    摘 ? 要:研究了鐵尾礦砂取代率對機制砂混凝土工作性、力學性能和耐久性能的影響。結果表明:當鐵尾礦砂取代率為40%時,混合砂的顆粒級配及細度模數與河砂相近,此時,混合砂混凝土的工作性和力學性能最優;隨著鐵尾礦砂取代率在一定范圍內增加,混凝土的抗滲性能和抗氯離子侵蝕性能逐步提升。 Abstract: The effect of iron tailings sand replacement rate on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of machined sand concrete was studied. The results show that when the iron tailings sand replacement rate is 40%, the particle size gradation and fineness modulus of the mixed sand are similar to those of river sand. The concrete prepared by the mixed sand shows good workability and mechanical properties. In addition, as the iron tailings sand replacement rate increases within a certain range, the impermeability and the resistance to chloride ion erosion of concrete are gradually improved.

    摘 ? 要:再生混凝土骨料(RCA)表層砂漿的多孔性和高吸水性對再生骨料混凝土的力學性能和耐久性能不利,去除和強化RCA表層砂漿是提高RCA性能的兩種主要方法?;诖?,總結了聚合物、硅酸鈉、微粉、CO2碳化、微生物碳酸鹽沉積等RCA表層附著砂漿強化方法的研究現狀,分析了各RCA強化方法的優缺點,并提出了有待進一步研究的問題,以推進再生混凝土的應用。 Abstract: The porosity and high water absorption of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) surface mortar are detrimental to the mechanical properties and durability of recycled aggregate concrete. Removal and modification of RCA surface mortar are the two main ways to improve RCA performance. Based on this, the progress on various modification approaches of RCA surface mortar such as polymer coating, sodium silicate modification, micro-powder filling, CO2 carbonation and microbial carbonate deposition is summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of each RCA modification method are analyzed, and the problems to be further studied are put forward to promote the application of recycled concrete.

    摘 ? 要:分析了生活垃圾焚燒爐渣的各項性能指標,并將其經多道水洗、篩分等工藝制成再生骨料,利用再生骨料取代天然砂石制備了透水混凝土。結果表明:生活垃圾焚燒爐渣的粒徑分布較優,基本滿足Ⅱ類建設用砂標準要求;再生骨料透水混凝土的抗壓強度均低于基準組,透水系數均大于10 mm/s;隨著再生骨料(處理后)取代率的增加,試件的28 d抗壓強度逐漸降低;在取代率為100%的情況下,與未處理再生骨料透水混凝土相比,處理后再生骨料透水混凝土的抗壓強度提高了43.1%。 Abstract: ?The various indicators of the domestic waste incinerator slag were analyzed, and it was prepared into recycled aggregate through multiple washing, screening and other processes, and the pervious concrete was prepared by using recycled aggregate instead of natural sand. The results show that the domestic waste incinerator slag basically meets the requirements of Type Ⅱ construction sand standard, and the particle size distribution is better. The compressive strength of recycled aggregate pervious concrete is lower than that of reference group. The permeability coefficient of recycled aggregate pervious concrete is greater than 10 mm/s. With the increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate (after treatment), the 28 d compressive strength of specimen gradually decreases. When the replacement rate is 100%, compared with the untreated recycled aggregate pervious concrete, the compressive strength of the treated recycled aggregate pervious concrete is increased by 43.1%.
