對現階段我國預制混凝土樁行業發展的幾點思考

摘?要：結合多年從業經驗，闡述了現階段我國預制混凝土樁產品種類、生產企業分布、技術裝備和應用情況，分析了我國預制混凝土樁行業目前存在的主要問題，如機械化水平不高、工業化和信息化融合水平較低、產品多樣性不足、安全生產及綠色環保理念落后、產品應用領域較窄等，并結合我國政策要求、技術水平、行業發展對預制混凝土樁行業的可持續發展進行了展望，為預制混凝土樁行業的可持續發展提供借鑒。Abstract:Basedonmanyyearsofindustryexperience,thetypes,distributionofproductionenterprises,technicalequipmentofprecastconcreteproductsandtheapplicationinChinaatpresentareintroduced,andthecurrentmainproblemsexistingintheprecastpileindustryinChinaareanalyzed,suchaslowlevelofmechanization,lowlevelofintegrationofindustrializationandinformationtechnology,insufficientproductdiversity,laggingideaofsafetyproductionandgreenenvironmentalprotection,andnarrowapplicationfieldofproducts.Inaddition,inaccordancewiththepolicyrequirements,technicallevelandindustrydevelopmentofChina,thecorrespondingoutlookforthesustainabledevelopmentofprecastconcretepileindustryinChinaisputforwardinordertoprovideadviceandguidanceforthesustainabledevelopmentoftheprecastconcretepileindustry.

鋼筋ECC柱復合抗扭性能試驗研究

摘?要：通過5個鋼筋ECC柱和1個鋼筋混凝土柱在壓-彎-剪-扭復合應力狀態下的單調受扭試驗，研究了構件的破壞形態、延性系數、扭矩-扭率（T-θ）曲線，分析了纖維摻量、縱筋配筋率、箍筋間距對鋼筋ECC柱受扭性能的影響。試驗結果表明，在復合受扭作用下，6個試件均為受扭破壞，其中5個鋼筋ECC柱的裂縫細而密；增加纖維和減少箍筋間距可以提高試件延性，摻入PVA纖維的試件延性明顯優于普通鋼筋混凝土柱；5個鋼筋ECC柱的扭矩-扭率（T-θ）曲線更為飽滿，破壞階段扭矩下降緩慢，受扭承載力高。Abstract:Throughthemonotonoustwistingtestof5reinforcedECCcolumnsand1reinforcedconcretecolumnunderpressure-bend-shear-twistingcompoundstress,thedestructiveform,ductioncoefficient,torqueT-θratioofthecomponentswerestudied,andtheinfluenceoffiberdoping,ribbandingrateandhoopspacingonthetwistingperformanceoftherebarECCcolumnwasanalyzed.Thetestresultsshowthatunderthecompoundtwistingaction,6testpiecesaretwistedanddestroyed,and5ofthemreinforcedECCcolumnshavefineanddensecracks.Increasingfiberandreducingthespacingofthehoopscanimprovetheelongationofthetestpiece,andtheductilityofthePVAfibertestpieceisobviouslybetterthanthatoftheordinaryreinforcedconcretecolumn.ThetorqueT-twistingcurveofthe5rebarECCcolumnsisfullerandhasahighcarryingcapacity,resultinginaslowdropintorqueduringthedestructionphase.
