摘 ? 要:利用含紅磚的再生細骨料100%替代天然砂,制備生態干混砂漿,研究了用水量、再生粉料摻量和外加劑摻量對干混砂漿力學性能的影響。結果表明:當再生粉料和外加劑摻量不變時,砂漿強度隨著用水量的增大而降低,但56 d強度增長率反而增大;當再生粉料摻量和用水量不變時,外加劑摻量的增加對砂漿各齡期的強度均有負面影響;當外加劑摻量和用水量不變時,再生粉料摻量為20%時,對應的砂漿強度最大,低于或高于此摻量均會使砂漿強度降低;含紅磚再生細骨料干混砂漿的后期強度(56 d)仍有較大提升空間。
Abstract: The dry mixed mortar was prepared with 100% recycled fine aggregate containing crushed red brick instead of natural sand. The effects of different water addition, recycled powder content and admixture content on the mechanical properties of dry mixed mortar were studied. The results show that when the recycled powder content and admixture content are constant, the strength of the mortar decreases with the increase of water addition, while the growth rate of 56 d strength increases. When the recycled powder content and the water addition remain unchanged, the increase of admixture content has a negative impact on the strength of the mortar at all ages. When the admixture content and the water addition remain unchanged, the mortar with 20% recycled powder has the highest strength, and the strength of the mortar is reduced when the content is lower or higher than 20%. There is still a large increase space in the late strength (56 d) of dry mixed mortar with red brick recycled fine aggregate.
