    摘 ? 要:針對某大型國際主題公園預制混凝土清水看臺板的三折線雙臺階、踏步與看臺一體化預制形式,從預制方案設計、節點設計、防水設計、構件設計、混凝土配合比設計五方面闡述了看臺的具體設計過程,實現了模擬弧形看臺,減少看臺拼縫的效果,重點解決了內凹踏步構件連接節點和防水設計難題,并保證構件達到清水效果。 Abstract: Aiming at the triple line, double stand, step and stand integrated prefabrication form fair-faced precast concrete stand plate in a certain large-scale international theme park, the precast conceptual design, connection design, waterproof design, component design and mix proportion of concrete design are studied, which effectively fulfill the simulating toward circular stand, the reducing of stand joint and resolve the key points including water recessed step connection design and waterproof design, and achieve fair-faced concrete effect.

    摘 ? 要: 介紹了一種新型的先張法預應力混凝土空心支護樁,進行了部分樁型的抗彎性能試驗,驗證了計算方法的可靠性。工程案例應用表明,該種樁型應用在工程支護領域,特別是河道與湖泊的水系護岸、市政排水和建筑基坑等以擋土、支護為主的圍護工程上具有一定的應用前景。 Abstract:A new type of pretensioned prestressed concrete hollow supporting pile is introduced,which mainly includes the products shape and the calculation of mechanical properties. And some pile types are selected for bending test to verify the reliability of the calculation method. In addition,the case application shows that in the field of support, this kind of pile has a high promotion value and application prospect in the retaining and supporting engineering of river and lake water system revetment, municipal drainage and building foundation pit as a new type of pile.

    摘 ? 要:為研究低溫、大溫差地區預制混凝土箱梁在蒸汽養護條件下溫度及強度變化規律,測試了低溫、大溫差地區不同養護方式(標準養護、蒸汽養護、自然養護)條件下,混凝土試驗箱梁溫度及各齡期(3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d、28 d、56 d)的強度,試驗結果表明:低溫、大溫差地區自然養護條件下,預制混凝土箱梁溫度在澆筑后的28 h時達到峰值,在45 h時降到入模溫度,齡期7 d時溫度降到最低;蒸汽養護恒溫65 ℃較恒溫45 ℃早期強度增長快,而后期56 d齡期時強度小于恒溫45 ?℃。同時,蒸汽養護恒溫45 ℃升溫過程比恒溫65 ℃升溫過程穩定、易控制;56 d混凝土抗壓強度比較,由大到小依次為標準養護>蒸汽養護(45 ℃)>蒸汽養護(65 ℃)>自然養護。 Abstract: In order to study the hydration reaction regularity and strength change of precast concrete box girder at low temperature and large temperature difference area, the temperature of concrete of box girder under different curing methods (standard curing, steam curing, natural curing) at low temperature and large temperature difference areas and the strength of each age (3 d, 5 d, 7 d, 14 d, 28 d, 56 d) were tested. The results show that the temperatures of concrete box girders under natural curing in low temperature and large temperature difference area reach the peak value at 28 h after pouring, and fall to the entering mould temperature at 45 h, then maintain a slow hydration reaction at 3~5 d, and drop to the lowest at 7 d , and the hydration reactions basically ended. Strength of steam curing at 65 ℃ increases faster than that at 45 ℃ in the early stage, but it′s lower than that at 45 ℃ in the later stage of 56 d. And the heating process of steam curing at 45 ℃ is more stable and easy to control than that of 65 ℃. According to the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 56 d, the strength is of the decreasing order among is standard curing, steam curing at 45 ℃ and steam curing at 65 ℃ and natural curing.
