    摘 ? 要:利用ABAQUS 有限元分析軟件建立了PHC600 B-130管樁樁身橫向受剪數值分析模型,分析了不同軸向拉力對空芯管樁和填芯管樁樁身抗剪承載性能的影響。結果表明,隨著軸向拉力的增大,兩類管樁樁身的開裂剪力和極限剪力均明顯降低,相應的極限位移也有降低,樁身延性下降,填芯混凝土對于管樁樁身抗剪承載力的提高效果顯著?;谝幏逗颓叭搜芯砍晒?,結合數值分析數據,提出了考慮軸拉力影響的空芯管樁和填芯管樁的抗剪承載力計算公式。 Abstract: Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the numerical analysis model of PHC600 B-130 pipe lateral shear was established, and the influence of different axial tension on the shear bearing performance of hollow pipes and core-filled pipes was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of axial tension, the cracking shear force and ultimate shear force of the two types of pipes are significantly reduced, the corresponding ultimate displacement is also reduced, and the ductility of the pipe is decreased, and the core-filled concrete has a significant effect on improving the shear bearing capacity of pipes. Based on the specifications and previous research results, combined with numerical analysis datas, the shear bearing capacity calculation formulas of hollow pipe and core-filled pipe considering the influence of axial tension are put forward.

    摘 ?要:為了研究碳纖維高強復合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics,CFRP)在預制混凝土管片破損修復中的受力性能,以沿海某城市雙線地鐵盾構區間線路為項目依托,通過彎剪試驗研究了破損管片經過CFRP修復后的抗剪與滑移行為。試驗結果表明:隨著CFRP粘貼長度的增加,承載力提高較大,整體撓度也相應增加,剝離滑移發生在CFRP與混凝土界面;隨著層數的增加,承載力增加80%~100%,相對滑移下降60%~75%,抗剪能力提高180%;粘貼1層CFRP基本可滿足現行規范要求。 Abstract: In order to further study the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) in the repair technology of subway damaged tube segments, by relying project on the double subway shield section line in a coastal city, it was used to investigate that bending-shearing test method to study mechanical behavior of shield′s damaged segments repaired by CFRP. The results show that, in bending-shearing test, the bearing capacity of segments repaired by CFRP has a big improvement and deflection also adds and stripping damage happens at the interface of CFRP and concrete with CFRP′s length increasing. Bearing capacity is increased by 80%~100% and deflection is reduced by 60%~67% as increasing in the number of layers, it can effectively control the radial displacement. It results that it can completely meet the limitations of China′s existing norms that it pastes one layer of CFRP.

    摘 ? 要:依托三峽翻壩江北高速公路項目,將隧道花崗巖洞渣加工成機制砂石骨料,并制備了C50混凝土預制T梁,通過T梁靜載試驗和T梁混凝土專用回彈測強曲線試驗,研究了花崗巖洞渣機制骨料在C50混凝土預制T梁中的應用技術。結果表明:利用花崗巖洞渣生產的機制砂石骨料可以配制出工作性、力學性能與耐久性優良的T梁用C50混凝土,且混凝土T梁的剛度、強度及抗裂性均滿足設計要求;通過試驗建立的T梁用C50混凝土專用回彈測強曲線較國家通用測強曲線更精確。 Abstract: Relying on the Three Gorges Fanba Jiangbei Highway Project, the tunnel granite cave slag was processed into machine-made sand and gravel aggregate, and the C50 concrete precast T-beams were prepared. Through T-beam static load test and T-beam concrete rebound strength test curve test, the application technology of granite cave slag machine-made aggregate in C50 concrete precast T-beam was studied. The results show that the machine-made sand and gravel aggregate produced from granite cave slag can be used to formulate C50 concrete for T-beams with excellent workability, mechanical properties and durability, and the stiffness, strength and crack resistance of the precast T-beams meet the design requirements. The special rebound strength test curve for C50 concrete for T-beams established through experiments is more accurate than the national general strength test curve.
