摘 ? 要:研究了鐵尾礦砂取代率對機制砂混凝土工作性、力學性能和耐久性能的影響。結果表明:當鐵尾礦砂取代率為40%時,混合砂的顆粒級配及細度模數與河砂相近,此時,混合砂混凝土的工作性和力學性能最優;隨著鐵尾礦砂取代率在一定范圍內增加,混凝土的抗滲性能和抗氯離子侵蝕性能逐步提升。
Abstract: The effect of iron tailings sand replacement rate on the workability, mechanical properties and durability of machined sand concrete was studied. The results show that when the iron tailings sand replacement rate is 40%, the particle size gradation and fineness modulus of the mixed sand are similar to those of river sand. The concrete prepared by the mixed sand shows good workability and mechanical properties. In addition, as the iron tailings sand replacement rate increases within a certain range, the impermeability and the resistance to chloride ion erosion of concrete are gradually improved.
