    摘 要:采用聚乙烯醇和碳納米管作為復合改性劑增強水泥砂漿,測試了摻量對砂漿力學性能和壓敏特性的影響,并結合掃描電鏡微觀分析方法探究了相互作用機理。結果表明,將聚乙烯醇和碳納米管通過超聲分散形成預聚液摻入水泥砂漿中,能隨著水化進程的推演脫水析出形成均勻分布的三維網絡結構,優化基體內部孔結構,并有效提升其宏觀性能。聚乙烯醇摻量1.0%、碳納米管摻量0.5%時,砂漿具有較好的力學性能,抗壓、抗折強度較之空白砂漿分別提升53.48%和100.69%。此外,聚乙烯醇和碳納米管的相互作用使得導電填料在水泥基體中的分散更為均勻,并有利于導電通路的形成,從而提高水泥砂漿的壓敏性。 Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were used as composite modifiers to reinforce cement mortar. The effects of the content of PVA and CNTs on the mechanical properties and pressure-sensitivity of mortar were tested, and the microstructure was explored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that PVA/CNTs composite modifiers can form a three-dimensional network with uniform distribution after dehydration and precipitation, optimize the pore structure of matrix and improve the macroscopic properties. The compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar increase by 53.48% and 100.69% with the content of 0.6% PVA and 0.5% CNTs. In addition, the good distribution of CNTs also improves the pressure-sensitivity of cement mortar.

    摘 要:采用緊密堆積理論優化出了超高性能混凝土(UHPC)膠凝材料體系各組分比例,通過摻加鋼渣粉和復合膨脹劑配制出低水化熱低收縮UHPC,并通過SEM分析了UHPC水化產物和界面黏結微觀結構。結果表明,采用大摻量礦物摻合料優化膠材體系和骨料體系可制備出工作性良好、標養條件抗折強度達25.6 MPa、抗壓強度達142 MPa的UHPC,絕熱溫升僅59.7 ℃,180 d干燥收縮率僅280×10-6。鋼渣粉的摻入不僅能有效降低UHPC水化熱,對抑制收縮也有一定作用。 Abstract: The proportion of each component of the cementitious material system is optimized by the compact packing theory, UHPC with low hydration heat and low shrinkage is prepared by adding steel slag powder and composite expansion agent. The hydration products and interface bonding microstructure of UHPC are characterized by SEM. The results show that UHPC with good working performance can be prepared by using high content of mineral admixture , the flexural strength is up to 25.6 MPa and the compressive strength is up to 142 MPa, the adiabatic temperature rise is only 59.7 ℃, the drying shrinkage rate of 180 d is only 280×10-6, the hydration heat and drying shrinkage can be reduced by adding steel slag powder.

    摘 要:為了拓寬橡膠骨料混凝土在橋面的應用,保證橋面的抗氯鹽侵蝕性能和抗沖擊性能,提高橋面耐久性,取0、3%、6%、9%、12%和15%六種不同摻量的橡膠顆粒替代等體積的砂制成橡膠骨料混凝土試件,并研究了其抗氯離子滲透性能及抗沖擊性能。試驗結果表明,橡膠顆粒能有效改善混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性,電通量隨著橡膠顆粒摻量的增多而降低;橡膠骨料混凝土初裂和終裂次數具有很好的線性相關性,且摻加了橡膠顆粒的混凝土抗沖擊性均優于基準混凝土,隨著橡膠顆粒摻量的增多,混凝土的抗沖擊性能也逐漸增強。 Abstract: In order to expand the application of rubber aggregate concrete in bridge deck, the anti-chloride and anti-impact performance of bridge deck are guaranteed, and the durability of bridge deck is improved, rubber particles are used to replace equal volume sand with 6 different contents of 0, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 15% to make rubber aggregate concrete specimens. The chloride ion permeation resistance and impact resistance of the specimens were studied. The test shows that rubber particles can improve the chloride ion permeability of concrete to a certain extent, and the electric flux decreases with the increase of rubber particles content. There is a good linear correlation between the number of initial cracks and the number of final cracks of rubber aggregate concrete, and its impact resistance is better than that of reference concrete with the increase of rubber content, the impact resistance of concrete also increases gradually.

