    摘 ? 要:通過抗彎性能試驗,分析了玄武巖纖維增強筋(BFRP筋)/鋼筋混合配筋混凝土梁的承載力、破壞形態、撓度及裂縫發展情況。在試驗基礎上利用ANSYS軟件建立了BFRP筋/鋼筋混合配筋混凝土梁的三維有限元數值分析模型,并與試驗結果進行了對比。在數值分析模型基礎上研究了FRP筋類型及其布置方式對混合配筋混凝土梁抗彎性能的影響。結果表明:BFRP筋/鋼筋混合配筋混凝土梁的破壞形式均為鋼筋屈服后受壓區混凝土被壓碎;配筋面積比Af /As越大,初裂荷載越小,裂縫總數越少,撓度逐漸增加;建立的數值分析模型能較準確地模擬BFRP筋/鋼筋混合配筋混凝土梁的抗彎性能;BFRP筋、AFRP筋(芳綸纖維增強筋)及GFRP筋(玻璃纖維增強筋)與鋼筋混合配筋混凝土梁的荷載-撓度曲線比較接近;與BFRP筋相比,CFRP筋(碳纖維增強筋)/鋼筋混合配筋混凝土梁的開裂荷載和極限荷載分別高14.2%和9.3%,最大撓度小35%左右;BFRP筋的布置方式(單層或雙層)對混合配筋混凝土梁抗彎性能的影響不大。 Abstract: Through flexural test, the flexural capacity, failure mode, flexibility deformation and crack distribution of basalt fiber reinforced bars (BFRP bars) and steel hybrid reinforced concrete beams were analyzed. Based on the test datas, a 3D finite element model of BFRP bars/steel hybrid reinforced concrete beams was established by using ANSYS software, and compared with the experimental results. Based on the numerical analysis model, the influence of FRP bar types and their arrangement on flexural performance of hybrid reinforced concrete beams was studied. The results show that the failure mode of BFRP bars/steel hybrid reinforced concrete beams is that the concrete in the compression zone is crushed after the steel bars yield. The larger the Af /As, the smaller the initial crack load, the smaller the total number of cracks, and the deflection is increased gradually. The established numerical analysis model can more accurately simulate the flexural performance of BFRP bars/steel hybrid reinforced concrete beams. The load-deflection curves of BFRP bars, AFRP bars, and GFRP bars and steel hybrid reinforced concrete beams are close. Compared with BFRP bars, the cracking load and ultimate load of CFRP bars/rebar hybrid reinforced concrete beams are 14.2% and 9.3% higher, respectively, and the maximum deflection is about 35% smaller. The arrangement of BFRP bars (single layer or double layer) has little effect on the flexural performance of hybrid reinforced concrete beams.

    摘 ?要:為簡化施工工序、節省勞動力、提高工程質量,基于拓撲優化理論,設計了預制裝配化艙格式擋墻的結構形式,運用有限元仿真分析軟件,優化了連接細節。最后結合具體工程應用,分析了預制裝配化艙格式擋墻在經濟性、環保等方面存在的優勢,可為其推廣應用提供參考。 Abstract: In order to simplify the construction process, reduce the labor force and improve the engineering quality, based on the topology optimization theory, the structural form of prefabricated chanberd retaining wall is designed, and the connection details are optimized by using the finite element simulation analysis software. Finally, combined with the specific engineering application, the advantages of prefabricated prefabricated cabin retaining wall in economy and environmental protection are analyzed, which provides a reference for its popularization and application.

    摘 ? 要:為達到預制清水看臺整體效果要求,結合廣東省亞青會體育場項目,進行了預制清水混凝土看臺深化設計,研究了特殊部位連接構造、電氣預留預埋技術和細部設計技術,實現了結構和電氣設計一體化的目的,可為類似工程提供參考。 Abstract: In order to achieve the overall effect requirements of prefabricated fair-faced concrete stand, combined with the project of Guangdong Asian Youth Games Stadium, the in-depth design of precast fair faced concrete stands was carried out, and the connection structure of special parts, electrical reservation and embedding technology and detail design technology were studied. The integration of structural and electrical design are designed, which can provide a reference for the similar projects.
