摘?要:介紹了預應力混凝土方樁彈卡式連接件構造和接樁技術,對不同直徑的彈卡連接件及錨固筋機械連接件進行了抗拉試驗,其強度均滿足相關標準要求。對彈卡式連接預應力混凝土方樁進行了接頭抗彎、抗剪、抗拉試驗,均加載至承載力檢驗值的110%,且未出現接頭破壞的情況,性能指標均滿足承載力要求。結合實際工程,對彈卡式連接方樁的樁身完整性和承載力進行了分析,其結果也均滿足相關標準要求。Abstract:Thestructureandtechnologyofprestressedconcretesquarepileelasticcardconnectionareintroduced.Thetensiletestofelasticcardconnectionwithdifferentdiametersandmechanicalconnectionwithanchorbariscarriedout,andthestrengthmeetstherequirementsofrelevantstandards.Thejointbending,shearandtensiletestsoftheprestressedconcretesquarepilewithresilientclampingconnectionarecarriedout,allofwhichareloadedto110%ofthebearingcapacitytestvalue,andthereisnojointfailure.Theperformanceindexesofthejointallmeetthebearingcapacityrequirements.Combinedwiththeactualproject,theintegrityandbearingcapacityofthepilebodyareanalyzed,andtheresultsalsomeettherequirementsofrelevantstandards.
