摘 要:為了探究不同骨料粒徑及不同膠凝材料用量對透水混凝土內部孔隙結構的影響,采用CT掃描技術對不同骨料粒徑以及不同膠凝材料用量的試件進行了試驗,并使用重構軟件對掃描結果進行了二維及三維分析。結果表明:主要影響透水混凝土孔隙結構的因素是骨料粒徑和膠凝材料用量;孔隙結構可以看作由孔室和孔喉兩部分組成,骨料粒徑對孔室的影響較大,孔室的大小隨著骨料粒徑的增大逐漸向大孔室發展;孔喉面積主要受膠凝材料用量的影響;孔喉面積對透水混凝土的透水率有一定的影響。
Abstract: In order to explore the effects of different particle sizes of aggregates and different amounts of cementitious materials on the internal pore structure of permeable concrete, CT scanning technology was used to test specimens with different aggregate particle sizes and different amounts of cementitious materials, and reconstruction software was used. The scan results were analyzed in 2D and 3D. The results show that the factors affecting the pore structure of permeable concrete are the aggregate particle size and the amount of cementitious material. The pore structure can be regarded as consisting of two parts, the pore chamber and the pore throat, and the aggregate particle size has a great influence on the pore chamber. With the increase of aggregate particle size, the size of the pore chamber gradually develops into a large pore, and the pore throat area is mainly affected by the amount of cementitious material. Pore throat area has a certain influence on the permeability of pervious concrete.
