    摘 要:由于再生集料本身具有一些天然缺陷,導致再生集料配制的混凝土綜合性能較同級配普通混凝土差。而摻入礦渣、粉煤灰等活性摻合料則可以改善普通混凝土的物理力學性能和耐久性能,因此,本課題在采用再生粗集料以不同比例取代天然集料的同時,用礦渣、粉煤灰等活性摻合料等量取代水泥,研究摻活性摻合料再生混凝土的力學性能和耐久性能。實驗結果表明,隨再生集料用量的增加,混凝土的物理力學性能和耐久性能有所下降,但摻加一定量的活性摻合料可以明顯改善再生混凝土的耐久性能。采用合適摻量的礦渣,可以配制出坍落度為180mm、28d抗壓強度達50MPa以上、各種耐久性能指標均達到基準混凝土技術指標的再生集料混凝土。 Abstract: It is studied to mechanical properties and durability of Recycled Aggregate Concrete with addition of different mineral admixtures for replacing the same content of cement, and at the same time the natural aggregate is replaced by recycled aggregate in different proportion. The results show that with increasing of contents of recycled aggregate the mechanical properties and durability of concrete are decreased in a little, but when addition of certain content of mineral admixture the durability of Recycled Concrete can be improved obviousely. And by using of appropriate content of slag, a recycled concrete with slump of 180mm, compressire strength of 50MPa at the 28d and the criterions for durability are all reached to the technical requirements for referential concrete can be produced.

    摘 要: 以堿+氯鹽復合溶液浸泡的方式進行了ASR-氯鹽腐蝕協同作用下混凝土加速劣化的實驗。通過定期測量長度和動彈性模量,研究了混凝土在承受ASR、氯鹽腐蝕雙重破壞因素作用下的損傷特點以及混凝土初始堿含量、氯鹽溶液濃度對損傷發展的影響。試驗結果表明,不同浸泡液中當混凝土堿含量高時,各齡期的膨脹值均大于混凝土低堿時的膨脹值,同期的動彈性模量損失也更大。濃度較高的氯鹽溶液主要在短期內對ASR膨脹的加速顯著,但濃度較低的氯鹽溶液則具有持續的加速作用。ASR-氯鹽腐蝕作用下動彈性模量變化的具體特點是:劣化初期混凝土動彈性模量即急劇下降,當剩余動彈性模量在70%左右時,其下降減緩,隨后發展極其緩慢至完全失效。分析動彈模量損失和膨脹率之間的關系,發現膨脹率低于0.5%時動彈性模量對因膨脹引起的混凝土損傷更為敏感。 Abstract: By measuring the expansion rate and relative dynamic elasitc modulus of concrete speciments at different age, that are immersed in the solution with 1M NaOH and a few different contents of NaCl, the tests of concrete under twofold factors of ASR and chloride corrosion are carried out. The rezults show that the expansion of concrete with high alkali content, immersed in different solution and in different age, is greater than that with low aklali content, and the loss of dynamic elastic modulus of former is also greater. The solution with higher concentration of chloride will obviousely accelerate the ASR expansion, mainly in the short time of early age, but the solution with lower content of chloride will continually keep the acceleration. And the change of dynamic elastic modulus for this time is as follow: at the initial stage of deterioration the modulus decreases rapidly and when the remainded modulus is at about 70% the drop slows down, then the progress of decreasing is very slow and up to lose efficacy entirely. Analysed the relationship between the dynamic elastic modulus and expansian rate, it is found that the damage of concrete by expansion is more sensitive when the expansion rate is lower than 0.5%.

    摘 要: 合成了一種含有氨基和羧基的有機阻銹劑,并通過試驗用硬化砂漿法研究了該阻銹劑在摻有氯離子的砂漿中對鋼筋銹蝕的抑制作用,同時與常用的亞硝酸鹽的阻銹效果進行了比較。結果表明,該新型阻銹劑能夠有效地阻止鋼筋表面鈍化膜的破壞,比亞硝酸鹽具有更好的阻銹效果。 Abstract:An organic corrosion inhibitor with amino and carboxylic was synthesized, and its inhibiting behavior was studied by Hardened Mortar Test Method in the environment of chloride, at the same time, the corrosion inhibiting effectiveness was compared with nitrite. The results show that the new corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of steel, and has better effect than nitrite.

    摘 要:采用新的實驗方法研究了礦渣對水泥漿體早期抗裂性的影響,同時測定了漿體早期抗壓強度、抗折強度和收縮率。試驗結果表明,在相同水膠比情況下,用礦渣取代水泥,可明顯改善混凝土的早期抗裂性,且摻量越高,改善效果越好。通過漿體收縮拉應力的計算分析,證實了摻礦渣漿體的抗裂性高于不摻礦渣漿體。 Abstract:The effect of slag on the resistance to cracking of pastes at early age was investigated by a new method, and the compressive strength, flexural strength and shrinkage of the pastes were measured concurrently. The results show that at the same water-binder ratio, the resistance to cracking of paste is significantly improved by addition of slag, and the higher content of slag, the better improving effect. By theoretical calculation and analysis on the shrinkage stress, it is proved that the resistance to cracking of paste with slag is higher than that of paste without slag.

    摘??要:試驗研究了聚合物的不同摻量對透水性混凝土的強度和透水性能的影響。結果表明,聚合物的加入,可有效改善透水性混凝土的新拌性能,顯著提高透水性混凝土的抗折強度和抗壓強度,但對透水系數的影響較小。從經濟和技術兩方面考慮,聚合物在透水性混凝土中的適宜摻量在15%~20%之間。Abstract:Theinfluenceofdifferentcontentsofpolymerontostrengthandwaterpermeabilityofporousconcreteareexperimentallystadied.Theresultsshowthatbyadditionofpolymertheworkabilityofconcreteisimprovedandtheflexuralstrengthandthecompressivestrengthofporousconcreteareincreasedobviously.But,forthepermeabilitycoefficientthereisverylittleinfluence.Consideredfrom?economyandtechnique,thebestcontentofpolymerinporousconcreteisbetween15%and20%ofcementmass.

    摘 要:以某大型工程中清水混凝土的施工為依據,論述了清水混凝土施工的技術要求,以及建筑中的某些細部構造設計與施工所采用的相應技術措施。實踐證明,竣工后混凝土表面質量的各種技術指標及其裝飾效果,均達到了預期的目標。 Abstract:Based on construction of a large engineer project, the technology of fair-faced concrete, including the technical requirments, the design for the details of structures and the relative construction measures are discussed. And the practices show that the expective aims involved in technical specificantions of surface quality and the demands for decorative effects are all reached.

    摘 要:針對首都機場新航站樓工程設計對結構混凝土外觀的清水要求,和該工程混凝土結構的特殊性——大體積,從材料選擇、配合比設計、鋼筋工程、模板工程及混凝土的生產、運輸、澆筑、拆模與養護等方面采取綜合控制措施,不僅保證了混凝土工程達到高性能化的要求,而且達到了設計要求的清水混凝土的外觀效果。 Abstract: for meeting the requirments of fair-faced concrete and mass concrete, that are determined by the design for project of the New Building of Beijing Capital Airport, the comprechensively controlling measures are taken from materials choosing, proportioning, steel engineer, formwork engineer to the whole of concrete process. And that will make the concrete not only have the high performance, but also meet the design requirments for the appearance.
