    摘 ? 要:以綿陽市預制裝配式綜合管廊為研究對象,利用有限元軟件,建立了三維實體模型,考慮了不同分片形式、連接方式、實際受荷情況,分析了其正常使用情況下的彎矩分布變化,并從艙室尺寸排布、增設腋角及改變頂板結構形式三個方面進行了優化設計。研究結果表明:該預制裝配式綜合管廊設計滿足規范要求,但其結構存在進一步優化的空間;當三艙室等間距排布時結構受力相對更合理;增設腋角可明顯改善端部應力集中現象;采用疊合式頂板可有效降低結構最大彎矩值。 Abstract: Taking the precast concrete utility tunnel in Mianyang as the research object, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model, and the form of the segment, the connection method, the actual load were condidered. The stress and the strain were analyzed, and optimized design was carried out from three aspects: cabin size arrangement, adding axillary legs and changing the roof structure. The research results show that the design of the precast concrete utility tunnel can meet the requirements of the specification, but need to be further optimized. When the three compartments are arranged at equal intervals, the structural stress is relatively more reasonable. The addition of axillary legs can significantly improve the stress concentration at the ends. Using a laminated roof can effectively increase the resistance of the roofs.

    摘 ? 要:制備了一種復合式防腐路緣石,其內部為C40混凝土,外包裹層分別為環氧砂漿與自乳化砂漿,并建立了相應復合結構的數值模擬模型,研究了外包裹層對復合式路緣石強度和耐久性的影響,并模擬了內外層結構線膨脹系數對體系應力的影響。結果表明:與環氧砂漿相比,自乳化砂漿的抗壓、抗折強度值較低,且在經受鹽凍破壞后,其抗壓、抗折強度下降幅度較大;環氧砂漿復合式路緣石在降溫荷載作用下,除約束處外,路緣石截面突變處達到最大拉應力9.41 MPa,易開裂;自乳化砂漿復合式路緣石在降溫荷載作用下的拉應力為2.99 MPa,未開裂;基于研究結果,提出了復合式路緣石結構尺寸的優化設計方案。 Abstract: Anti-corrosive composite curbs were prepared by using C40 concrete as interior structure, epoxy mortar and waterborne epoxy mortar as exterior coating individually, the finite element models were established to study the effects of the exterior coating on the strength and durability of the curbs. The results show that compared with with epoxy resin mortar, the compressive and flexural strength of self-emulsified mortar are lower, and the compressive and flexural strength decrease greatly after salt freezing. Under the cooling loads, the maximum tensile stress of epoxy mortar line composite curbs is 9.41 MPa at the abrupt change of curbs section, except for the constraint, which is easy to crack. The tensile stress of self emulsifying mortar line composite curbs under the cooling load is 2.99 MPa, which is not cracked. Based on the research results, the optimization suggestions for the structure of composite curbs are put forward.

    摘 ? 要:為提高預應力混凝土管樁的連接質量和施工速度,研制了一種新型預應力混凝土管樁用套珠式連接器,闡述了其結構原理,并通過力學試驗,驗證了其力學性能滿足相關標準要求。此外,結合工程應用,介紹了該連接器的安裝和施工工序,具有安全可靠、連接快捷等優點。 Abstract: In order to improve the connection quality and construction speed of precast concrete piles, a new type of beaded connector for the concrete piles was developed, and the structure principle was described. The mechanical test results show that its mechanical properties can meet the requirements of relevant standards. In addition, combined with the engineering application, the installation and construction process of the connector are introduced and shows the advantages of safety, reliability and fast connection.
