通過試驗得出了C105混凝土100 mm×100 mm×100 mm立方體非標準試件抗壓強度換算系數以及C105混凝土的標準方差和強度變異系數。采用理論計算,得到了棱柱體抗壓強度與立方體抗壓強度的比值αc1,并與試驗實測平均值進行了比較,驗證了理論計算方法的可行性。此外,通過對比分析,探討了直接外延法和引用公式法兩種C105混凝土設計參數計算方法的正確性,研究結果可為C105管樁混凝土的設計和應用提供參考。
Abstract: The conversion coefficient of C105 concrete compressive strength was obtained for the size of the 100 mm×100 mm×100 mm cubic specimen by testing. And the standard deviation and strength variable coefficient were obtained by statistical analysis. The ratio αc1 of prismatic compressive strength to cubic compressive strength was obtained by theoretical calculation, and compared with the measured average value, which verifies the feasibility of the theoretical calculation method. In addition, through the comparative analysis, the correctness of the direct epitaxy method and quoted formula method of C105 concrete design parameters was systematically discussed, and the research results can provide a reference for the design and application of C105 pile concrete.
