摘 ? 要:針對現有酚酞試劑法無法精確測定混凝土碳化程度的不足,基于熱重法定量分析CaCO3含量的試驗原理,利用TA-Q500熱重分析儀在原材料相同的條件下對不同水灰比及齡期條件下的混凝土碳化深度進行了檢測,并闡述了該方法的具體操作步驟。結果表明:與酚酞試劑法相比,熱重分析法可以定量分析碳化混凝土中的Ca(OH)2 和CaCO3含量,具有快速、方便的特點,且受環境和人為因素的影響較小,測試結果相對穩定準確。
Abstract: In view of the phenolphthalein method cannot accurately measure the concrete carbonation degree, based on the experimental principle of quantitative analysis of CaCO3 content by thermogravimetric method, the carbonation depth of concrete under different water cement ratio and age conditions was tested by TA-Q500 thermogravimetry analyzer under the same raw materials, and the specific operation steps of the method were described. The results show that compared with the phenolphthalein reagent method, the thermogravimetry method can quantitatively analyze the content of Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 in carbonated concrete, which has the characteristics of rapidity and convenience, and is less affected by the environment and human factors, and the test results are relatively stable and accurate.
