摘 ? 要:為了進一步完善外包鋼加固環形混凝土電桿的受彎承載力計算方法,基于空心鋼管混凝土結構理論,考慮環形混凝土電桿縱向受力鋼筋對加固后構件受彎承載力的貢獻,利用ABAQUS軟件,建立有限元計算分析模型,分析了外包鋼強度和厚度對加固構件受彎承載力的影響規律。結果表明,采用外包鋼加固環形混凝土電桿,受彎承載力隨著外包鋼的壁厚和強度增大而增大。將環形混凝土電桿縱向受力鋼筋等效為外包鋼,根據空心鋼管混凝土結構理論,計算外包鋼加固環形混凝土電桿的受彎承載力,其計算結果與有限元計算結果進行比較,由此確定截面面積等效系數為0.4,從而建立了實用的受彎承載力計算公式。
Abstract: In order to further perfect the calculation method for flexural capacity of circular concrete pole strengthened with external steel clad, based on the basic principles of hollow concrete-filled steel tubular structures, taking longitudinal steel bars into consideration, finite element analysis models were established with ABAQUS software, and influence rules of strength and thickness of external steel clad were analyzed. The results show that the flexural bearing capacity of circular concrete pole strengthened with external steel clad increases with the increase of the wall thickness and strength of the external steel clad. Under the condition that longitudinal steel bars are equivalent to external steel clad, flexural capacity of circular concrete pole strengthened with external steel clad was calculated. The calculation results were compared with the finite element analysis results so as to determine the cross-sectional area equivalent coefficient, and the area equivalent coefficient was calculated as 0.4, thus a pragmatic calculation method for flexural capacity of circular concrete pole strengthened with external steel clad was put forward.
