摘 要:由于再生集料本身具有一些天然缺陷,導致再生集料配制的混凝土綜合性能較同級配普通混凝土差。而摻入礦渣、粉煤灰等活性摻合料則可以改善普通混凝土的物理力學性能和耐久性能,因此,本課題在采用再生粗集料以不同比例取代天然集料的同時,用礦渣、粉煤灰等活性摻合料等量取代水泥,研究摻活性摻合料再生混凝土的力學性能和耐久性能。實驗結果表明,隨再生集料用量的增加,混凝土的物理力學性能和耐久性能有所下降,但摻加一定量的活性摻合料可以明顯改善再生混凝土的耐久性能。采用合適摻量的礦渣,可以配制出坍落度為180mm、28d抗壓強度達50MPa以上、各種耐久性能指標均達到基準混凝土技術指標的再生集料混凝土。
Abstract: It is studied to mechanical properties and durability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete with addition of different mineral admixtures for replacing the same content of cement, and at the same time the natural aggregate is replaced by recycled aggregate in different proportion. The results show that with increasing of contents of recycled aggregate the mechanical properties and durability of concrete are decreased in a little, but when addition of certain content of mineral admixture the durability of Recycled Concrete can be improved obviousely. And by using of appropriate content of slag, a recycled concrete with slump of 180mm, compressire strength of 50MPa at the 28d and the criterions for durability are all reached to the technical requirements for referential concrete can be produced.
