    摘 ? 要:從強度、凝結時間、水化熱及混凝土工作性、耐久性等方面比較了5種混凝土早強劑在低溫環境下的性能差異,綜合評價了市售混凝土早強劑的低溫使用效果。結果表明:5 ℃養護下,早強劑使砂漿7 d強度均有一定程度提高,但1 d強度仍比較低,且會使28 d強度倒縮;早強劑的摻入可促進低溫下水泥的水化,使水化誘導期縮短,最大放熱速率、放熱量增大;摻D、E早強劑對混凝土工作性影響不大,滿足實際工程施工性能的要求,可一定程度提高混凝土早期強度,但低溫早強效果仍有限,且會導致混凝土后期性能下降。 Abstract: The performance differences of five kinds of commercial concrete early-strength agents at low temperature were compared from the perspectives of compressive strength, setting time, hydration heat, and workability and durability of concrete, and the application effect of the early-strength agents currently on the market was evaluated. The results show that under 5 ℃ curing, the early-strength agent can increase the strength of the mortar to a certain extent, but the strength of 1 d is still relatively low, and it will shrink the strength of 28 d. The incorporation of the early-strength agent can promote the hydration of cement at low temperature, shorten the hydration induction period, and increase the maximum heat release rate and heat release. Adding D and E early-strength agents has little effect on the workability of concrete, which meets the requirements of actual engineering construction performance and can increase the early strength of concrete to a certain extent. However, the effect of low-temperature early-strength is still limited, and adding early-strength agents will cause the later performance of concrete to decline.

    摘 ? 要:對堿激發膠凝材料在制備工藝、膠凝組分、激發方式以及應用方面進行了綜述,論述了堿激發膠凝材料作為綠色土木工程材料、快速修復和處理有毒、放射性廢棄物等方面的最新應用進展,分析了堿激發膠凝材料所面臨的挑戰,并對堿激發膠凝材料的研究前景進行了展望。 Abstract: The preparation process, bonding components, excitation methods and applications of alkali-activated gelling materials are summaried. The latest application progress of alkali-activated cementitious materials as green civil engineering materials, rapid repair and treatment of toxic and radioactive wastes is discussed. The challenges faced by alkali-activated cementitious materials are analyzed, and the developing trend of alkali-activated cementitious materials is prospected.

    摘 ? 要:為了深入探討碳納米管水泥砂漿的電導特性,在細觀力學的基礎上提出了預測碳納米管水泥基復合材料壓阻效應的數學模型。該模型基于Mori-Tanaka方法,考慮碳納米管之間的隧穿電導,可求出碳納米管復合水泥基體的有效電導;此外,還考慮了應變作用下孔隙水離子電導隨空隙連通性變化對碳納米管水泥基復合材料壓阻效應的影響,根據試驗結果擬合出相關預測參數。結果表明:考慮離子電導的影響,根據提出的預測模型求出的壓阻效應預測值與試驗結果符合較好。 Abstract: In order to study the electrical conductivity of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) reinforced cement-based materials, a mathematical model for predicting the piezoresistive effect of MWCNTs reinforced cement-based materials was proposed on the basis of micromechanics. Based on Mori Tanaka method and considering the tunneling conductivity between carbon nanotubes, the effective conductivity of MWCNTs reinforced cement matrix could be calculated. In addition, the influence of ionic conductivity of pore water on piezoresistive effect of MWCNTs reinforced cement-based materials under strain was also considered. According to the test results, the relevant prediction formula was fitted. The results show that considering the influence of ionic conductivity, the prediction results of piezoresistive effect given by the prediction model are in good agreement with the experimental results.

    摘 ? 要:為解決清水混凝土外觀氣泡控制問題,基于實驗室試驗確定了外觀氣泡穩定控制的高魯棒性材料參數區間,并提出了清水混凝土外觀氣泡的定量評價指標和方法。工程實踐表明,外觀氣泡控制的材料參數區間對于不同施工參數具有良好的抗干擾能力,可實現外觀氣泡的穩定控制。 Abstract: In order to solve the problem of appearance pore control of fair-faced concrete, a material parameter robust interval for stable control of appearance pores was determined based on experiments in laboratory, and a quantitative evaluation index and method for appearance pores of fair-faced concrete was proposed. Engineering practice shows that, the material parameter interval of appearance pores has good anti-interference ability for different construction parameters, and can achieve stable control of appearance pores.

