    摘 ? 要:研究了不同凍融工況下黏附砂漿含量對高強再生透水混凝土抗凍耐久性的影響,并用SEM對其微觀機理進行了分析。結果表明,300次凍融循環后,以相對動彈性模量不低于60%和抗壓強度損失率不高于25%為失效準則,確定了再生粗骨料黏附砂漿的界限含量分別為41.19%和43.89%。在設計使用年限分別為100年、50年和30年的嚴寒地區高度飽水條件下,再生粗骨料最大黏附砂漿含量分別為33.00%、38.94%和40.27%。 Abstract: The influence of attached mortar content on the frost resistance of high strength recycled pervious concrete under different freeze-thaw conditions was studied, and the microscopic mechanism was analyzed by SEM. The results show that after 300 freezing-thawing cycles, taking the relative dynamic elastic modulus of not less than 60% and the loss rate of compressive strength not more than 25% as the failure criterion, the limit content of recycled coarse aggregate attached mortar is determined to be 41.19% and 43.89%, respectively. When the designed service life is 100 years, 50 years and 30 years respectively, the maximum attached mortar content of recycled coarse aggregate applied for structural concrete is 33.00%, 38.94% and 40.27%, respectively.

    摘 ? 要:為更好研究機制砂的合理應用,選取了3種不同巖性的機制砂,通過分級篩分后調配成Ⅱ區中砂,設計了三種不同級配的機制砂。研究了不同機制砂的化學組成、礦物組成和微觀形貌,以及不同機制砂對膠砂性能的影響。研究表明:不同機制砂顆粒的長徑比和圓形度有一定的差異,個別粒級的參數差異較大;級配對鈣基機制砂膠砂強度影響沒有硅基機制砂顯著;細度模數較大時,鈣基機制砂膠砂強度大于硅基機制砂。 Abstract: In order to study the reasonable application of machine-made sands, 3 kinds of machine-made sands with different lithology were selected and mixed into the middle sands of Area Ⅱ through classification and screening, and three different gradations of machine-made sands were prepared. The influence on the properties of mortar of the chemical composition, mineral composition, and micro-morphology of machine-made sands, different machine-made sands were analyzed. The results indicate that the slenderness ratio and roundness of different machine-made sands are different, and the parameters of individual grades are also different. The effect of gradation on the strength of silicon-based sands is more significant than that of calcium-based sands. When the fineness modulus is larger, the strength of calcium-based machine-made sand is higher than that of silicon-based machine-made sand.

    摘 ? 要:研究了不同粉煤灰摻量的堿礦渣-粉煤灰砂漿在20 ℃、200 ℃、400 ℃、600 ℃、800 ℃下力學性能的變化規律,并通過X射線衍射(XRD)、紅外光譜(FTIR)和壓汞法(MIP)分析了漿體的水化及孔結構。結果表明:摻粉煤灰可優化漿體的孔徑分布,降低內部孔隙率,提高砂漿的耐高溫性能,粉煤灰的適宜摻量為30%~50%;200 ℃時,摻30%粉煤灰砂漿的抗壓強度最高,較20 ℃時提高了49.3%;600 ℃時,發生了固相反應,C-S-H凝膠減少,少害孔(20~50 nm)數量增加,砂漿保持了與20 ℃相當的抗壓強度;800 ℃時,漿體生成大量鈣黃長石,砂漿的抗壓強度為20 ℃時的11.5%,基本失去工作性能。綜合考慮,堿礦渣-粉煤灰砂漿的使用溫度不宜超過600 ℃。 Abstract: The mechanical properties of alkali slag-fly ash mortar with different fly ash content at 20 ℃, 200 ℃, 400 ℃, 600 ℃, 800 ℃ were studied, and the hydration and pore structure were examined by using XRD, FTIR and MIP. The results show that adding fly ash can optimize the pore size distribution of the slurry, reduce the internal porosity, and improve the high-temperature resistance of the mortar, and the suitable blending amount is 30%~50%. At 200 ℃, the compressive strength of 30% fly ash mortar is the highest, which is 49.3% higher than that at 20 ℃. At 600 ℃, the mortar maintains the same compressive strength as 20 ℃, but the solid phase reaction occurs in the slurry, the number of less harmful pores (20~50 nm) increases and the C-S-H decreases. At 800 ℃, a large amount of calcium feldspar is formed in the slurry, and the compressive strength of the mortar is 11.5% of that at 20 ℃, which basically loses the working performance. Comprehensive consideration, the use temperature of alkali slag-fly ash mortar should not exceed 600 ℃.
