摘 ? 要:通過使用機制砂替代天然砂進行免蒸壓管樁混凝土配制試驗,主要對比了不同品質機制砂取代天然砂對管樁混凝土拌和物工作性、力學性能、耐久性能以及樁身抗彎性能的影響,探討了高品質機制砂在免蒸壓管樁混凝土中應用的可行性。結果表明,采用高品質機制砂制備的混凝土拌和物具有較好的和易性,能夠滿足免蒸壓管樁的生產工藝要求。同時,采用高品質機制砂生產的管樁樁身結構性能也滿足相關標準要求。
Abstract: The effect of sand substitution rate of different quality manufactured sand instead of river sand on working performance, mechanical properties and durability of pile concrete as well as bending performance of piles was studied. And the feasibility of high performance mechanical sand in autoclaved pile concrete was also discussed. The test result show that the performance of non-autoclaved pile can meet therequirements of local and national standards, which maded of the high performance mechanism sand, whose concrete performance can meet the non-autoclaved process requirements.
