摘?要:采用沖擊彈性波和超聲波法對預制裝配式剪力墻結構鋼筋套筒連接節點的灌漿飽滿度進行了檢測,對比分析了豎向“梅花形”和雙排對稱套筒連接節點不同工況下的測試結果。結果表明,超聲波法可通過聲速值的變化判別出套筒連接節點的灌漿飽滿度,沖擊彈性波法可通過頻譜圖中卓越頻率、測區名義厚度和反射時間的變化判別出套筒連接節點的灌漿飽滿度;對于雙排對稱套筒連接節點,超聲波法難以確定正反面哪根套筒具有脫空缺陷,而沖擊彈性波法可通過卓越頻率的變化判別出正反面每根套筒的灌漿飽滿度。Abstract:Theimpactelasticwaveandultrasonicwavewereusedtotestthegroutingfullnessoftheconnectionnodeofprefabricatedshearwallstructure,andthetestresultsoftheverticalplumblossomshapeanddoublerowsymmetricsleevejointsunderdifferentworkingconditionswerecomparedandanalyzed.Theresultsshowthattheultrasonicwavecanjudgethegroutingfullnessofthejointofthesleevebythechangeofthesoundvelocityvalue,andtheimpactelasticwavecandeterminethegroutingqualityofthejointofthesleevethroughtheexcellentfrequencyinthespectrogram,thethicknessofthereflectioninthesurveyareaandthereflectiontime.Forthedouble-rowsymmetricalsleeveconnectionnode,itisdifficultforultrasonicwavestodeterminewhichsleevehasavoiddefectonthefrontandbacksides,buttheimpactelasticwavecandiscriminatethespecificgroutingfullnessofeachsleeveonbothsidesofthefrontandbackbythechangeoftheexcellentfrequency.
