    摘 ? 要:研究了低速攪拌、高水膠比下,減水劑、硅灰、粉煤灰及膨脹劑對壓漿料的流動性、泌水率以及抗壓強度等性能的影響規律,在此基礎上優化了配合比,制備了普通低速攪拌下高水膠比壓漿料。試驗結果表明,在轉速低于300 r/min、0.42高水膠比情況下,可以制備出初始流動度為25.5 s、不泌水、各項性能均滿足實際工程應用要求的預應力孔道壓漿材料。該制備技術在簡化施工工藝的同時降低材料成本約231 元/噸,對促進預應力孔道壓漿材料的技術改進具有重要的意義。 Abstract: The effects of high water-binder ratio, water reducing agent, silica fume, fly ash and expansion agent on the flowability, water bleeding rate and compressive strength of duct grouts under low-speed stirring were studied. On this basis, the mix proportion was optimized to prepare a high water-binder ratio duct grouts under ordinary low-speed stirring. The results show that under low-speed stirring at a speed lower than 300 r/min and a high water-binder ratio of 0.42, a prestressed channel grouting material with an initial fluidity of 25.5 s, no bleeding and performance that meets the requirements of practical engineering applications can be prepared. This preparation technology reduces the material cost by about 231 yuan/t while simplifying the construction process, which is of great significance to the technical improvement of the prestressed channel grouting material.

    摘 ? 要:為了研究中高應變率下重晶石混凝土的動態壓縮力學性能,采用了?覫100 mm霍普金森(SHPB)壓桿系統,在5種沖擊氣壓下,對3種強度等級的重晶石混凝土、普通混凝土進行了對比試驗。試驗結果表明:重晶石混凝土與普通混凝土類似,各項力學特性均具有應變率效應;相同加載條件下,隨著強度等級的提高,試件脆性增強、延性減弱、峰值應變降低較明顯;此外,對照普通混凝土擬合了重晶石混凝土的動態增大系數(DIF)率型公式。 Abstract: In order to study the dynamic compression mechanical properties of barite concrete at medium and high strain rates, ?覫100 mm hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) system was used. Under 5 kinds of impact pressure, comparative experiments were performed on barite concrete and ordinary concrete with 3 kinds of strength grades. The experimental results show that barite concrete is similar to ordinary concrete, and its mechanical properties have strain rate effect. Under the same loading condition, with the increase of strength grade, the brittleness of the specimens increases, ductility decreases, and the peak strain decreases significantly. In addition, contrast ordinary concrete, the dynamic coefficient of increase (DIF) formula of barite concrete is summarized.

    摘 ? 要:以丙烯酸羥乙酯、丙烯酸羥丙酯、封端酰胺磷酸酯和甲基丙烯基酒石酸單酯為功能單體,通過對這幾種功能單體緩釋特點進行分類,科學地設計了聚羧酸減水劑的分子結構,制備了三種不同釋放時間的保坍型聚羧酸高性能減水劑(即早期釋放型、中期釋放型和中后期釋放型)。采用凝膠色譜儀對三種保坍型減水劑進行了GPC分析,研究了其釋放規律以及對不同特征水泥的適應性,并在混凝土實際工程中驗證了設計方法的正確性。 Abstract: With hydroxyl ethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, terminated amide phosphate and methyl allyl tartaric acid monoester for modification monomer, through the analysis of the characteristics of the several kinds of modified monomer slow-release classification, the molecular structure of high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer was scientifically designed. Three different release times of high performance slump retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer(release early, release mid and later released type) were prepared. GPC analysis was carried out on three kinds of high performance slump retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizer by gel chromatography. Its release rules and adaptability to different characteristics of the cement were studied and applied in concrete engineering practice to verify the correctness of the design method.

    摘 ? 要:通過快速碳化試驗研究了水灰比、水泥用量、粉煤灰摻量、碳化齡期四個因素對珊瑚混凝土碳化深度的影響,試驗齡期分別為3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d。結果表明:珊瑚混凝土的碳化深度與水灰比、粉煤灰摻量呈正比,與水泥用量呈反比;碳化深度均隨碳化齡期增長而增大?;贛ATLAB中雙隱含層BP神經網絡,建立了珊瑚混凝土碳化深度預測模型,編寫了循環訓練算法程序,經過40次循環近百萬次網絡訓練篩選出了雙隱含層最佳神經元節點數,分別為11、5,最小均方根誤差為0.67。經驗證,該預測模型預測平均誤差為5.57%,預測精度良好。 Abstract: The effects of water-cement ratio, cement amount, fly ash content, and carbonization age on the coral concrete by using fast carbonation experiment were studied. The experimental ages were 3 d, 7 d, 14 d and 28 d, respectively. The results show that the carbonation depths of coral concrete are positive correlation with water-cement ratio, fly ash content and carbonation age, while negative correlation with the cement content. The carbonation depth increases with the increase of carbonization age. A forecast model of coral concrete carbonation depth was established based on double hidden layer BP neural network in MATLAB. The cyclic-training algorithm program was written, and the optimal neurons number of hidden layer was found to be 11 and 5 after 40 cycles nearly million times network training. It is verified the average prediction error of the prediction model is 5.57%, and the prediction accuracy is good.

