    摘 ? 要:利用物理、化學、高溫方式對再生磚粉進行了活性激發,測試其活性指數,并研究了活性最高再生磚粉的取代率對超高性能混凝土(UHPC)抗壓性能、抗折性能和劈裂抗拉性能的影響。結果表明:物理、化學、高溫方式均有助于激發再生磚粉的活性,其中,球磨45 min再生磚粉的活性最高,為71.4%;再生磚粉UHPC的力學性能與再生磚粉取代率呈負相關;當再生磚粉取代率為10%時,再生磚粉UHPC的力學性能接近基準組。 Abstract: The physical, chemical and high temperature methods were used to activate the recycled brick powder, and its activity index was tested, and the effect of the replacement rate of the most active recycled brick powder on the compressive, flexural and split tensile properties of UHPC was studied. The results show that the physical, chemical and high temperature methods are helpful to stimulate the activity of recycled brick powder, and the activity of recycled brick powder is the highest at 71.4% by ball milling for 45 min. The mechanical properties of recycled brick powder UHPC are negatively correlated with the replacement rate of recycled brick powder. When the recycled brick powder replacement rate is 10%, the mechanical properties of recycled brick powder UHPC are close to those of the reference group.

    摘 ? 要:研究了再生骨料替代率、聚丙烯纖維和鋼纖維摻量對再生混凝土性能的影響。結果表明:替代率為30%的再生細骨料對混凝土的密度、和易性以及抗壓強度無顯著的負面影響;一定摻量的纖維對混凝土的工作性無顯著影響,但能有效提高再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉強度和抗折強度,改善混凝土的抗裂性和脆性。 Abstract: The effects of recycled aggregate replacement rate, polypropylene fiber and steel fiber content on the properties of recycled concrete were studied. The results show that the recycled fine aggregate with a replacement rate of 30% has no significant negative effect on the density, workability and compressive strength of concrete. A certain amount of fiber has no significant effect on the workability of concrete, but it can effectively improve the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete, and improve the cracking resistance and brittleness of concrete.

    摘 ? 要:套筒灌漿連接是裝配式建筑中鋼筋的最主要和應用最廣泛的一種連接方法,通過分析灌漿缺陷對連接件、構件以及結構性能的影響,總結了裝配式建筑中鋼筋連接套筒灌漿缺陷的不同檢測方法,并歸納了灌漿缺陷的改進方法。灌漿缺陷的主要檢測方法有:超聲波法、X射線法、內窺鏡法、沖擊回波法、預埋鋼絲法、壓電陶瓷材料檢測法、電阻法、預埋傳感器法、神經網絡檢測法和毛細管注水法。從設備到施工方法的改進措施包括定量控制裝置、缺陷可檢修型灌漿套筒和擴孔注射補灌。在實際工程中,可以先采用超聲波法快速檢測灌漿缺陷,然后結合內窺鏡法檢測灌漿缺陷尺寸,最后采取擴孔注射補灌方式進行缺陷補救。 Abstract: Sleeve grouting connection is the main and the most extensive connection method for steel reinforcement in prefabricated building. By analyzing the influence of grouting defects on the properties of connectors、components and structures, the detection methods of grouting defects and the improvement methods of grouting defects are summarized. The main detection methods of grouting defects include ultrasonic method, X-ray method, endoscope method, impact echo method, embedded steel wire method, piezoelectric ceramic material detection method, resistance method, embedded sensor method, neural network detection and capillary water injection method. Improvement measures from equipment to construction methods include quantitative control device, defect repairable grouting sleeve and reaming injection filling. In practical projects, the ultrasonic method can be used to quickly detect the grouting defects, and then the size of grouting defects can be detected in combination with the endoscope method, and finally the flaw repair can be carried out by means of reamed injection irrigation.

    摘 ? 要:利用秸稈纖維、粉煤灰及硅藻土制備了夾芯復合外掛墻板,研究了秸稈纖維長度、粉煤灰和硅藻土協同作用對秸稈水泥基材料力學性能的影響,確定了粉煤灰及硅藻土的預處理方式,通過正交試驗確定了粉煤灰、硅藻土取代水泥的最佳取代率及水灰比;利用ANSYS有限元軟件對秸稈夾芯復合外掛墻板的抗風承載力進行了數值模擬,分析了不同墻板厚度及鋼絲含量對秸稈夾芯外掛墻板抗風承載力的影響。結果表明:隨著秸稈纖維摻量的增加,試件抗壓強度逐漸下降,其中,秸稈纖維長度為5~10 mm時,秸稈水泥基材料的力學性能最佳;粉煤灰、硅藻土的最佳取代率分別為10%、4%,最佳水灰比為0.48;秸稈夾芯外掛墻板的抗風承載力滿足規范要求,增加墻板厚度及改變鋼絲布置方式均能提高秸稈夾芯復合外掛墻板的抗風承載力,且改變鋼絲布置對抗風承載力的影響顯著。 Abstract: The straw fiber, fly ash and diatomite were used to prepare sandwich composite external wallboard, and the effect of straw fiber length, fly ash and diatomite on the properties of straw cement-based materials was studied, and the ?preprocessing method of fly ash and diatomite was determined. The optimal replacement rate of fly ash and diatomite to replace cement and water-cement ratio were determined by orthogonal test. The wind resistance bearing capacity of straw sandwich composite wallboard was simulated by ANSYS software, and the influence of wall thickness and steel wire content on the wind resistance bearing capacity of straw sandwich external wallboard was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the straw fiber content, the compressive strength decreases gradually. When the straw fiber length is 5~10 mm, the mechanical properties of straw cement-based materials are the best. The optimal replacement rate of fly ash and diatomite is 10% and 4% respectively, and the optimal water-cement ratio is 0.48. The wind resistance bearing capacity of straw sandwich external wallboard meets the requirements of the code. The wind resistance bearing capacity of straw sandwich external wallboard can be improved by increasing the wallboard thickness and changing the steel wire arrangement, and the effect of changing the steel wire arrangement on the wind resistance bearing capacity is significant.

