    摘 ? 要:通過分析混凝土中各原材料的氯離子含量,研究了不同氯離子含量的砂樣和水樣、不同養護齡期以及不同強度等級對新拌混凝土及硬化混凝土中氯離子總量的影響。結果表明:隨著砂、水中氯離子含量的增加,混凝土拌合物及硬化混凝土中氯離子含量顯著增加;混凝土硬化后隨著齡期的增長,其氯離子含量呈下降趨勢;當砂中氯離子含量超出規定時,混凝土中的氯離子總量容易超標,即使混凝土其他原材料氯離子含量都達標,硬化后的氯離子含量也仍可能超標;隨著混凝土強度等級的提高,混凝土中的氯離子總量明顯降低;各原材料的氯離子含量計算總量接近且略高于新拌混凝土實測氯離子含量,可采用計算混凝土各原材料中氯離子含量的方法預測硬化混凝土中氯離子總量是否超標。 Abstract: Through the analysis of the Cl- content of various raw materials in concrete, the impact of sand samples and water samples with different Cl- content and different curing ages, different strength grades on the total Cl- content in concrete mixtures of and hardened concrete were studied. The results show that as the Cl- content in sand or water increases, the Cl- content in the concrete mixture and hardened concrete increases significantly. After hardening, as the curing age increases, the Cl- content of the concrete shows a downward trend. When the Cl- content in the sand exceeds the standards, the Cl- content in the concrete easily exceeds the target. Even if the Cl- content of each raw material of concrete meets the standard, the Cl- content of the concrete may still exceed the standard after hardening. With the improvement of concrete design strength grade, the Cl- content in the concrete decreases significantly. The calculated values of total Cl- content of each raw material is close to and slightly higher than the test values of chloride ion content of fresh concrete. The method of calculating the total amount of Cl- in each raw material of concrete can be used to determine whether the Cl- content in hardened concrete exceeds the standard.

    摘 ? 要:基于國內外現有研究成果,總結了透水混凝土孔結構特征的表征方法,綜述了孔結構特征對透水混凝土透水性能和力學性能的影響以及透水混凝土的透水性能和力學性能之間的關系,并對進一步研究方向進行了展望。 Abstract: Based on existing research results at home and abroad, the characterization method of the pore structure characteristics of permeable concrete is summarized. The influence of pore structure characteristics on the water permeability and mechanical properties of permeable concrete and the relationship between the water permeability and mechanical properties of permeable concrete are reviewed, and further research directions are prospected.

    摘 ? 要:對近年來國內外有關混凝土斷裂能尺寸效應的研究成果進行了總結與討論,介紹了混凝土斷裂能的試驗方法,并針對三點彎曲梁法和楔入劈拉法獲得的數據分別進行了分析,討論了試件高度、寬度、縫高比、跨高比、韌帶高度、韌帶面積對混凝土斷裂能的影響。此外,針對現有研究中存在的不足,提出了下一步研究的方向。 Abstract: The experimental results on the size factors on the fracture energy of concrete in recent years are summarized and discussed. The concrete fracture energy test methods are introduced, and the data obtained by the three-point bending beam method and the wedge splitting method are analyzed respectively. The different influencing factors, such as specimen height, width, seam-to-height ratio, span-to-height ratio, ligament height, ligament area on the fracture energy of concrete are discussed through the data obtained by the three-point bending test and wedge splitting test. In addition, based on the problems in the existing research, the future research direction is proposed.