    摘 ? 要:對浸泡在0.44%和5.00%硫酸鈉溶液中水灰比為0.24、0.28和0.32的硬化水泥漿體不同齡期下的膨脹率、質量損失和抗壓抗蝕系數等性能進行了研究,并采用差熱分析儀(DSC)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)對侵蝕產物物相和微結構進行了分析。結果表明:水泥漿體出現由邊角向內部逐層侵蝕,導致水泥試件膨脹、開裂和剝落;增加水灰比和環境中硫酸根離子濃度都會加速侵蝕破壞;在高濃度侵蝕環境下,劣化過程包含慢速破壞階段和快速破壞階段,石膏的大量形成是引起試件快速破壞的主要原因。 Abstract: The expansion, mass loss and compressive corrosion resistance coefficient of hardened cement pastes, with water cement ratio of 0.24, 0.28 and 0.32, soaked in 0.44% and 5.00% sodium sulfate solutions, were studied at different ages. The phases and microstructure of attacked specimens were analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-Ray diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the cement paste specimens are attacked layer by layer from the corner to the inside, causing the expansion, cracking and spalling. The increase of water cement ratio and sulfate ion concentration in the environment can all accelerate the erosion damage. In the environment of high sulfate concentration, the deterioration process includes slow and fast failure stages, and the formation of a large number of gypsum is the main reason for the rapid failure of specimens.

    摘 ? 要:介紹了建筑廢棄物混凝土破碎所得的再生骨料替代天然骨料的透水混凝土,總結了孔隙率、再生骨料級配和取代率、骨料包裹強化處理、外加劑、細菌強化等因素對再生骨料透水混凝土性能的影響,綜述了再生骨料透水混凝土的研究和應用現狀,并對其未來的研究重點與方向作出了展望。 Abstract: The construction waste pervious concrete by crushing the recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate was introduced. The porosity, recycled aggregate gradation and aggregate package strengthening processing, admixture , bacteria strengthening methods on the performance were summarized. The research and application status of recycled aggregate pervious concrete were reviewed, and the future research focus and direction of recycled aggregate pervious concrete were prospected.

    摘 ? 要:研究了靜養時間對蒸養機制砂混凝土抗壓強度和耐久性的影響。結果表明:延長靜養時間,可以增大蒸養機制砂混凝土的抗壓強度,有利于耐久性能的提升;靜養時間過長,蒸養機制砂混凝土抗壓強度的增長幅度不大。 Abstract: ?The influence of the static curing time on the compressive strength and durability of steam curing machine-made sand concrete was studied. The results show that the compressive strength of steam curing machine-made sand concrete can be increased, and its durability can be improved by prolonging the static curing time. However, the compressive strength of steam curing machine-made sand concrete will not increase significantly if the static curing time is too long.

    摘 ? 要:為研究竹節管樁的抗彎性能,以兩種樁型的竹節管樁為例,按樁身外徑計算得到了其開裂彎矩和極限彎矩,并進行了竹節管樁試件的開裂彎矩、極限彎矩、破壞特征及裂縫分布等抗彎性能試驗研究,對比分析了計算值和試驗值。結果表明:竹節管樁采用樁身直徑計算抗彎性能較合理,試驗值與理論計算值相比,極限彎矩的富余較大;竹節管樁的破壞形式為受拉區預應力鋼筋首先發生屈服,然后受拉區預應力鋼筋被拉斷,最后受壓區混凝土被壓碎;竹節管樁跨中截面應變分布基本符合平截面假定,豎向裂縫出現后截面中性軸上移,受壓區混凝土應變穩定增長。 Abstract: In order to study the flexural performance of the pretensioned spun nodular concrete pile, the theoretical cracking moment and ultimate bending moment of two types of piles were obtained with reference to the outer diameter of the pilet, and the experimental research on the flexural performance such as cracking moment, ultimate moment, failure characteristics and crack distribution were carried out. The results show that it is reasonable to use the diameter of the pile body to calculate the flexural performance of nodular concrete pile, and the surplus of the ultimate bending moment between the experimental value and the theoretical value is larger. The failure characteristics of nodular concrete pile are as follows: the prestressed reinforcement in tension zone yields first, the prestressed reinforcement in tension zone is broken, and finally the concrete in compression zone is crushed. The results conforms to the assumption of plane section. After the occurrence of vertical cracks, the neutral axis of the section moves up, and the strain of the concrete in the compression zone increases steadily.

