摘 要:針對混凝土輕質墻板的上墻含水率及其對墻體干縮性能的影響,進行了含水率試驗,研究了混凝土輕質墻板上墻含水率對干縮性能及其防裂措施的影響,探索了混凝土輕質墻板干縮隨含水率的變化規律,提出了混凝土輕質墻板含水率時變模型,可為墻板合理的養護或上墻時間、干縮裂縫控制提供參考。
Abstract: Aiming at the moisture content during construction of the concrete lightweight wallboard and its influence on the dry shrinkage performance of the wall, the moisture content test was carried out. The influence of moisture content during construction of concrete lightweight wallboard on dry shrinkage performance and crack prevention measures was studied, and the variation law of dry shrinkage of concrete lightweight wallboard with moisture content was studied. Furthermore, the time-varying model of moisture content of concrete lightweight wallboard was put forward. The results can provide a reference for the reasonable maintenance time and the control of dry shrinkage cracks.
