摘??要:通過測定沸石的離子交換量隨時間的變化、沸石的水化程度及沸石對孔溶液中堿含量的影響,分析和討論了沸石在抑制堿硅酸反應中的作用。結果顯示,沸石的離子交換能力在最初的10min最強,2h時達到總交換量的約80%,約在2d時趨于平衡;當沸石取代水泥30%,在6個月齡期時,沸石的反應程度約為40%~50%;沸石通過降低可溶性堿量或有效堿量來抑制堿硅酸反應膨脹;當沸石達到一定摻量以上時,沸石中的堿并不影響其對堿硅酸反應的抑制作用。Abstract:Theeffectofnaturalzeoliteonrestrainingalkali-silicareactionhasbeeninvestigatedthroughthetestsofmeasuringtheionexchangecapacityofnaturalzeolitewithtime,thehydrationdegreeofnaturalzeoliteandtheinfluencesofnaturalzeoliteonalkalicontentintheporesolution.Theresultsshowthattheionexchangerateisofthehighestatthefirst10minute,theionexchangecapacityreaches80%ofthetotalcapacityin2hoursandtheexchangetendstoequilibriuminabout2days.Inthecaseofcementbeingreplacedby30%ofnaturalzeoliteandthedurationofhydrationfor6months,thehydrationdegreeofnaturalzeoliteisabout40%-50%.TheASRexpansionisrestrainedbynaturalzeolitethroughreducingthewatersolublealkalicontentandtheeffectivealkalicontent.Thereisnodisadvantageeffectofthealkaliinnaturalzeoliteonrestrainingalkali-silicareaction,whenthereplacementlevelofcementbynaturalzeoliteismorethanacertainquantity.