    摘 要:在對烏海地區風積沙性能進行分析的基礎上,研究了全取代風積沙砂漿的工作性。結果表明,在相同膠砂比、水膠比條件下,與標準砂砂漿進行對比,風積沙砂漿流動度明顯較小。膠砂比較低時,水泥對風積沙的包裹性差,難以保證砂漿的工作性。通過不同膠砂比風積沙砂漿實驗和減水劑超摻實驗證明,當膠砂比提高到1∶2時,才能得到具有一定流動性的全取代風積沙砂漿。測試了不同膠砂比、不同粉煤灰摻量的全取代風積沙砂漿的干燥收縮,結果表明,全取代風積沙砂漿的干縮明顯比標準砂大,而粉煤灰的摻入能夠減少其干縮,當粉煤灰摻量為水泥的50%時,風積沙砂漿干縮小于標準砂砂漿。 Abstract: Based on the analysis of the properties of aeolian sand in Wuhai, the working performance of fully-replaced aeolian sand mortar was studied. The experimental results show that compared with the standard sand mortar under the same binder-sand ratio and water-binder ratio, the fluidity of aeolian sand mortar is obviously lower. When the cement-sand ratio is relatively low, the cement has poor package property to aeolian sand and it is difficult to ensure the workability of the mortar. The aeolian sand mortar experiment and superplasticizer super-mixing experiment under the different binder-sand ratio are carried out, and it’s proved that when binder-sand ratio increases to 1∶2, a fully-replaced aeolian sand mortar with certain fluidity can be obtained. The dry shrinkage performance of fully-replaced aeolian sand mortar with different binder-sand ratio and fly ash content was tested. The results show that the dry shrinkage of the fully-replaced aeolian sand mortar is significantly larger than that of the standard sand, and the incorporation of fly ash can reduce its shrinkage. When the fly ash content is 50% of the cementitious material, the dry shrinkage of aeolian sand mortar is smaller than that of standard sand.

    摘 要: 為探究自密實系列混凝土基本力學性能,利用液壓伺服機和材料直剪儀對普通混凝土、輕骨料混凝土、自密實普通混凝土和自密實輕骨料混凝土進行了受壓、劈拉和純剪試驗研究,得到了不同加載工況下混凝土的破壞形態和力-變形曲線,通過提取力-變形曲線特征值(峰值應力、變形參數以及彈性模量),對比分析了自密實系列混凝土基本力學性能。結果表明:單軸受壓工況下自密實系列混凝土主要為斜剪破壞形態,純剪受力工況下,自密實系列混凝土受剪破壞斷面相對較不平整且凹凸;自密實系列混凝土單軸受壓應力-應變曲線表現出明顯脆性特征,非自密實系列混凝土塑性變形能力較高,但劈拉應力-應變曲線和橫向剪切荷載-位移曲線發展表現出明顯脆性破壞特征;相同抗壓強度混凝土配合比設計值,普通混凝土抗剪強度遠低于輕骨料混凝土和自密實系列混凝土,同時自密實系列混凝土彈性模量和剪切模量高于非自密實系列混凝土。 Abstract: In order to explore the basic mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete, the compressive tests, splitting tests and shear tests of ordinary concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, self-compacting ordinary concrete and self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete were carried out by means of hydraulic servo machine and material direct shear apparatus. The basic mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete were analyzed by extracting the characteristic values of force-deformation curve (peak stress, deformation parameters and elastic modulus). The main conclusions are as follows: in the uniaxial compression failure mode, the self-compacting concrete is mainly oblique shear failure mode, while in the pure shear state, the shear failure section of the self-compacting concrete is relatively uneven and concave; the uniaxial compression stress-strain curve shows that the self-compacting concrete is obvious. The non-self-compacting concrete has high plastic deformation capacity, but the splitting tensile stress-strain curve and shear transverse load-displacement curve are brittle failure characteristics. The shear strength of ordinary concrete is much lower than that of lightweight aggregate concrete and self-compacting concrete with the same mix ratio of compressive strength concrete. At the same time, the elastic modulus and shear modulus of self-compacting concrete are higher than those of non-self-compacting concrete.

