摘 ? 要:通過研究硅灰、Ⅰ級粉煤灰及S95礦渣粉摻量及摻入方式對高性能混凝土(HPC)的影響,確定了Ⅰ級粉煤灰和S95礦渣粉以1∶1復摻制備HPC預制裝配式電纜溝。針對不同服役條件,設計了預制HPC電纜溝U型截面形式,并對其承載力進行了試驗驗證。結果表明:預制HPC電纜溝的關鍵部位強度及變形均滿足承載力及變形要求,可為電纜溝的預制裝配化應用提供參考。
Abstract: According to the influence of silica fume, grade Ⅰ fly ash and S95 slag powder on the performance of high performance concrete (HPC), it is determined that the best mix proportion of grade Ⅰ fly ash and S95 slag powder is 1∶1. For different service conditions, the U-shaped section of HPC prefabricated cable trench is designed and prepared, and the bearing capacity is verified by simulation and test. The results show that the strength and deformation of key parts of HPC prefabricated cable trench can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation, which can provide a reference for application of ?the prefabrication and assembly process of cable trench.
