    摘 ? 要:以輕鋼龍骨和鋼板網為骨架,石膏基聚苯顆粒砂漿為填充材料制備兩種構造形式的新型復合墻板,并對其抗彎承載性能、隔聲性能和耐火性能進行了研究。結果表明:石膏基聚苯顆粒砂漿的干密度、導熱系數和抗壓強度均隨著聚苯顆粒摻量的增加而降低,且聚苯顆粒的最佳摻量為0.8%;兩種構造形式復合墻板的破壞荷載與自重荷載的比值達到7.0以上;兩種構造形式復合墻板的空氣聲計權隔聲量達40 dB以上,耐火極限可達2 h。 Abstract: Two kinds of new composite wall panels were prepared with light steel keel and expanded metal mesh as the skeleton and gypsum-based polystyrene particle mortar as the filling material, and their flexural bearing performance, sound insulation performance and fire resistance performance were studied. The results show that the dry density, thermal conductivity and compressive strength of gypsum-based polystyrene particle mortar decrease with the increase of polystyrene particle content, and the optimum content of polystyrene particle is 0.8%. The ratio of the failure load to the self-weight load of the composite wall panels of the two structural forms is above 7.0. The air acoustic meter weight sound insulation of the composite wall panels of the two structural forms is more than 40 dB, and the fire resistance limit can reach 2 hours.

    摘 ? 要:為了驗證多腔式雙鋼板組合剪力墻的抗震優越性,制作了鋼筋混凝土剪力墻和多腔式雙鋼板組合剪力墻,通過低周反復水平荷載試驗,獲得了兩種剪力墻的破壞形態、滯回曲線和骨架曲線;建立了ABAQUS有限元模型,進行了多腔式雙鋼板組合剪力墻的抗震試驗仿真分析,模擬了其破壞形態和累計損傷狀態。結果表明:多腔式雙鋼板組合剪力墻具有承載力大、延性好、耗能強等優點;構件最終破壞時,雖然管內混凝土受壓塑性變形發展較大,導致外側雙鋼板明顯臌脹,但管內混凝土并沒有壓碎,可以繼續工作承擔荷載;構件的最終破壞形態為受拉鋼板撕裂破壞,屬于延性破壞。 Abstract: In order to verify the seismic superiority of multi cavity double steel plate composite shear wall, a reinforced concrete shear wall and multi cavity double steel plate composite shear wall were made, and the failure modes, hysteresis curves and skeleton curves of two shear walls were obtained through low cycle repeated horizontal load tests. The ABAQUS finite element model was established to simulate the seismic test of multi cavity double steel plate composite shear wall, and its failure mode and cumulative damage state were simulated. The results show that the multi cavity double steel plate composite shear wall has the advantages of large bearing capacity, good ductility and strong energy consumption. When the component is finally damaged, although the compressive plastic deformation of the concrete in the pipe develops greatly and leads to the obvious heave of the outer double steel plate, the concrete in the pipe is not crushed and can continue to work and bear the load. The final failure form of the component is the tearing failure of the tensile steel plate, which is a ductile failure.