    摘 要:能量演化貫穿于混凝土破壞的全過程,為分析混凝土破壞的危險性,選取C30、C45和C60三種混凝土進行單軸加載試驗。結果表明:混凝土加載過程的吸收能、彈性能和耗散能呈先慢后快的非線性增長;混凝土的強度等級越高,儲備彈性能的能力越強,其破裂所需要的耗散能更多,破壞的危險性越低;引入沖擊能指標評價混凝土突然破壞危險性,C60混凝土表現為突然破壞危險性強烈,C45與C30混凝土突然破壞危險性中等。研究結果有助于指導機場道面的危險防控。 Abstract:Energy varies during the whole process of concrete deformation and failure. In order to analyze the danger of concrete damage, three kinds of concrete, C30, C45 and C60, were selected for uniaxial loading test. The results show that the absorbed energy, elastic energy and dissipated energy during the concrete loading process is nonlinear growth soon after the first slow. The higher strength grade of concrete is, the stronger reserve capacity elasticity is, the more dissipation energy required to rupture is, the lower the risk of destruction is. The impact energy index is introduced to evaluate the risk of concrete sudden damage. C60 concrete shows a strong risk of sudden damage, and the risk of C45 and C30 concrete sudden damage is moderate. The research results will help to guide the risk prevention and control of airport concrete pavement.

    摘?要:研究了不同粉煤灰摻量(10%~40%)對LC15級全輕混凝土工作性、干表觀密度、抗壓強度及其漿體流變性能的影響。試驗結果表明:粉煤灰可有效提高輕骨料混凝土的工作性,但在低摻量時易引起輕骨料混凝土黏聚性及擴展度的下降;摻入粉煤灰可顯著降低輕骨料混凝土的干表觀密度,當摻量超過10%時會降低其28d抗壓強度,但在20%摻量條件下,56d抗壓強度保持與基準組相當;摻入粉煤灰使輕骨料混凝土漿體屈服應力及塑性黏度下降,其中,塑性黏度下降可能是造成輕骨料混凝土黏聚性下降的原因之一。Abstract:Theworkability,dryingapparentdensity,compressivestrengthandpasterheologicalpropertiesofLC15lightweightconcreteincorporating10%~40%flyashareinvestigated.Theresultsshowsthattheadditionofflyashcaneffectivelyimprovetheworkabilityoflightweightconcrete,however,thecohesivenessandslumpflowoflightweightconcretemaydecreaseatalowerflyashcontent.Inaddition,thedryingapparentdensityofthelightweightconcretedecreasesbecasuseoftheadditionofflyash.Whenthedosageofflyashexceeds10%,its28dcompressivestrengthdecreases,butthe56dcompressivestrengthofsamplewith20%flyashiscomparabletothatofthereferencegroup.Moreover,theadditionofflyashdecreasestheyieldstressofpastesinlightweightconcreteandthedecreasingplasticviscositymayberesponsibleforthedecreasingcohesivenessoflightweightconcrete.

    摘 要:以實際地下電力工作井為例,通過ABAQUS建立了兩種三維模型,分析了其從施工到服役過程中在車輛移動荷載、土壓力、地下水壓力共同作用下的實際受力狀況,并與箱涵平面框架計算方法進行了比較。分析結果表明,箱涵平面框架計算方法用于中小型整體現澆地下淺埋箱形結構設計時,計算彎矩值較為保守,承載力儲備較大,說明市政管線工作井采用預制裝配式具有較好的可行性,且箱涵平面框架計算方法可用于預制裝配式地下淺埋箱形結構的設計。 Abstract: An actual underground electric working well is taken as an example, two types of 3D models are created by ABAQUS program to analyzed its real internal forces distribution under the coactions of soil pressure, groundwater pressure and moving vehicle loads, undergoing the process from construction to service, and compare with PFM2D method. The analysis results indicate that the PFM2D method is rather conservative in bending moment for designing such medium and small integral cast-in-situ shallow buried underground thin-wall box concrete structure, which means higher bearing capacity reserves. So, prefabricated municipal working well shows good feasibility, and PFM2D method is also suitable for designing it.

    摘 要:構建了一種新型的先張法預應力離心混凝土鋼絞線樁,并通過足尺對比試驗進行了驗證。結果表明,先張法預應力離心混凝土鋼絞線樁的抗彎、抗剪性能較先張法預應力混凝土管樁有較大提高,尤其在變形延性方面較先張法預應力混凝土管樁有明顯提升,該樁型在抗震區應用有顯著優勢,其構建理念還可推廣到其他類型預制構件。 Abstract: A new type of pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pile provided with steel strands is constructed and verified by full scale comparison test. The results show that flexural and shear resistance of pre-tensioned concrete pile with steel strands is significantly improved compared with pre-tensioned concrete piles, especially in terms of deformation ductility compared with pre-tensioned concrete piles. This is conducive to the promotion and application of the pile type in the earthquake-resistant area. Its construction concept can also be extended to other types of prefabricated components.
