摘 要:利用廢棄混凝土再生細骨料及再生微粉,采用靜壓成型工藝制備了再生混凝土免燒磚,以抗壓強度和抗折強度為優化指標,分別對制磚成型工藝與養護工藝進行了研究。結果表明:再生混凝土免燒磚的強度隨著成型壓力和蒸汽養護時間的增加而增加;再生混凝土免燒磚的強度隨著壓制速度的增加而呈現下降趨勢;最佳成型壓力為15 MPa、壓制速度為0.6 mm/s、蒸汽養護溫度為80 ℃、養護時間為16 h。在此生產條件下,再生混凝土免燒磚的28 d抗壓強度為12.1 MPa。
Abstract: The recycled fine aggregate and recycled micro powder of waste concrete were used to prepare recycled baking-free brick by static pressure forming. Taking the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled baking-free bricks as the optimization index, the forming process and curing process of recycled concrete baking-free bricks were studied respectively. The results show that the strength of recycled concrete baking-free bricks increases with the increase of molding pressure. The strength of recycled concrete baking-free bricks decreases continuously with the increase of pressing speed. The optimum molding pressure is 15 MPa, pressing speed is 0.6 mm/s and the steam curing system is 80 ℃ for 16 h. Under this condition, the 28 d compressive strength of recycled concrete baking-free bricks reaches 12.1 MPa.
