摘 要:以廣東某隧道工程為例,研究了水膠比、礦物摻合料和砂率對混凝土早期抗壓強度、抗滲性能、抗氯離子滲透性能和抗溶蝕性能的影響。結果表明:隨著水膠比的減小,混凝土早期抗壓強度、抗滲性能、抗氯離子滲透性能和抗溶蝕性能均提高;摻入適量的礦物摻合料降低了混凝土的早期抗壓強度和抗滲性能,但提高了混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性能和抗溶蝕性能;隨著砂率的增加,混凝土的早期抗壓強度先降低后提高,抗滲性能、抗氯離子滲透性能、抗溶蝕性能提高,最佳砂率為45%;綜合對比得到了各因素對混凝土抗溶蝕性能的提高效果為:水膠比>礦物摻合料>砂率。
Abstract: Taking a tunnel project in Guangdong as an example, the effects of water-binder ratio, mineral admixture and sand ratio on the early compressive strength, impermeability, resistance to chloride ion penetration and corrosion resistance of concrete were studied. The results show that as the water-binder ratio decreases, the early compressive strength, impermeability, resistance to chloride ion penetration and corrosion resistance of concrete all increase. The appropriate addition of mineral admixtures reduces the early compressive strength and impermeability of concrete, but improves the resistance to chloride ion penetration and corrosion resistance of concrete. As the sand ratio increases, the early compressive strength of concrete decreases first and then increases, and the impermeability, resistance to chloride ion penetration, and corrosion resistance are improved. The best sand ratio is 45%. Comprehensive comparison of the effects of various factors on the anti-corrosion performance of concrete is: water-binder ratio>mineral admixture>sand ratio.
