    據國際能源消耗數據顯示,建筑能耗與碳排量占世界總能耗及碳排放的39%,于是,綠色建筑應運而生。綠色建筑的本質是將人工建筑和自然環境視為一個有機整體,在使建筑對自然生態的破壞降至最低的同時,通過充分利用自然環境資源,實現建筑的使用、審美、文化等各項功能。2018年,張寶剛等人編著的《綠色建筑設計及運行關鍵技術》以經濟效益、環境效益和社會效益為原則,依循綠色建筑全壽命周期,結合理論闡述與案例解析,從建筑節地、建筑節能、建筑節水、建筑節材、室內環境、建筑運營與管理等方面,介紹了綠色建筑的設計理念、設計原則、設計方法、模擬分析、成本收益、生態效率,探究了涵蓋暖通空調、進水排水、場地組織、建筑結構、再生建材、室內外環控、智能管理、裝配式建筑等綠色化關鍵技術。筆者基于本書的學習,認為其內容詳實、言簡意賅,擴展了讀者在建筑節能方面的視野,尤其是以下幾個方面值得廣大讀者關注。

    摘 ? 要:研究了陶粒摻量對透水混凝土孔隙率、抗壓強度、透水性能及抗凍性能的影響。結果表明,隨著陶粒摻量的增加,透水混凝土的連續孔隙率、透水系數逐漸增大,抗壓強度逐漸減小。當陶粒摻量為30%時,透水系數最大,達到了3.10 mm/s,此時抗壓強度為11.7 MPa。經過25次凍融循環后,當陶粒摻量達25%以上時,透水混凝土發生凍融破壞。 Abstract: The influence of ceramic content on the measured porosity, mechanical properties, water permeability and frost resistance of pervious concrete was studied. The results show that the measured porosity and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete increase gradually with the increase of ceramic content, while the compressive strength decreases. when the ceramic content is 30%, the water permeability coefficient is the largest, reaching 3.10 mm/s, and the compressive strength is 11.7 MPa. After 25 freeze-thaw cycles, when the ceramic content is 25% or more, the pervious concrete is damaged by freezing and thawing.

    摘 ? 要:研究了不同粉煤灰取代率的再生混凝土在硫酸鹽-凍融耦合環境下的質量損失率和相對動彈性模量的變化規律,并采用兩參數Weibull函數建立了壽命預測模型。結果表明,在硫酸鹽-凍融耦合環境下,隨著凍融次數的增加,各組試件的相對動彈性模量和質量均呈現先上升后下降的趨勢;當粉煤灰取代率為30%時,試件在硫酸鹽-凍融耦合環境下的耐久性最優,最多可經受362次硫酸鹽-凍融循環后才會失效。 Abstract: The mass loss rate and relative dynamic elastic modulus of recycled concrete with different replacement rate of fly ash under sulfate-freeze-thaw coupling environment were studied, and the life prediction model was established by using two-parameter weibull function. The results show that the relative dynamic elastic modulus and mass of each group of specimens increase first, and then decrease with the increase of freeze-thaw times under sulfate-freeze-thaw coupling environment. When the replacement rate of fly ash is 30%, the durability of specimens under sulfate-freeze-thaw coupling environment is the strongest, and it will fail only after 362 sulfate-freeze-thaw cycles at most.

    摘 ? 要:為滿足國內管片生產企業轉型升級的需求,在消化吸收國外預制混凝土管片生產線控制技術的基礎上,研發了預制混凝土管片自動化流水生產線,并與傳統預制混凝土管片生產線進行了對比,且對預制混凝土管片生產線的發展方向進行了展望。 Abstract: To meet the needs of transformation and upgrading of domestic precast concrete segment production enterprises, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the control technology of foreign precast concrete segment production line, the automatic production line of precast concrete segment is developed, and compared with the traditional precast concrete segment production line. In addition, the development direction of precast concrete segment production line is prospected.

    摘 ? 要:通過ABAQUS有限元分析軟件對鋼管珊瑚混凝土柱-鋼梁外加強環節點模型進行了非線性分析,以珊瑚混凝土強度和軸壓比為參數,分析了此類節點的破壞特征、梁端荷載-位移曲線、骨架曲線、剛度退化以及耗能性能。結果表明,不同珊瑚混凝土強度的節點剛度退化趨勢相同,隨著珊瑚混凝土強度的提高,節點的承載力和累計耗能均逐漸增大,但效果不明顯。軸壓比越大,累計耗能越小,軸壓比在0.2~0.4時,隨著軸壓比的增加,承載力下降不明顯,軸壓比大于0.4時,隨著軸壓比的增加,節點承載力下降迅速。不同參數下的鋼管珊瑚混凝土柱-鋼梁外加強環節點的滯回曲線均較為飽滿,具有很好的抗震性能和耗能能力,有廣泛的應用前景。 Abstract: Nonlinear analysis of coral concrete-filled steel tube column-steel beam joints with outer stiffening rings were carried out through ABAQUS finite element analysis software, considering the effect on the strength of coral concrete and axial compression ratio, failure characteristics, load-displacement curve at the end of beam, skeleton curves, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation performance were studied. The results show that the stiffness degradation trend of different coral concrete strength is the same, with the increase of coral concrete strength, the bearing capacity and cumulative energy consumption of the joints increase gradually, but the effect is not obvious. The larger the axial pressure ratio, the smaller the cumulative energy consumption, when the axial pressure ratio is 0.2~0.4, the bearing capacity decreases slowly with the increase of the axial pressure ratio, when the axial pressure ratio is greater than 0.4, the bearing capacity of the joints decreases rapidly with the increase of the axial pressure ratio. The hysteresis curves of coral concrete-filled steel tube column-steel beam joints with outer stiffening rings under different parameters are full, which has good seismic performance, energy dissipation ability, and wide application prospect.

