引用本文摘 ? 要：以綿陽市預制裝配式綜合管廊為研究對象，利用有限元軟件，建立了三維實體模型，考慮了不同分片形式、連接方式、實際受荷情況，分析了其正常使用情況下的彎矩分布變化，并從艙室尺寸排布、增設腋角及改變頂板結構形式三個方面進行了優化設計。研究結果表明：該預制裝配式綜合管廊設計滿足規范要求，但其結構存在進一步優化的空間；當三艙室等間距排布時結構受力相對更合理；增設腋角可明顯改善端部應力集中現象；采用疊合式頂板可有效降低結構最大彎矩值。 Abstract: Taking the precast concrete utility tunnel in Mianyang as the research object, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model, and the form of the segment, the connection method, the actual load were condidered. The stress and the strain were analyzed, and optimized design was carried out from three aspects: cabin size arrangement, adding axillary legs and changing the roof structure. The research results show that the design of the precast concrete utility tunnel can meet the requirements of the specification, but need to be further optimized. When the three compartments are arranged at equal intervals, the structural stress is relatively more reasonable. The addition of axillary legs can significantly improve the stress concentration at the ends. Using a laminated roof can effectively increase the resistance of the roofs.
