摘?要:采用可埋入的超聲壓電傳感器與商用超聲檢測儀相連,測試了不同強度等級裝配式建筑梁板柱節點處的混凝土在不同齡期的強度與波速,建立了埋入式傳感器專用測強曲線,并與傳統方法進行了對比,驗證了傳感器的測試精確度。結果表明,埋入式自制傳感器與傳統傳感器測試數據吻合度高,相同強度下兩者測強曲線擬合相關系數接近1,平均相對誤差滿足規范中小于12%的要求。埋入式自制傳感器可與現有超聲測試技術兼容,有效地對缺少操作面及復雜的構件進行強度檢測。Abstract:Self-madeembeddedpiezoelectricceramictransducersforultrasonictestingwasemployedandconnectedwithcommercialultrasonictestertoassessthestrengthoftheconcreteinbeam-column-slabconnectionofprefabricatedbuildings,andthestrengthofconcreteandthevelocitythatultrasoundtravelsthroughtheconcreteweremeasuredatdifferentages,andthecurvefromembeddedtransducersforstrengthmeasurementwasestablished.Thecurvefromtraditionaltransducerswasalsoestablishedtocomparetheirsimilaritytoverifytheaccuracyofthenewmethod.Theresultsshowthattheembeddedself-madetransducerandthetraditionaltransducerhaveahighcoincidencedegree,andthefittingcoefficientisveryhigh(upto1)andtherelativeerroriswithin12%.Theembeddedpiezoelectrictransducersarecompatiblewiththeexistentultrasonictestingtechnology,theycanmeasurethestrengthofmemberswithlessoperativesurfacesandcomplicatedshapes,whichisimpossibleusingtraditionaltechnology.