    摘 ? 要:從流變學角度探討了不同品種不同組分的外加劑和環境溫度對負溫水泥基灌漿料流變協同作用的影響規律。結果表明,不同外加劑條件下,負溫水泥基灌漿料從+20~-10 ℃溫度轉變過程中,同一剪切速率下剪切應力下降,在+20~-5 ℃溫度范圍內,灌漿料初始流動度和30 min流動度均隨著使用環境溫度的降低而增大,當溫度達到-10℃時,灌漿料流動度迅速降低,不能滿足標準要求。此時,在漿體流變性符合Bingham流體模型的條件下,建議使用溫度為-5 ℃。 Abstract: The influence of admixture and ambient temperature on the rheological synergy of sub-zero temperature cementitious grout was discussed from the perspective of rheology. The results show that under the same shear rate, when the temperature changes from +20~-10 ℃, the shear stress of sub-zero temperature cementitious grout with different admixture decreases. Under the temperature ranged from 20~-5 ℃, the initial fluidity and the fluidity at 30 min of grout increase with the decrease of the ambient temperature. When the temperature reaches -10 ℃, the fluidity of grout decreases rapidly and cannot meet the codes requirements. At this time, the rheology of slurry coincided with Bingham fluid model, and the recommended temperature is -5 ℃.?

    摘 ? 要:對不同連接方式的節點抗震性能數值模擬和試驗研究現狀進行了歸納,并分析了各種方式的優缺點及今后發展趨勢。提出了在多學科交叉運用頻繁的背景下,需進一步研究型鋼混凝土節點,同時基于“減少震后損失”的設計理念,要注重耗能自復位框架節點的研發。最后指出基于裝配式框架節點自身特點,發展高效精準的模擬技術是未來的重要發展趨勢。 Abstract: The current state of numerical simulation and experimental research on seismic performance of joints with different connection methods is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and future development trends are analyzed. It is considered that in the context of frequent cross-disciplinary applications, further research on steel reinforced concrete nodes is needed. At the same time, based on the design concept of "reducing post-earthquake losses", it is proposed to pay attention to the research and development of energy-consuming self-centering frame nodes. Finally, it is pointed out that based on the characteristics of the assembled frame nodes, the development of efficient and accurate simulation technology is an important development trend in the future.

    摘 ? 要:通過自振特性測試和豎向荷載作用下的低周往復荷載試驗,對比分析了倒置外露灌漿套筒裝配式柱腳節點與傳統現澆及現行裝配式柱腳節點的整體性及抗震性能。結果表明,倒置外露灌漿套筒柱腳節點試件(NPC)的整體性與傳統現澆試件(RC)基本相當,現行裝配試件(TPC)測試所得的各階自振頻率基本均低于RC和NPC。三種柱腳節點在失效破壞時均出現了塑性鉸,且兩個裝配式柱腳節點較現澆試件其塑性鉸、柱身開裂高度均上移約1個灌漿套筒高度,宜適當延長箍筋加密區。三種柱腳節點的剛度退化規律相同,延性系數均在3.0以上,NPC的耗能能力顯著優于RC和TPC。RC、TPC、NPC對應的開裂位移角分別為1/430、1/393、1/479,對應的極限位移角分別為1/24、1/22、1/22,均分別大于規范限值,滿足抗震設防要求。 Abstract: Through test of natural vibration property and horizontal low cycle reciprocating load test under vertical load, the integrity and seismic behavior of the inverted exposed grouting sleeve prefabricated column foot joint and the traditional cast-in-place and current prefabricated column base joint were compared and analyzed. The results show that the integrity of the specimen of inverted exposed grouting sleeve column base joint (NPC) is the same as that of the traditional cast-in-place specimen (RC). The natural frequencies of current assembled specimen (TPC) are lower than those of RC and NPC. Plastic hinge appears in all three kinds of column foot joints when they failed, and the height of plastic hinge and column body crack of two prefabricated column foot joints moves up about one grouting sleeve height compared with RC, the densified area of stirrup should be extended properly. The stiffness degradation law of the specimens is the same, the ductility factors are all above 3.0, and the energy dissipation capacity of NPC is significantly better than that of RC and TPC. The corresponding crack displacement angles of RC, TPC and NPC are 1/430, 1/393 and 1/479 respectively, and the corresponding limiting displacement drift are 1/24, 1/22 and 1/22 respectively, which are greater than the code limits, meeting the seismic fortification requirements.
