    摘 ? 要:為研究玻璃粉和鋼渣協同使用對自密實混凝土力學性能的影響,分別以20%、30%和40%的玻璃粉替代水泥,40%、60%和80%鋼渣替代細骨料,制備了9種不同配合比的自密實混凝土試件,通過坍落度試驗、J型環試驗、V型漏斗試驗和L型儀試驗測試了新拌自密實混凝土的工作性,并分析了硬化后自密實混凝土的抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度、抗折強度和彈性模量。結果表明,當玻璃粉和鋼渣協同使用時,可以顯著提高鋼渣替代細骨料的比例,替代比例高達80%;自密實混凝土的和易性隨著玻璃粉含量的增加而增大,隨鋼渣摻量的增加而減??;抗壓強度、劈裂抗拉強度、抗折強度和彈性模量隨鋼渣摻量的增加而增加,隨玻璃粉摻量的增加逐漸減小。自密實混凝土中鋼渣和水泥的最佳摻量分別為80%和20%。 Abstract: In order to study the effect of glass powder and steel slag on the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete, 9 kinds of self-compacting concrete specimens with different mix proportions were prepared by using 20%, 30% and 40% glass powder instead of cement, 40%, 60% and 80% steel slag instead of fine aggregate, respectively. The workability of fresh self-compacting concrete was tested by slump flow test, J-Ring test, V-funnel test and L-box test, and the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and elastic modulus of hardened self-compacting concrete were analyzed. The results show that when glass powder and steel slag are used together, the substitution ratio of steel slag to replace fine aggregate can significantly increase, and the substitution ratio is as high as 80%. The workability of self-compacting concrete increases with the increase of glass powder content, and decreases with the increase of steel slag content. The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and elastic modulus increase with the increase of steel slag content, and decrease with the increase of glass powder content. The optimum content of steel slag and cement in self-compacting concrete is 80% and 20%, respectively.

    摘 ? 要:研究了不同摻量聚丙二醇對堿激發礦渣(AAS)水泥砂漿流動度、力學性能和干縮的影響,并通過電化學交流阻抗法(EIS)探討了其對砂漿水化過程的影響。結果表明,聚丙二醇的摻入能夠顯著提高AAS水泥砂漿的流動性,且摻量越大,流動性提高越明顯,但砂漿密度有輕微降低。聚丙二醇的摻入降低了AAS水泥砂漿的抗折、抗壓強度,但是隨著齡期的增長,抗折、抗壓強度均有所提高。摻入聚丙二醇能有效降低AAS砂漿的干縮。當聚丙二醇摻量為1%~3%時,各齡期的孔溶液電阻值(R1)較基準組有所減小,聚丙二醇抑制了AAS砂漿的水化反應。當摻量為5%~9%時,各齡期的R1大于基準組,AAS砂漿水化反應加快,且R1隨著聚丙二醇摻量的增加而增大。 Abstract: The effect of different content of polypropylene glycol on the fluidity, mechanical properties and shrinkage of alkali-activated slag(AAS) cement mortar was studied, and its influence on hydration process of AAS mortar was discussed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The results show that the polypropylene glycol can improve the fluidity of AAS cement mortar, and the greater the content of polypropylene glycol, the more obvious the fluidity increase, but the density of the mortar slightly decreases. The flexural and compressive strength of AAS cement mortar decrease with the addition of polypropylene glycol, but with the increase of age, the flexural and compressive strength increase. Polypropylene glycol can effectively reduce the shrinkage of AAS mortar. The pore solution resistance(R1) of AAS mortar is lower than that of the control group when the polypropylene glycol content is 1%~3%, polypropylene glycol inhibits the hydration reaction. When the content is 5%~9%, R1 is greater than that of the control group, the hydration reaction of AAS mortar is accelerated, and R1 increases with the increase of the polypropylene glycol content.
