    摘 ? 要:利用含紅磚的再生細骨料100%替代天然砂,制備生態干混砂漿,研究了用水量、再生粉料摻量和外加劑摻量對干混砂漿力學性能的影響。結果表明:當再生粉料和外加劑摻量不變時,砂漿強度隨著用水量的增大而降低,但56 d強度增長率反而增大;當再生粉料摻量和用水量不變時,外加劑摻量的增加對砂漿各齡期的強度均有負面影響;當外加劑摻量和用水量不變時,再生粉料摻量為20%時,對應的砂漿強度最大,低于或高于此摻量均會使砂漿強度降低;含紅磚再生細骨料干混砂漿的后期強度(56 d)仍有較大提升空間。 Abstract: The dry mixed mortar was prepared with 100% recycled fine aggregate containing crushed red brick instead of natural sand. The effects of different water addition, recycled powder content and admixture content on the mechanical properties of dry mixed mortar were studied. The results show that when the recycled powder content and admixture content are constant, the strength of the mortar decreases with the increase of water addition, while the growth rate of 56 d strength increases. When the recycled powder content and the water addition remain unchanged, the increase of admixture content has a negative impact on the strength of the mortar at all ages. When the admixture content and the water addition remain unchanged, the mortar with 20% recycled powder has the highest strength, and the strength of the mortar is reduced when the content is lower or higher than 20%. There is still a large increase space in the late strength (56 d) of dry mixed mortar with red brick recycled fine aggregate.

    摘 ? 要:研究了再生粗骨料替代率和骨料包漿對自密實再生混凝土力學性能和抗氯離子滲透性的影響。結果表明:當再生粗骨料替代率分別為30%、60%、100%時,與未包漿再生骨料混凝土相比,預包漿再生骨料混凝土的坍落擴展度分別提高了0.76%、3.33%、5.17%,抗壓強度分別提高了5.9%、3.2%、6.1%,劈裂抗拉強度分別提高了5.2%、11.2%、18.2%;隨著再生粗骨料替代率的增加,混凝土的電通量值增大,當再生粗骨料替代率分別為30%、60%、100%時,與未包漿再生骨料混凝土相比,預包漿再生骨料混凝土的電通量值分別下降了16.7%、22.9%、8.6%;骨料經過包漿處理后,改善了自密實再生混凝土的力學性能及抗氯離子滲透性。 Abstract: The effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and aggregate grouting on the mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability of self-compact recycled concrete were studied. The results show that when the replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate are 30%, 60% and 100%, compared with the ungrouted concrete, the slump-flow expansion of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 0.76%, 3.33% and 5.17%, the compressive strength of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 5.9%, 3.2% and 6.1%, the split tensile strength of the grouted concrete are increased respectively by 5.2%, 11.2% and 18.2%. With the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate, the concrete electric flux value increases. When the replacement rates of recycled coarse aggregate are 30%, 60% and 100%, the electric flux values of the grouted recycled concrete decrease respectively by 16.7%, 22.9% and 8.6% compared with ungrouted concrete. The mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion permeability of the self-compacting recycled concrete are improved after the aggregates are grouted.

    摘 ? 要:研究了納米SiO2對污泥焚燒灰-水泥復合膠凝體系性能的影響,并對其水化程度進行了分析。結果表明:隨著污泥焚燒灰摻量的增加,復合膠凝體系的標準稠度用水量增加、凝結時間延長,水泥膠砂流動度降低、抗壓和抗折強度降低;納米SiO2的摻入在一定程度上縮短了復合膠凝體系的凝結時間,提高了水泥膠砂的強度,但對工作性不利;摻入納米SiO2后,復合膠凝體系7 d內的化學結合水生成量和生成速率較高,納米SiO2對復合膠凝體系早期水化影響較大。 Abstract: The influence of nano-SiO2 on the performance of sludge incineration ash-cement composite cementitious system was studied, and its hydration degree was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of sludge incineration ash content, the standard consistency water requirement of the composite cementitious system increases, the setting time is prolonged, the fluidity of the cement mortar decreases, and the compressive and flexural strengths decrease. The incorporation of nano-SiO2 shortens the setting time of the composite cementitious system to a certain extent and improves the strength of cement mortar, but it is not good for workability. After adding nano-SiO2, the amount of chemically bound water and the rate of formation within 7 days of the composite cementitious system are higher, which shows that nano-SiO2 has a great influence on the early hydration of the composite cementitious system.
