摘 要:為了研究BFRP筋混凝土梁的抗彎性能,進行了不同配筋率和不同配筋形式BFRP筋混凝土梁的四點彎曲試驗,分析了試件的跨中撓度、抗彎承載力和裂縫分布規律。結果表明:BFRP筋混凝土梁的彎矩-撓度曲線表現出試件開裂、峰值彎矩為轉折點的三折線特征;BFRP筋與鋼筋混合配筋梁的彎矩-撓度曲線表現出試件開裂、鋼筋屈服和峰值彎矩為轉折點的四折線特征;BFRP筋與鋼筋混合配筋能提高鋼筋混凝土梁的抗彎承載力,減小BFRP筋混凝土梁的撓度和裂縫寬度,同時發揮BFRP筋強度高的特點;BFRP筋與鋼筋混合配筋梁符合平截面假定,并給出了正截面抗彎承載力計算公式。
Abstract: In order to study the flexural performance of concrete beams reinforced with BFRP rebar, the four-point bending tests of BFRP reinforced concrete beams with different reinforcement ratios and different reinforcement forms were carried out, and the mid-span deflection, flexural capacity, and crack distribution of the specimens were analyzed. The results show that the bending moment-deflection curves of BFRP reinforced concrete beams show the characteristics of three-fold curve with specimen cracking and peak bending moment as the turning point. The bending moment-deflection curves of beams reinforced with BFRP rebar and steel rebar show the characteristics of four-fold curve with specimen cracking, steel yield and peak bending moment as the turning point. The mixed reinforcement of BFRP rebar and steel rebar can improve the flexural capacity of the reinforced concrete beams, reduce the deflection and crack width of BFRP reinforced concrete beams, and the strength of BFRP rebar can be sufficiently utilized. The beams reinforced with BFRP rebar and steel rebar conform to the plane section assumption, and the calculation formula of flexural capacity of the beams is given.
