摘?要:提出了在有限場地內,通過合理布局全自動混凝土磚高效率生產線的設計思路,研究了石場尾礦廢石砂、管樁余漿及蒸壓釜排放尾氣在混凝土磚生產中的應用,產品經過生產線自動化蒸汽養護后,其1d抗壓強度可達到設計強度80%以上,滿足出廠要求。同時,可實現資源綜合利用和節能減排目的,助力企業循環經濟和產業升級。Abstract:Thedesignideaofautomaticclosed-cycleconcretebrickproductionlinewithhigh-efficiencyisputforwardbymakingareasonablelayoutinalimitedspace.Theapplicationofwastestonesandfromquarry,residualslurryfromproductionanddischargetailsteamfromautoclaveintheproductionofconcretepavementbrickarestudied.1dcompressivestrengthoftheproductscuredintheautomaticsteamcuringprocessintheproductionlinereachesmorethan80%ofthedesignstrength,andmeetsthedeliveryrequirements.Thedesignandapplicationoftheproductionlinecanreachthecomprehensiveutilizationoftheresources,theenergyconservationandemissionreduction,whichcandrivethecirculareconomyandtheindustrialupgradingoftheenterprise.
