摘?要:應用RPZ2000型極坐標系3D打印機打印了多組混凝土立方體試件和長方體試件,研究了層間涂抹不同界面劑情況下對3D打印混凝土試件抗壓強度與抗折強度的影響。試驗結果表明,層間黏結強度的大小對3D打印混凝土試塊的抗壓強度影響較大,對抗折強度影響較小。水泥膨漿對3D打印混凝土具有良好的補償收縮性,改性丙烯酸乳漿次之,水泥凈漿和粉煤灰水泥凈漿對打印試件的整體抗壓強度提升效果一般。改性丙烯酸乳漿對打印試件整體的抗折強度提升最好,水泥膨漿次之,水泥凈漿和粉煤灰水泥凈漿對抗折強度幾乎無任何影響。Abstract:RPZ2000polarcoordinatesystem3Dprinterwasusedtoprintmultiplesetsofconcretecubespecimensandcuboidtestpieces.Thecompressivestrengthofprintedconcretespecimenswithdifferentinterfaceagentswereappliedbetweenthelayerswasstudied.Thetestresultsshowthatthestrengthoftheinterlayerbondinghasagreaterimpactonthecompressivestrengthoftheprintedconcretetestblockandasmallereffectontheflexuralstrength.Cementexpansionslurryhasgoodshrinkagecompensationfor3Dprintedconcrete,followedbymodifiedacrylicemulsion,andcementslurryandflyashcementslurrygenerallyimprovetheoverallcompressivestrengthofprintedspecimens.Themodifiedacryliclatexhasthebestimprovementintheoverallflexuralstrengthoftheprintedspecimens,followedbycementexpansionslurry,andtheflexuralstrengthofcementslurryandflyashcementslurryalmosthasnoeffect.
