、接線、溫度測點的布置,給出了在恒定電壓下室內空氣溫度、加熱板溫度、隔熱層溫度等隨通電時間變化的試驗結果,研究了電流變化的規律以及多次電熱試驗后加熱板電阻的穩定性。實驗表明,炭黑水泥砂漿板通電后產生的熱量完全可滿足室內采暖的需要,室內的溫度分布均勻,且地板能蓄熱因而有利于維持室內環境的熱穩定。在通電過程中以及在多次通斷電時,電阻基本穩定,電熱功率穩定。 Abstract: An interior floor is developed by using of author's cement-carbon mortar plates and the tests on thermal radiation of it are carried out. Here, the distribution of plates, the linking scheme for each plates and the position of thermal-measuring points are introduced; the test rezults on relationship between electro-passed time and temperature, where including at different places of room, on top of heating plate and under insulated plates, are reported; the stability of electric current and resistance, after many times of switch on or off, is experimentally researched. The tests show that, for the quantity of heat that produced by cement-carbon mortar plates, it is able to completely meet the demands for supplying heat, and the temperature distribution in room is even. As the plates can store heat, so that is profitable to keeping the room temperature for unchanging. During the electricity is in turn on and after many times of switch off or on, the electric resistance and power are keep stable.

    摘 要:分析了怎樣通過改變工藝、原料等手段來提高SM的性能,從而研制出一種高磺化度的密胺類高效減水劑SJ-HSM,并且對SJ-HSM的使用性能進行了對比試驗。結果表明,SJ-HSM具有減水率高、增強、保坍等優良性能。 Abstract: Based on analysis of how to improve the SM performace by means of changing its proportion of raw materials and synthesis technology, a new type of melamine water-reducer SJ-HSM has been developed. And the comparative tests at service performaces with SJ-HSM or other superplasticizers have been down. The rezults show that JS-HSM has a lots of exellent performances shch as high water-reducing rat, larger strenth increasing rat and lower slump loss.

    摘 要:簡要評述了混凝土耐久性與孔隙率及滲透性的關系。通過采用純酒精測試混凝土孔隙率;透氬氣性能測試混凝土滲透性,并用Klinkenberg效應進行校正,試驗研究了混凝土加熱前后孔隙率及滲透性的變化。結果表明,混凝土受高溫后,孔隙率及滲透性明顯增大,從而可證明其耐久性降低。 Abstract: The relationship between durability of concrete and its porosity and permeability is describd briefly. And the porosity and permeability of concrete are investigated before and after the concrete being heated to high temperatures, by using of pure ethanol to measure porosity and gas (argon) to measure permeability, which should be corrected by the Klinkenberg (or slippage) effect. The results show that, after being subjected to high temperatures, the porosity and permeability of concrete are inlarged, and the durability is decreased.

    摘 要:在與相同配合比的普通硅酸鹽水泥混凝土的對比試驗中,采用抗滲試驗和孔結構分析的方法,研究了阿利特-硫鋁酸鋇鈣水泥混凝土的抗滲性能與水灰比的關系。結果表明,阿利特-硫鋁酸鋇鈣水泥混凝土的相對抗滲系數與水灰比的關系與普通硅酸鹽水泥混凝土類似,即隨著水灰比的增大而增大;在相同配比和養護齡期條件下,該水泥混凝土的抗滲性能明顯優于普通混凝土;阿利特-硫鋁酸鋇鈣水泥混凝土中水化產物的粒徑分布均勻,界面粘結狀況較好,結構較為致密。 Abstract: It was investigated that the relationship of water/cement ratio(W/C) and impermeability of -C2.75B1.25A3S cement concrete by standard permeability test and pore structure analysis. Compared with Portland cement concrete, the impermeability of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3S cement concrete was much better at the same proportion and sam curing condition. The interface of cement and aggregate was more close-linked up each other of Alite-C2.75B1.25A3S cement concrete than that of Portland cement concrete. The structure of -C2.75B1.25A3S cement concrete was much denser than that of Portland cement concrete.

    摘 要:采用在混凝土上鉆孔并埋入溫濕度探頭的方法測定了混凝土內部的溫濕度,由此得到混凝土內部微環境下的氣候條件隨室外自然氣候條件晝夜變化的響應曲線,并對混凝土內部微環境的溫度、相對濕度滯后響應規律進行了分析。結果表明,自然氣候條件下混凝土內部的溫濕度響應主要表現為滯后效應,特別是混凝土內部相對濕度,不僅存在滯后效應,而且變化規律同自然氣候相對濕度變化呈相反趨勢。 Abstract: The interior temperature and relative humidity of concrete were measured by the embedded hygrothermal sensor in concrete, and the relationships between the exterior environmental climate conditions and interior microclimate conditions of concrete were acquired and the response curves were drawn. And then the response curves were analyzed. The results show that there is a delaying effect for the interior temperature and relative humidity of concrete to the exterior environmental temperature and relative humidity. Especially for the relative humidity in the interior of concrete, not only there is a delaying effect but also the changing laws were contrary to the changing laws of outer conditions.
