The construction efficiency is low, and there are quality problems such as cracks in the later stage. Combined with specific engineering cases, taking the construction industrialization as the direction, adopting new vertical form and lightweight concrete technology, the overall lightweight internal partition wall is developed and applied, and the product size customization and assembly line production are realized. At the same time, the pipelines are embedded in the factory to realize on-site mechanized installation and synchronous construction with beams, plates and columns, which not only greatly improves the construction efficiency, but also fundamentally solves the quality problems such as cracks existing in the traditional internal partition wall, and the sound insulation performance of the prefabricated integral lightweight internal partition wall is better than that of the traditional internal partition wall.
