On this basis, the mix proportion was optimized to prepare a high water-binder ratio duct grouts under ordinary low-speed stirring. The results show that under low-speed stirring at a speed lower than 300 r/min and a high water-binder ratio of 0.42, a prestressed channel grouting material with an initial fluidity of 25.5 s, no bleeding and performance that meets the requirements of practical engineering applications can be prepared. This preparation technology reduces the material cost by about 231 yuan/t while simplifying the construction process, which is of great significance to the technical improvement of the prestressed channel grouting material.
