摘 ? 要:研究了不同裂縫尺度下無機輕骨料砂漿外墻外保溫系統的溫度場變化情況,對含預制裂縫寬度為0.05 mm、0.10 mm、0.20 mm、0.30 mm、0.40 mm和0.50 mm的試件進行了160次熱雨循環試驗,測量了不同裂縫尺度下試件的溫度值,分析了各階段的溫度場變化規律。結果表明:與無裂縫情況下相比,試件預制裂縫對基墻溫度的變化有一定影響;系統的熱物理性能隨熱雨循環次數的增加而逐漸劣化,裂縫寬度對保溫層溫度的變化影響很小,僅會對基墻的溫度造成一定影響;當裂縫較寬時,基墻將在升溫階段達到較高的溫度。
Abstract: The temperature change in the external thermal insulation composite systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate mortar (ETICS-ILAM) containing different crack scales was studied. 160 times of hot rain cycles were carried out on ETICS-ILAM specimens with prefabricated crack widths of 0.05 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.40 mm and 0.50 mm. The temperature values of the specimens with different crack sizes were measured, and the variation law of the temperature field in each stage was analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated cracks in the specimens have a certain influence on the temperature change in the base-wall. The thermal physical properties of the system gradually deteriorate with the increase of the number of heat-rain cycles. The crack width has little influence on the temperature change in the insulation layer, but has noticeable influence on the temperature in the base-wall. When the crack has a relatively bigger width, the temperature in the base-wall can reach a relatively higher value during the temperature increasing stage.?
