摘?要:在借鑒鋼與混凝土組合梁原理的基礎上,結合沉井施工工藝,研究了鋼梁作為鋼模板結構和作為組合梁頂板結構一部分的全過程受力機理,提出了鋼與混凝土組合梁板結構在沉井頂板結構中應用的技術方案,并以內凈空跨度6m的頂板結構為例,開展了組合梁板結構的優化設計。結果表明,與現澆結構相比,組合梁板結構的施工工期短,但在設計時應考慮防水、結構耐久性等問題;組合梁中鋼梁的橫向布置間距可從l0/3處開始優化分析。Abstract:Basedontheprincipleofsteel-concretecompositebeam,combinedwiththeconstructiontechnologyofopencaisson,thewholeprocessstressmechanismofsteelbeamassteelformworkstructureandasapartofcompositebeamroofstructurewasstudied.Thetechnicalschemeofsteel-concretecompositebeam-slabstructureappliedinopencaissonroofstructurewasputforward,andtheroofstructurewithaninternalclearancespanof6mwastakenasanexampletooptimizethedesignofthecompositebeam-slabstructure.Theresultsshowthatcomparedwiththecast-in-placestructure,theconstructionperiodofthecompositebeam-slabstructureisshorter,buttheproblemssuchaswaterproofandstructuraldurabilityshouldbeconsideredinthedesign.Theoptimaldesignofthetransversespacingofsteelbeamsincompositebeamscanbestartedfroml0/3.
