摘??要:針對現行氯化物系和硫酸鹽系早強劑存在的缺陷,利用晶種、高價陽離子硫酸鹽和羥基羧酸為組分制成一種新型早強劑。它可以顯著提高混凝土的早期強度,降低其坍損和泌水,以及減少其收縮。此外,新型早強劑對水泥的適應性強,在低溫下具有良好的早強效果,其混凝土的抗滲、抗凍性能高,耐久性好,Cl-和Na+含量低,無鋼筋銹蝕和堿-骨料反應的潛在危害。工程應用表明,這種早強劑具有很好的市場開發前景。Abstract:Aimedattheshortcomingsandtheappliedlimitationoftheexistingacceleratorsofconcrete,anewtypeofacceleratorhasbeendeveloped.Itiscomposedofthecrystalseed,thehighvalencecationsulfateandhydroxycarboxylic.Whenthenewacceleratorisaddedintoconcrete,itwillincreasetheearlystrengthofconcrete,reducetheslump-lossandbleeding,anddecreasetheshrinkage.Thenew?acceleratorhasagoodcompatibilitywithcement.Theeffectofearlystrengthenisobviousatlowtemperature.Theconcretefrost-resistanceandimpermeabilityareimproved,andthedurabilitybecomesbetter.Thenewacceleratorhasthe?lowcontentsofCl-andNa+,soitcan′tcausethelatentendangermentofsteelcorrosionandofalkali-aggregatereaction.Theresultsofpracticalengineeringapplicationshowthatthenewacceleratorhasawideandbroadmarketinfuture.
