    凍融循環對完全碳化混凝土軸拉性能的影響

    摘 ? 要:為研究凍融作用對完全碳化混凝土軸拉性能的影響,制作了C30、C40、C45三個強度等級的混凝土試件,經完全碳化后進行凍融循環試驗和軸心受拉試驗。結果表明:完全碳化使C30、C40和C45混凝土的峰值應力分別上升8.7%、9.7%和12.1%,峰值應變分別上升1.9%、7.2%和9.6%;隨凍融循環次數的增加,混凝土受拉峰值應力和峰值應變不斷下降,且混凝土強度等級越低,下降速度越快。根據碳化后不同凍融循環次數時混凝土的峰值應力和峰值應變數據變化情況,提出了相應的擬合公式。根據試驗結果擬合了受拉應力-應變上升段曲線,結果表明:擬合效果良好。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of freeze-thaw on the axial tensile property of concrete after full carbonation, the specimens of C30, C40 and C45 were prepared. After full carbonation, freeze-thaw cycles and axial tensile tests were carried out. The results show that full carbonation increases the peak stress of C30, C40 and C45 concrete by 8.7%, 9.7% and 12.1%, and the peak strain by 1.9%, 7.2% and 9.6% respectively. With the increase of freeze-thaw cycles, the peak tensile stress and strain of concrete decrease. The lower the concrete grade, the faster the changing rate. According to the data changes of peak stress and peak strain at different freeze-thaw times after carbonation, a fitting formula was proposed. The tensile stress-strain rising curves were fitted, and the results show that the fitting effect is good.

    摘 ? 要:采用等溫量熱法測定了不同體系的多元膠凝材料水化放熱速率和累計放熱量,分析了礦物摻合料、溫度和早強劑對膠凝材料水化放熱過程的影響?;贙rstulovic-Dabic水化動力學模型計算了總放熱量、水化時間和反應速率常數等動力學參數,討論了不同體系膠凝材料水化反應各階段的反應速率與反應程度的關系。結果表明:水泥、水泥-礦渣多元膠凝材料和水泥-粉煤灰多元膠凝材料的水化動力學過程可分為結晶成核與晶體生長(NG)、相邊界反應(I)和擴散(D)3個階段;在高溫下和添加早強劑條件下,多元膠凝材料的水化動力學過程控制階段為結晶成核與晶體生長(NG)和擴散(D)2個階段。 Abstract: Hydration heat emission rate and cumulative hydration heat of different cementitious material were measured by isothermal calorimetry, and the effects of mineral admixtures, temperature and hardening accelerator on the hydration process of cementitious materials were analyzed. Based on the Krstulovic-Dabic hydration kinetic model, the kinetic parameters such as total hydration heat, hydration time and reaction rate constant were calculated, and the relationship between the reaction rate and the degree of hydration was discussed. The results show that the hydration kinetics of cement, cement-slag binder and cement-fly ash binder can be divided into 3 stages (NG, I and D), and the hydration kinetics of multiple cementitious materials under high temperature and hardening accelerator can be controled by 2 stages (NG and D).

    摘 ? 要:為研究橡膠自密實混凝土在循環荷載作用下的疲勞壽命,利用MTS液壓伺服試驗機進行了橡膠自密實混凝土四點彎曲疲勞試驗?;谀芰糠ǚ治隽讼鹉z自密實混凝土的能量耗散特性。研究結果表明:橡膠自密實混凝土的單周疲勞耗散能wd呈現出明顯的階段性,其中,B階段為主要階段,且基本保持恒定;同一加載頻率下,wd與應力水平呈指數關系;同一應力水平下,加載頻率越高,wd越大;在低應力水平時的臨界耗散能Wcd大于高應力水平時的臨界耗散能,且Wcd隨應力水平近似線性降低。此外,提出了一種基于耗散能的橡膠自密實混凝土的疲勞壽命預測方法,并與試驗結果進行了對比,驗證了該預測方法的有效性。 Abstract: In order to study the fatigue life of rubber self-compacting concrete under cyclic loading, the four-point bending fatigue test of rubber self-compacting concrete was carried out using MTS hydraulic servo testing machine, and the energy dissipation characteristics of rubber self-compacting concrete were analyzed based on the energy method. The results show that the single-cycle fatigue dissipation energy wd of rubber self-compacting concrete presents an obvious three-stage nature, of which the second stage is the main stage and remains basically constant. Under the same loading frequency, wd has an exponential relationship with the stress level, and under the same stress level , the higher the loading frequency, the greater wd. The critical dissipation energy Wcd at low stress levels is greater than the critical dissipation energy at high stress levels, and Wcd decreases approximately linearly with the load level. In addition, a method for predicting the fatigue life of rubber self-compacting concrete based on dissipated energy is proposed and compared with the test results to verify the effectiveness of the prediction method.

    摘 ? 要:為解決高強鋼管混凝土組合結構高墩的主管內高拋混凝土與大流動性、低收縮協同提升的難題,研究了膠凝材料組成體系、骨料母巖強度對混凝土工作性和力學性能的影響,探究了膨脹劑摻量對混凝土體積穩定性的影響,并通過SEM分析了高強鋼管混凝土的微觀結構。結果表明:硅灰與粉煤灰微珠復摻能有效降低混凝土的黏度;母巖強度較高的玄武巖能保證后期強度穩定增長;摻35 kg/m3的膨脹劑能保證混凝土的體積穩定性;微觀結構顯示混凝土具有致密的結構、飽滿的界面過渡區。摻硅灰、粉煤灰微珠與適量膨脹劑,利用玄武巖碎石能制備性能優異的自密實補償收縮高強混凝土,并將其成功應用于四川涼山金陽河特大橋組合結構橋墩。 Abstract: In order to solve the problem of synergistic improvement of high throwing, large fluidity, and low shrinkage in the main pipes of the high concrete filled steel tube composite structure high pier, the effects of cementitious material composition system and aggregate mother rock strength on the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete were studied. The effect of the amount of expansion agent on the volume stability of concrete was investigated. The microstructure of high-strength steel tube concrete was analyzed by SEM. The results show that the mineral admixture system of silica fume and fly ash microbeads can effectively reduce the viscosity of the concrete. The basalt with high mother rock strength can guarantee the stable growth of the later strength. The expansion agent of 35 kg/m3 can guarantee the concrete volume stability performance. The microstructure shows that the concrete has a dense structure and a full interface transition zone. With the addition of silica fume and fly ash microbeads and an appropriate amount of expansion agent, the self-compacting shrinkage-compensating high-strength concrete was prepared with excellent performance and it was successfully applied to the combination structure of Jinyanghe Bridge in Liangshan, Sichuan Pier.

Through research the self-assessment work before green building materials product certification in ready-mixed concrete enterprises, the assessment criteria, assessment items, assessment result and the steps and methods were analyzed during the assessment work to provide the reference for ready-mixed concrete enterprises.
