    摘 ? 要:傳統內隔墻通過塊材砌筑,以加氣條板、空心板、輕鋼龍骨為主,多采用人工安裝,施工效率較低,且后期存在裂縫等質量問題。結合具體工程案例,以建筑工業化為方向,采用新型立模、輕質混凝土技術,進行了整體輕質內隔墻的研制和應用,實現了產品尺寸定制化和流水線生產,同時,在工廠內預埋管線,實現了現場機械化安裝、與梁板柱同步施工,不僅提高了施工效率,而且有效解決了傳統內隔墻存在的裂縫等質量問題,且研制的裝配式整體輕質內隔墻的隔聲性能優于傳統內隔墻。 Abstract: The traditional internal partition wall is built by block materials, mainly with aerated slats, hollow slabs, and light steel keels, and manual installation is the main method. The construction efficiency is low, and there are quality problems such as cracks in the later stage. Combined with specific engineering cases, taking the construction industrialization as the direction, adopting new vertical form and lightweight concrete technology, the overall lightweight internal partition wall is developed and applied, and the product size customization and assembly line production are realized. At the same time, the pipelines are embedded in the factory to realize on-site mechanized installation and synchronous construction with beams, plates and columns, which not only greatly improves the construction efficiency, but also fundamentally solves the quality problems such as cracks existing in the traditional internal partition wall, and the sound insulation performance of the prefabricated integral lightweight internal partition wall is better than that of the traditional internal partition wall.

    摘 ? 要:為了分析中空夾層鋼管混凝土在壓-扭復合受力下的破壞機理,對24根中空夾層鋼管混凝土進行了壓-扭靜力試驗,分析了受力全過程中中截面應變的開展規律及軸力對扭轉剛度的影響,并通過扭轉變形各階段中截面橫向應變與剪應變的開展,分析了軸力對外鋼管約束效應的影響。結果表明:軸壓比較大時,扭矩-轉角(T-θ)曲線在彈性范圍內出現明顯的拐點,軸力提高了初始抗扭剛度;圓中空夾層鋼管混凝土中截面不同位置處的扭矩-應變(T-ε)曲線重合度較高,相較于方形截面,其對內部結構的約束更均勻;扭矩加載初期,方形截面外鋼管角部與中部的環向應變及剪應變相近,加載后期,中部的剪應變大于角部,角部的環向應變大于中部,表明角部出現應力集中,對內部結構的約束效應更明顯,同時受力全過程中角部的相互作用力均大于中部。 Abstract: In order to analyze the failure mechanism of the concrete filled double skin steel tube(CFDST) under compression and torsion, the compression-torsion static test was carried out on 24 pieces of concrete filled double skin steel tubes. The strain development of the middle section during the whole process and the effect of the axial force on the torsional stiffness were analyzed. Through the development of hoop strain and shear strain of middle section in each stage of torsional deformation, the influence of axial force on restraint effect of the outer steel tube was analyzed. The results show that when the axial compression ratio is relatively large, the T-θ curve has an obvious inflection point in the elastic stage, and the axial force increases the initial torsional stiffness. The circular CFDST has a higher degree of coincidence of the T-ε curves at different positions of the middle section, and compared with the square outer tube, it has a more uniform restraint effect on the internal structure. At the beginning of torque loading, the hoop strain and shear strain at the corner of the outer steel tube with square cross-section are similar to the middle. At the later stage of torque loading, the shear strain in the middle is greater than that in the corner, but the hoop strain in the corner is greater than that in the middle, which shows that there is stress concentration in the corner, and the restraint effect on the internal structure is obvious. At the same time, the interaction force of the corner is greater than that of the middle during the whole process.

    摘 ? 要:對矩形肋疊合板構件和T形肋疊合板構件進行了均布加載試驗,研究了各構件在受力過程中剛度、跨中撓度和裂縫的變化規律,對比分析了各部件的荷載-應變曲線,并得到了構件的開裂荷載和極限承載力。結果表明:疊合板件的力學性能受底板肋部形式的影響較大;相同跨度下,T形肋疊合板件的受力性能優于矩形肋疊合板件;兩種肋形式的疊合板件均為受彎破壞,延性良好。T形肋預制底板的有限元分析結果表明,增加T形肋的腹板高度可明顯提高構件的抗彎承載力;構件肋孔間的混凝土出現水平方向的貫通裂縫,表明肋孔間混凝土的破壞形式主要為剪切型破壞。 Abstract: Uniform loading tests were carried out on rectangular rib and T-shaped rib composite plates respectively, and the variation laws of stiffness, mid span deflection and cracks of each component during the loading process were studied, and the load-strain curves of each component were compared and analyzed, and the cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of the component were obtained. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composite plates are greatly affected by the rib form of the bottom plate. Under the same span, the mechanical performance of T-shaped rib is better than that of rectangular rib. The composite plates with two kinds of ribs are flexural failure and have good ductility. The finite element analysis results of T-shaped rib precast floor show that increasing the web height of T-shaped rib can significantly improve the flexural capacity of the component. Horizontal through cracks appear in the concrete between the rib holes, which indicates that the failure mode of the concrete between the rib holes is mainly shear failure.