    摘 ? 要:基于回彈率、強度和耐久性的要求,進行了膠凝材料用量、水膠比及砂率對噴射混凝土性能影響的試驗研究。結果表明:水膠比影響著噴射混凝土的內聚力和黏附力,是影響回彈率的最主要因素;受工作性和施工工藝的影響,膠凝材料用量是影響噴射混凝土1 d和28 d抗壓強度的主要因素;當膠凝材料用量為540 kg/m3、水膠比為0.38、砂率為50%、硅灰摻量為15%時,可制備出回彈率為8.2%,28 d抗壓強度為71.2 MPa,電通量為133 C,抗凍等級大于F300,28 d碳化深度為2 mm的高性能噴射混凝土。 Abstract: Based on the requirements of rebound rate, strength and durability, the experimental study on the influence of the content of cementitious materials, water-binder ratio and sand ratio on the performance of shotcrete was carried out. The results show that the water-binder ratio affects the cohesion and adhesion of shotcrete, which is the most important factor affecting the rebound rate. Affected by workability and construction technology, the content of cementitious materials is the main factor affecting the compressive strength of shotcrete at 1 d and 28 d. The high-performance shotcrete with dosage of cementitious material is 540 kg/m3, water-binder ratio is 0.38, sand ratio is 50% and silica fume content is 15% has excellent properties. Its rebound rate is 8.2%, the 28 d compressive strength is 71.2 MPa, the electric flux is 133 C, and the frost resistance level is greater than F300, and the 28 d carbonation depth is 2 mm.

    摘 ? 要:研究了細骨料種類和級配、膨脹劑摻量對高性能水泥基灌漿料性能的影響,并對比分析了緩凝劑摻量及摻入方式對其實際應用效果的影響。結果表明:采用河砂作為細骨料制備的灌漿料能夠保持較好的流動性,但其強度低于采用石英砂或機制砂作為細骨料的灌漿料;當膨脹劑摻量為2%時,灌漿料的豎向膨脹率能夠滿足GB/T 50448—2015《水泥基灌漿材料應用技術規范》的要求;兩種緩凝劑復摻的效果優于單摻,復摻0.8‰緩凝劑RA+0.8‰緩凝劑RB可明顯延長Ⅳ類灌漿料的凝結時間,且30 min經時擴展度損失較小,對強度的影響也較小,能夠滿足實際工程要求。 Abstract: The effects of different fine aggregate, gradation and expansive agent content on the performance of cement-based high-performance grouting material were studied, and the practical application effects of retarder content and mixing mode in grouting material were compared and analyzed. The results show that when river sand is used as fine aggregate, the grouting material can maintain good fluidity, but its strength is lower than that of grouting material with quartz sand or machine-made sand as fine aggregate. When the content of expansion agent is 2%, the vertical expansion rate of grouting material can meet the requirements of GB/T 50448—2015 The Application Requirements of Technical Code for Application of Cement-based Grouting Materials. The effect of the two retarders is better than that of the single retarder. The compound addition of 0.8‰ retarder RA+0.8‰ retarder RB can significantly prolong the setting time of Ⅳ grouting material and has little impact on the strength, so it can be well applied to practical projects.

    摘 ? 要:通過自腐蝕電位、電化學阻抗譜和線性極化曲線測試研究了模擬混凝土孔隙溶液pH值(13.5、12.5、11.5)對鋼筋表面鈍化膜的影響。結果表明:三種測試方法得出的結論基本一致,相同Cl-含量的模擬混凝土孔隙溶液pH值越高,鋼筋表面鈍化膜腐蝕破壞越??;提高孔隙溶液的pH值,能顯著提高鋼筋表面鈍化膜的耐腐蝕性能;通過預鈍化處理鋼筋和提高混凝土孔隙溶液的堿性,可顯著提高混凝土工程中鋼筋的抗腐蝕性能。 Abstract: The influence of the pH value(13.5、12.5、11.5) of the simulated concrete pore solution on the passive film of steel bar was studied by the corrosion potential, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and linear polarization curves tests. The results show that the three kinds of test methods have the same conclusion basically. The passive film on the surface of the steel bar has lower corrosion trend in the simulated concrete pore solution with same chloride ion content and higher pH value. By improving the alkalinity of the pore solution, the corrosion resistance of the passive film on the surface of the steel rebar can be significantly improved. By pre-passivating the steel bar and improving the alkalinity of the concrete pore solution, the corrosion resistance of the steel bars in the concrete can be significantly enhanced.