    摘 ? 要:設計制作了5根配置矩形螺旋箍筋的混凝土短柱和3根配置普通箍筋的混凝土短柱,研究了混凝土強度、箍筋間距對構件極限承載力、力學性能的影響,在試驗的基礎上,利用ANSYS有限元軟件對混凝土短柱進行了靜力非線性分析。結果表明:與普通箍筋混凝土短柱相比,矩形螺旋箍筋混凝土短柱的極限承載力和抗變形能力有所提高;箍筋間距越小,其對混凝土短柱的約束效果越好;混凝土強度等級越高,構件的極限承載力越大;有限元分析結果與試驗結果基本一致。 Abstract: Five concrete short columns with rectangular spiral stirrups and three concrete short columns with ordinary stirrups were designed, and the effects of concrete strength and stirrup spacing on the ultimate bearing capacity and mechanical properties of concrete short columns were studied. Based on the test, the static nonlinear analysis of concrete short columns was carried out by using ANSYS finite element software. The results show that compared with concrete short columns with ordinary stirrups, the ultimate bearing capacity and anti deformation capacity of concrete short columns with rectangular spiral stirrups are improved. The smaller the stirrup spacing, the better the restraint effect. The higher the concrete strength grade, the greater the ultimate bearing capacity. ?The analysis results are basically consistent with the test results.

    摘 ? 要: 通過18根外徑分別為219 mm和273 mm試件的軸壓試驗及227根試件的有限元模擬分析,探討了膨脹劑摻量及套箍系數對試件承載力的影響。結果表明:添加膨脹劑后,初始緊箍力增大,鋼管和混凝土迅速進入協同工作狀態,有效提高了鋼管混凝土的承載力;膨脹劑摻量過大會導致鋼管混凝土的橫向應力增加,承載力降低;當膨脹劑摻量為5%時,屈服承載力和極限承載力的提高幅度最大,分別為11.9%和49.85%;添加膨脹劑的鋼管混凝土柱承載力及延性隨著套箍系數的增加而提高;提出的承載力計算公式可滿足工程實際應用。 Abstract: Through the axial compression test of 18 specimens with 219 mm and 273 mm outer diameter and the finite element simulation analysis of 227 specimens, the influence of expansive agent content and hoop coefficient on the bearing capacity of the specimens was discussed. The results show that after adding expansive agent, the initial hoop force increases, the steel tube and concrete quickly enter the cooperative working state, and the bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube is effectively improved. When the expansive agent content is too large, the transverse stress of concrete filled steel tube increases and the bearing capacity decreases. When the expansive agent content is 5%, the yield bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity increase by 11.9% and 49.85% respectively. The bearing capacity and ductility of concrete filled steel tube columns with expansive agent increase with the increase of stirrup coefficient. The calculation formula of the bearing capacity can meet the engineering application.

    摘 ? 要:采用Revit二次開發技術,對PC裝配式墻板的BIM模型自動生成功能進行了研究。根據墻板的各種參數,建立了墻板外形與配筋的BIM模型,實現了裝配式墻板一鍵參數化建模,為裝配式與BIM的結合提供了快速生成BIM模型的技術與方法。 Abstract: Using the secondary development technology of Revit, the BIM model automatic generation function of the prefabricated wall was studied. According to various parameters of the wall, the BIM model of the shape and reinforcement of the wall can be generated, which provides a technique and method for rapid generation modeling for the combination of prefabricated building and BIM.

    摘 ? 要:采用正交試驗法研究了水膠比、礦粉摻量、纖維摻量和種類對不同配合比纖維增強水泥基復合材料抗折強度、抗壓強度和稠度的影響。結果表明:當水膠比為0.25,礦粉摻量為膠凝材料的15%,PVA纖維體積分數為1.5%時,所制備的纖維增強水泥基復合材料的綜合性能最優,28 d抗折強度為13.84 MPa,28 d抗壓強度為100.10 MPa,稠度為75 mm。 Abstract: The effects of water-binder ratio, mineral powder content, fiber content and types on the flexural strength, compressive strength and consistency of fiber reinforced cement-based composite materials with different mix proportions were studied by orthogonal test method. The results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.25, the mineral powder content is 15% and the PVA fiber volume fraction is 1.5%, the comprehensive properties of the fiber reinforced cement-based composite materials are the best, and the 28 d flexural strength is 13.84 MPa, the 28 d compressive strength is 100.10 MPa and the consistency is 75 mm.
