摘 要:為研究聚丙烯纖維(PP纖維)、耐堿玻璃纖維(BX纖維)、鋼纖維(GX纖維)對超高性能混凝土(UHPC)電桿力學性能和耐久性能的影響,在前期摻量優選試驗基礎上,采用臥式離心工藝成型了規格為?覫190×12×M×BY的UHPC 電桿,并進行了力學性能和耐久性能試驗。結果表明:不同纖維種類對UHPC 折壓比的影響從高到底依次為:GX纖維、BX纖維、PP纖維;三種纖維均可提高UHPC 的耐久性,但效果不顯著;三種纖維對UHPC 電桿力學性能的影響由高到低依次為:GX纖維、BX纖維、PP纖維;三種纖維UHPC 電桿均滿足相關標準要求,考慮電桿外觀和經濟性,可使用PP纖維和BX纖維生產UHPC 電桿。
Abstract: In order to study the effects of polypropylene fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber and steel fiber on the mechanical properties and durability of ultra-high performance concrete poles, based on the preliminary content optimization test, the ?覫190×12×M×BY ultra-high performance concrete poles were produced by horizontal centrifugal process, and the mechanical properties and durability tests were carried out. The results show that the effects of different fiber types on the flexural compression ratio of ultra-high performance concrete from high to low are steel fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber and polypropylene fiber. Three kinds of fibers can improve the durability of ultra-high performance concrete, but the effect is not significant. The effects of three fibers on the mechanical properties of UHPC poles from high to low are steel fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber and polypropylene fiber. Three kinds of fibers all can meet the requirements of relevant standards. Considering the appearance and economy of poles, polypropylene fiber, alkali resistant glass fiber can be recommended to used to produce UHPC poles.
