    摘 ? 要:通過使用機制砂替代天然砂進行免蒸壓管樁混凝土配制試驗,主要對比了不同品質機制砂取代天然砂對管樁混凝土拌和物工作性、力學性能、耐久性能以及樁身抗彎性能的影響,探討了高品質機制砂在免蒸壓管樁混凝土中應用的可行性。結果表明,采用高品質機制砂制備的混凝土拌和物具有較好的和易性,能夠滿足免蒸壓管樁的生產工藝要求。同時,采用高品質機制砂生產的管樁樁身結構性能也滿足相關標準要求。 Abstract: The effect of sand substitution rate of different quality manufactured sand instead of river sand on working performance, mechanical properties and durability of pile concrete as well as bending performance of piles was studied. And the feasibility of high performance mechanical sand in autoclaved pile concrete was also discussed. The test result show that the performance of non-autoclaved pile can meet therequirements of local and national standards, which maded of the high performance mechanism sand, whose concrete performance can meet the non-autoclaved process requirements.

    摘 ? 要:歸納總結了大量城市地下綜合管廊運營過程中遇到的問題,指出地下綜合管廊建設和運營過程中遇到的最主要問題為動荷載以及穿越非均勻地基,敘述了地下綜合管廊的研究發展趨勢及其在動荷載和非均勻地基下的力學性能的研究現狀,提出了現有主要成果研究的不足,并對未來研究進行了展望。 Abstract: The problems encountered in the operation of urban underground utility tunnel are summarized, the dynamic load and crossing non-uniform foundation as the most important problems encountered in the construction and operation of underground utility tunnel are concluded. The research development trend of underground utility tunnel and its mechanical properties under dynamic load and non-uniform foundation are reviewed, the main shortcomings of existing research are put forward,and the future research is prospected.

    摘 ?要:為解決高速公路改擴建工程在局部路段面臨的取土、征地困難等問題,研發了一種預制混凝土樁板式結構。該結構以預制混凝土管樁直接支撐預制鋼筋混凝土梁板為承載結構,分析了該結構的特征和優勢,闡述了該結構的構造細節和設計方法,并介紹了該結構在改擴建工程中的應用。 Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problems of collecting land and land requisition faced in the highway reconstruction and expansion project, a new type of highway pile-slab structure was developed. The structure is a simple and permeable load-bearing structure formed by precast piles directly supporting precast reinforced concrete slabs. The typical characteristics and advantages of the structural system are analyzed, the structural details and design methods of the structure are expound and the application of the structure in the reconstruction and expansion project is introduced.

    摘 ? 要:研究了單摻粉煤灰和復摻粉煤灰與硅灰代替部分水泥對PVA-ECC試件力學性能、裂縫寬度及抗滲性能的影響。結果表明,單摻粉煤灰會導致PVA-ECC試件強度下降,但可顯著增加其韌性。復摻粉煤灰與硅灰時,PVA-ECC試件表現出優異的應變硬化特性以及多縫開裂現象,力學性能得到提升,基體均勻性增加,抗滲性能得到改善,最大提升了約33%。試驗得到了具有良好性能的粉煤灰-硅灰-水泥三元體系PVA-ECC試件,其極限拉伸應變達到2.07%,抗壓強度達到42.6 MPa,裂縫寬度較小且分布均勻,滲透系數僅為2.136×10-11 m/s,抗滲性能較優。 Abstract: The effects of single-doped fly ash and mixed fly ash and silica fume instead of part of cement on the mechanical properties, crack width and impermeability of PVA-ECC specimen were studied. The results show that the single-doped fly ash can reduce the strength of PVA-ECC specimen, but significantly increase its toughness. When mixed with fly ash and silica fume, PVA-ECC specimen shows excellent strain hardening characteristics and multi-slit cracking, the mechanical properties are improved, the matrix uniformity is increased, and the impermeability is improved with a maximum increase of about 33%. The good performance of fly ash-silica fume-cement ternary system PVA-ECC specimen is obtained, and its ultimate tensile strain is 2.07%, compressive strength is 42.6 MPa, crack width is small and uniformly distributed, permeability coefficient is only 2.136 × 10-11 m/s, and its impermeability is good.