    摘 ? 要:探討了膨脹劑摻量、養護條件和界面狀況對濕接縫混凝土的力學強度、變形特征、界面黏結強度及黏結抗滲性能的影響。試驗結果表明:限制養護條件下微膨脹混凝土力學強度較同齡期自由養護試件均有提高,外部約束有利于提高其力學強度;養護條件對濕接縫混凝土的變形性能具有顯著影響,工程應用中濕接縫混凝土應進行不少于14 d的濕養護;光面、粗糙面和界面劑處理三種接縫界面狀態下,粗糙面試件的黏結劈裂抗拉強度和黏結抗滲性能最高,光面試件最低。涂刷界面劑后黏結劈裂抗拉強度略高于光面試件,但是黏結抗滲性能明顯優于光面試件,滲透系數比光面試件降低了73.5%。 Abstract: The effects of the dosage of expansive agent, curing condition and interface situation on the mechanical strength, deformation characteristics, interface bonding strength as well as anti-permeability of wet joint concrete were studied. The results show that mechanical strength of micro-expansive concrete under restrained curing condition is higher than that of under free curing condition at the same ages, which indicates that restraint is beneficial to improvement of mechanical strength. The curing condition has a significant influence on deformation performance of wet-joint concrete and in practise wet-joint concrete should be wet cured for at least 14 d. Among three interface situations, the specimens with rough surface have highest bonding strength and resistance to penetrability while the specimens with smooth surface are the worst. The specimens that are brushed with interfacial agent have a little higher bonding strength but significantly better resistance to penetrability than the smooth specimens with a decrease of permeability coefficient by 73.5%.

    摘 ? 要:采用RCM法、電位滴定法研究了甲酸鈣對水泥砂漿中氯離子擴散系數及氯離子含量的影響,通過測定不同浸泡齡期試件的自腐蝕電位、電化學阻抗譜研究了甲酸鈣對砂漿中鋼筋銹蝕的影響,采用XRD、SEM分析了甲酸鈣對砂漿中水泥水化產物及微觀形貌的影響。研究結果表明:甲酸鈣能使水泥砂漿中的氯離子擴散系數增大,并隨著水膠比增大,孔隙液中自由氯離子含量提高,總氯離子含量增大;甲酸鈣使水泥砂漿浸泡NaCl溶液后的Friedel鹽及Ca(OH)2含量減少,溶液pH值降低,氯離子更易到達鋼筋表面,加速了水泥砂漿中鋼筋的腐蝕。 Abstract: RCM method and potentiometric titration method were used to study the effect of calcium formate on chloride diffusion coefficient and chloride content in cement mortar. The effect of calcium formate on the corrosion of steel bars in mortar was studied by measuring the self-corrosion potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of samples with different soaking ages. The effects of calcium formate on cement hydration products and microstructure in mortar were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that calcium formate increases the diffusion coefficient of chloride ions in cement mortar. With the increase of water-binder ratio, calcium formate increases the content of total chloride ions and free chloride ions in pore solution. The content of Friedel′s salt and Ca(OH)2 decreases after the cement mortar soaked in NaCl solution, and the pH value of the solution decreases, and the chloride ions are more likely to reach the surface of the steel bar. Calcium formate accelerates the corrosion of reinforcement in cement mortar.

    摘 ? 要:為了提高3D打印混凝土構件的成型精度,結合轉臂式打印設備研究了分層厚度、搭接寬度、擠出速度和進給速度四個打印工藝參數,應用控制變量法對工藝參數進行了工藝試驗和理論分析,確定了工藝參數對成型精度的影響規律,并建立了數學模型來提高3D打印混凝土構件的成型精度。 Abstract: In order to improve the forming precision of the 3D printed components, combined with the jib type printed equipment, four printing process parameters of layer thickness, overlap width, extrusion speed and feed speed for the forming precision were studied. By using the control variable method, the process parameters were tested and analyzed theoretically. The influence of process parameters on the forming precision was determined, and the mathematical model was established to improve the forming precision of 3D concrete printed components.
