摘 要:采用聚乙烯醇和碳納米管作為復合改性劑增強水泥砂漿,測試了摻量對砂漿力學性能和壓敏特性的影響,并結合掃描電鏡微觀分析方法探究了相互作用機理。結果表明,將聚乙烯醇和碳納米管通過超聲分散形成預聚液摻入水泥砂漿中,能隨著水化進程的推演脫水析出形成均勻分布的三維網絡結構,優化基體內部孔結構,并有效提升其宏觀性能。聚乙烯醇摻量1.0%、碳納米管摻量0.5%時,砂漿具有較好的力學性能,抗壓、抗折強度較之空白砂漿分別提升53.48%和100.69%。此外,聚乙烯醇和碳納米管的相互作用使得導電填料在水泥基體中的分散更為均勻,并有利于導電通路的形成,從而提高水泥砂漿的壓敏性。
Abstract: Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were used as composite modifiers to reinforce cement mortar. The effects of the content of PVA and CNTs on the mechanical properties and pressure-sensitivity of mortar were tested, and the microstructure was explored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that PVA/CNTs composite modifiers can form a three-dimensional network with uniform distribution after dehydration and precipitation, optimize the pore structure of matrix and improve the macroscopic properties. The compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar increase by 53.48% and 100.69% with the content of 0.6% PVA and 0.5% CNTs. In addition, the good distribution of CNTs also improves the pressure-sensitivity of cement mortar.
