    改性磷石膏輕骨料在路基材料中的應用研究

    利用電石渣對磷石膏進行改性,得到了改性磷石膏,將改性磷石膏、水泥、礦渣粉按一定比例混合,采用造粒成球工藝制成改性磷石膏輕骨料,研究了改性磷石膏摻量和養護齡期對改性磷石膏輕骨料性能的影響,分析了改性磷石膏輕骨料替代部分碎石在磷石膏基路基材料中應用的可行性。結果表明:隨著改性磷石膏摻量的增加,改性磷石膏輕骨料的筒壓強度和軟化系數降低,吸水率增大;當改性磷石膏摻量為88%、養護齡期為60 d時,改性磷石膏輕骨料的筒壓強度為5.8 MPa、吸水率為9.8%、軟化系數為0.75,符合GB/T 17431.1—2010《輕集料及其試驗方法 第1部分:輕集料》的要求。研制的改性磷石膏輕骨料已成功應用于道路工程中。 The modified phosphogypsum was obtained by modifying phosphogypsum with carbide slag. The modified phosphogypsum, cement, and slag powder were mixed in a certain proportion, and the modified phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate was made by the granulation process. The effects of modified phosphogypsum content and curing age on the properties of modified phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate were studied, and the feasibility of using modified phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate to replace part of crushed stone in phosphogypsum-based subgrade materials was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of modified phosphogypsum content, the cylinder compressive strength and softening coefficient of modified phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate decrease, and the water absorption rate increases. When the content of modified phosphogypsum is 88% and the curing age is 60 d, the cylinder compressive strength of modified phosphogypsum lightweight aggregate is 5.8 MPa, the water absorption rate is 9.8%, and the softening coefficient is 0.75, which meets the requirements of GB/T 17431.1—2010 Lightweight Aggregates and Its Test Methods—Part 1: Lightweight Aggregates. The developed modified phosphogypsum light aggregate has been successfully used in road engineering.

    研究了凝灰巖粉的摻量和比表面積對水工混凝土耐久性能(抗滲性能、抗凍性能、抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能)的影響,并通過壓汞法從微觀層面對摻凝灰巖粉水工混凝土的孔結構進行了分析。結果表明:當凝灰巖粉的比表面積為352 m2/kg,且摻量控制在30%以下時,有利于改善水工混凝土的抗滲性能和抗硫酸鹽侵蝕性能;凝灰巖粉的比表面積越大,對水工混凝土中小孔的填充作用越好,但對大孔的填充作用不明顯。 The effects of the content and specific surface area of tuff powder on the durability(impermeability, frost resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance) of hydraulic concrete were studied, and the pore structure of hydraulic concrete mixed with tuff powder was analyzed from the micro level by mercury injection method. The results show that when the specific surface area of tuff powder is 352 m2/kg and the content of tuff powder is controlled below 30%, it is beneficial to improve the impermeability and sulfate corrosion resistance of hydraulic concrete. The larger the specific surface area of tuff powder, the better the filling effect of small pores in hydraulic concrete, but the filling effect of large pores is not obvious. ?

    研究了鎳鐵渣粉摻量對鎳鐵渣粉-水泥復合膠凝材料標準稠度用水量、凝結時間的影響,分析了鎳鐵渣粉-水泥膠砂試件的抗壓強度、抗折強度,探討了鎳鐵渣粉-硅灰-水泥膠砂試件的力學性能。結果表明:鎳鐵渣粉-水泥復合膠凝材料的標準稠度用水量、凝結時間均與鎳鐵渣粉摻量呈正相關,而鎳鐵渣粉-水泥膠砂試件的抗壓強度、抗折強度均與鎳鐵渣粉摻量呈負相關,且鎳鐵渣粉的摻量不宜大于30%;硅灰能有效改善鎳鐵渣粉-硅灰-水泥膠砂試件的內部結構,提高其強度,且鎳鐵渣粉與硅灰的總摻量不宜大于30%,鎳鐵渣粉和硅灰的質量比不宜小于1。 The effects of the ferronickel slag powder content on the standard consistency water consumption and setting time of ferronickel slag powder-cement composite cementitious material were studied. The compressive strength and flexural strength of ferronickel slag powder-cement mortar specimens were analyzed, and the mechanical properties of ferronickel slag powder-silica fume-cement mortar specimens were discussed. The results show that the standard consistency water consumption and setting time of ferronickel slag powder-cement composite cementitious material are positively correlated with the ferronickel slag powder content, while the compressive strength and flexural strength of ferronickel slag powder-cement mortar specimens are negatively correlated with the ferronickel slag powder content, and the ferronickel slag powder content should not be greater than 30%. Silica fume can effectively improve the internal structure and strength of ferronickel slag powder-silica fume-cement mortar specimen, and the total content of ferronickel slag powder and silica fume should not be greater than 30%, and the mass ratio of ferronickel slag powder to silica fume should not be less than 1.
