摘 要:采用普通硅酸鹽水泥、氣凝膠粉、石墨改性EPS顆粒、發泡劑等制備了干密度約為120 kg/m3的石墨改性EPS顆粒超輕泡沫混凝土,研究了石墨改性EPS顆粒對其密度、力學性能、吸水率、導熱系數和孔結構的影響。結果表明:當石墨改性EPS顆粒摻量為30%時,超輕泡沫混凝土的各項性能最優,抗壓強度為0.25 MPa,吸水率為10.3%,導熱系數為0.032 6 W/(m·K);隨著石墨改性EPS顆粒摻量的增加,損泡率明顯增大,孔徑分布和孔結構參數發生明顯改變。
Abstract: The foam concrete with a dry density of 120 kg/m3 was prepared by ordinary portland cement, aerogel powder, graphite modified EPS particles, foaming agent and additive. The effects of graphite modified EPS particles content on the density, mechanical properties, water absorption, thermal conductivity, and pore structure of foam concrete were studied. The results show that when graphite modified EPS particles with the content of 30% are added, the foam concrete has the best properties, the compressive strength is 0.25 MPa, the water absorption is 10.3%, and the thermal conductivity is 0.032 6 W/(m·K). With the increase of the content of graphite modified EPS particles, the bubble loss rates increase obviously, and the pore size distribution and pore structure parameters change obviously.