    摘 ? 要:為研究再生混凝土梁的抗裂性,對不同骨料類型(Ⅰ類再生骨料和Ⅱ類再生骨料)及不同再生骨料取代率(50%、70%和100%)的再生混凝土梁進行了數值仿真模擬,并將開裂彎矩的數值模擬結果與規范計算值進行了對比分析。結果表明:與天然混凝土梁相比,再生混凝土梁的開裂彎矩偏小,其中Ⅱ類再生混凝土梁的開裂彎矩降幅最大,說明現行GB 50010—2010《混凝土結構設計規范》中的開裂彎矩計算方法用于再生混凝土梁的開裂彎矩計算誤差較大。此外,在考慮再生骨料類型及骨料取代率對開裂彎矩影響的基礎上,提出了再生混凝土梁開裂彎矩的修正公式,通過該修正公式計算所得的開裂彎矩值與試驗值吻合較好,證明該公式適用于再生混凝土梁的開裂彎矩計算。 Abstract: In order to study the crack resistance of recycled-aggregate concrete beams, based on experimental test data, numerical simulation of beams of varied aggregate types (Type Ⅰ recycled aggregates and Type Ⅱ recycled aggregates) and varied aggregate substitution rates (50%, 70% and 100%) was performed, and the simulation result was futher compared with the values calculated by the design code. The results show that: the cracking moment of recycled-aggregate concrete beams is smaller than that of natural concrete beams, where the cracking moment of Type Ⅱ recycled-aggregate concrete beams decreases most significantly. This implies that the current highway bridge code cannot be directly applied to the cracking moment calculation of recycled-aggregate concrete beams. Moreover, the corrected formulas for cracking moment calculation of recycled-aggregate concrete beams are proposed, which take into account the influence of aggregate type and aggregate substitution rate on cracking moment. The values calculated by the corrected formulas agree with the values from experimental testing very well, which therefore validates that the proposed formulas are more suitable for the cracking moment calculation of recycled-aggregate concrete beams.

    摘 ? 要:分析了混凝土人工魚礁的國內外研究及應用進展,提出了以透水混凝土和植生混凝土為基礎的新型生態魚礁混凝土方案,制備了具有較高孔隙率和特定表面性質的生態型魚礁混凝土,可為海洋生物附著生長提供有利環境。通過將自主研發的增韌水性環氧涂層鋼筋應用到人工魚礁骨架上,有效緩解了鋼筋由于氯離子侵蝕而產生的銹蝕問題,從而大大提高了魚礁結構的安全性和耐久性。此外,在礁型設計方面,采用混凝土管狀堆積模型,輔以離心成型工藝進行設計。 Abstract: The research and application progress of concrete artificial reef at home and abroad are analyzed, and a new design scheme of concrete for ecological reef based on permeable concrete and vegetation concrete is put forward. The ecological reef concrete with higher porosity and specific surface properties is prepared, which provides a favorable environment for the attachment and growth of marine organisms. At the same time, the self-developed toughened epoxy-coated steel bar is applied to the artificial reef structure, which can effectively overcome the problem of severe corrosion of the steel bar caused by the corrosion of chloride ions, so as to greatly improve the durability and safety of the structure. In addition, a concrete tubular accumulation model is proposed, supplemented by a suitable molding process to construct a new ecological concrete artificial reef.
