摘?要:以南京市江北新區防疫測控方艙為工程案例,展示了建筑3D打印技術在應對新冠肺炎疫情及類似緊急公共事件中的應用方式,探討了3D打印技術的優勢和未來的發展趨勢。實踐表明,建筑3D打印技術在防疫階段具有較大的優勢。利用3D打印技術進行防疫測控方艙的建造,其建造工藝簡潔,生產周期短,安裝便捷。構件打印過程由計算機自動控制,人工干預少,且構件以單元模塊進行打印,安裝用工少。目前,該類型的防疫方艙已經在南京、雄安、海門、濮州等地投入使用。Abstract:TakingtheepidemicpreventioncabinsatJiangbeiNewAreaofNanjingasanengineeringcase,theapplicationof3DprintingconstructionduringtheoutbreakofCOVID-19andotherpublichealthemergencyareintroduced.Theadvantagesandfuturedevelopmentof3Dprintingconstructionarediscussedaswell.Thepracticeshowsthat3Dprintingconstructionhassomeobviousadvantagesforpublicapplication.Specifically,3Dprintingtechnologyenablestheconstructionprocessestobesimplified,withshortenedproductionperiodandconvenientinstallation.Theprintingprocessisautomaticallycontrolledbythecomputer,withlessmanualintervention.Thecomponentsareprintedasunitmodulesthatcanbeinstalledbyafewlabors.Sofar,thistypeofcabinshascomeintoserviceinNanjing,Xiongan,Haimen,Puzhouandothercities.
