混凝土滲透性與微觀結構關系的研究

摘 要:根據混凝土的滲透性大小與其孔結構參數直接相關的觀點, 采用壓汞試驗測定了水化 60d的水泥漿體孔結構和孔分布情況, 并采用掃描電鏡研究了混凝土的微觀結構與形貌。結果表明, 水膠比對混凝土的總孔隙率和孔徑分布的影響都很大;摻入20%的粉煤灰的混凝土的累積孔隙體積率有所減少, 孔徑分布偏向于凝膠孔, 且其微觀結構均勻密實, Ca(OH)2 的晶粒含量較少?;炷廖⒂^結構的改善有效地降低了其滲透性。
Abstract:t is directed for correlationship between the permeability and the microstructure parameter of concrete.The porosity and diameter distribution of pores of 60d aged cement mortar are investigated by MIP, and the microstructure of concrete is observed by SEM.The results shows that the water cement ratio largely effects the total pore volume and the diameter distribution and, when added with fly ash by weight of 20%cement content, the total pore volume is decreased.
